Moving house is stressful
Moving house is stressful, and in the past the conveyancing side has always been the part I dreaded. Jordan Oakes and Natalie Kelleher at Fidler & Pepper completely changed that. They were a breath of fresh air from start to finish.
We were in a chain of four, and while there were hiccups elsewhere along the way, Jordan and Natalie were on top of everything from our side. They were quick to respond, got things right and never once let us down. For once, I felt like we had the best solicitors in the chain.
The online app was really handy too and made it easy to keep track of where things were up to.
