The insert book was damaged during…
The insert book was damaged during shipping. I understand that shipping is not under your direct control; however, you may want to consider adding additional protective packaging for future shipments. By the time the package arrived, one corner of the box had been damaged, which unfortunately resulted in damage to the insert book as well.

Every set has been delayed
Every set has been delayed, I’m on my third project set and the first shipment for a the Batmobile was damaged (set 1). I emailed that day I received the product, got a response email they would look at the details and get back to me and now it’s been 2 weeks no response! Terrible customer support every single time I’ve had an issue. I own the Millennium Falcon it had 5 issues before that was completed. I’m working on the Enterprise D it’s been delayed 6 months, and now the first set of the Batmobile is damaged. Customer service is crap, quality control is worse. Communication is none. I have also posted this on tick tok, facebook and instant gram.
