Very good experience with all my subscriptions
Very good experience so far. I have 5 subscriptions with Fanhome that includes, Iron Spider, Millenium Falcon, F1 RB, Back to the Future and future Sauron. Although some of them got delays Fanhome has been very communicative either over email or in the Facebook group where they post warehouse updates.

Ignored and pushed away after 4 in-process builds
I started 4 car model subscriptions between Fanhome and DeAgostini. It was quite the expensive endeavor and about 10 months into all four builds, I had nearly completed one, but the others had several delays. Due to a job loss, I had to pause 3 of the 4 subscriptions. I called yesterday to find out they won't restart my Iron Man or Volkswagen T1 van subscriptions even though they are still offered to new subscribers? What business sense does it make to alienate a consumer who is willing to shell out thousands more dollars to complete a model set? Extremely disappointed. I would hope they would continue to work with me and resolve but customer service couldn't rush me off the phone fast enough.
