We ordered the ActionArena Air XXL back in April for our almost 4 year old who loves the outdoors and he is absolutely in love and can’t wait to show all his friends!

I needed to contact fatmoose on two occasions and they had brilliant customer service responding and resolving our issues in 48hr. One reason was due to part of our order missing and they shipped it out the next day and we received it the same week.

I can’t complain about anything other than delivery being 6 weeks - but when your UK based and ordering something made to order from Germany it is what it is.

Our lad is already talking about more accessories to add 🤦‍♀️😂

Mighty mansion purchased this year, clear instructions, fantastic condition of materials, packaged wonderfully and delivered in good time, would happily recommend to anyone considering.

Absolutely fantastic climbing frame. Great quality with easy to follow instructions. Good quality wood and accessories. Did take us a few weeks to build as we bought one of their largest frames but totally worth the time. Our two boys age 6 and 7 love it.

Horrendous. Ordered it mid April and only just delivered two weeks ago. Was promised refund time and time again after cancelling order and then it turned up. No apologies, no compensation. Customer services are hopeless.

Excellent climbing frame. Easy to order and straight forward delivery. We needed a couple of bits of wood replaced due to damage and after contacting customer service we received the replacement pieces very quickly. Delighted with the finished product.

Website was easy to use, fair price for item. Climbing frame is a pain to put up and have to make own drill holes etc so basically a pallet of wood with the slide etc. Looks good now it's part up but expected it to be more prepared for the price.

Website and buying process was nice and easy with great choice of different designs.
Unfortunately what let this order down was the delivery, the lead times are long in general but mine was delayed by quite a few weeks. Anticipated for between 22/04-12/05 but didn't arrive till 06/06! I ordered on 12/04.
I did chase the support team and they did get back to me next day stating there has been a delay while the shipment was in transport.

Just be aware, building them takes time! It took me 7 days to complete fully while juggling life and work.

Ordering was easy. Managed to get in touch with company very easily and had quick responses.
Delivered well and was easy to assemble. Would purchase again

I've bough a large climbing frame after moving to a new house and I'm super satisfied with the product and the service from Fatmoose. The price is very competitive, the purchase process was simple and straightforward; I was provided with an expected timeline and updates along the process of production, shipping and finally, arranging delivery through a local pallet handler. The assemble is simple enough once you sort the material received, all the parts needed were present, as well as fixings and a comprehensive user manual. Took me 2 days to assemble, but I did most of it on my own. My kids are super happy with the playground and make use of it almost daily. The frame is sturdy and safe. I'd recommend this product without hesitation.

Website was easy to navigate - but I found the dimensions confusing. The product dimensions in the description are different to what's in the dimensions image.

I have been searching for a large climbing frame for our new home and there are a lot of websites out there. Fatmoose was easier to use and cheaper than the others. Very pleased with how streamlined it all is

The courier arrived and then left the premises and it took Fatmoose ages to find the climbing set. Then it arrived three weeks later than expected with a. Broken slide…

Easy to order, and had my questions answered quickly, no complaints here :)

Unfortunately we’ve yet to receive our son’s birthday order. It was expected to arrive between 23rd April and 12th May. His birthday is tomorrow (10th June) and we’ve dug out a section of the garden in anticipation for it to arrive. It’s looking very sad and empty right now (it has been for weeks). We are so disappointed. I’ve emailed the company a few times over the past few weeks as the product seemed to have been in multiple places in the uk. I contacted FatMoose/Wickey last week to highlight that the item seemed to be heading in the wrong direction for delivery from the tracking information, the email I received said “there is currently a relocation of approximately 80–100 UK orders to a central depot in Birmingham. From there, the planning and organization of deliveries to the final destination addresses will be handled.” Unfortunately, we’ve had confirmation today that the product was delivered to the wrong address. I cannot believe I highlighted this last week and it happened anyway. I am a very angry customer and devastated mummy today.
I hope that this error is fixed soon. It’s too late for it not to be a disappointment but I’m hoping I don’t lose complete faith in FatMoose and cancel the order completely. It will depend on what happens next.

UPDATE 18.06.2025
I am furious. This has been our response after requesting an update from the company today:
“Your order was dispatched from our warehouse in Germany on 12.06.2025 and is currently in transit. The shipping company and their regional partners require several working days for transportation to your region. The shipping company will contact you once the order has arrived at the final warehouse and is ready for delivery. This typically occurs in 5-10 working days after dispatch.”

I have an email and tracking information to say that it was dispatched on the 12th of May! The email I’ve received today makes no sense whatsoever. Is this a new product they are sending? Or had the first tracking updates been untrue?
I wouldn’t know because the communication is truly awful.
I have requested a manager speak with me now. They are quick to take purchase of product (payment taken 14th April) but seem in no hurry to deliver what they are selling.

UPDATE 27.06.2025
I have had enough. This company has given me no reassurance whatsoever. I am constantly emailing and phoning them for updates and they can tell me very little each time. They also don’t seem to record and action their phone calls very effectively either.

I have requested to cancel the order for a full refund. I think at this point, it is a reasonable request given how stressful and disappointing this has been. We are going to reorder with a different company. I will add a further update with details recommending the alternative company for anyone else who may be in the same position that we are.
