I ordered a glass whisky bottle and what arrived was nothing like the picture on the website. Very cheap quality and had wonky stickers on it instead of the details advertised. Absolutely terrible product, cant even return it for a refund because the postage to China costs more than the product did!

Scammers… the item is some little bits of plastic with a sticker on. The return address is china or somewhere (they won’t give me an address) just that it’s overseas. They offered me 30-40% refund so I said rather than it costing me more to send it back I’d take the 40% still waiting over a month for that and they keep changing it from 40-30-20% no one to contact apart from email and they reply at 2am. So frustrating, and it’s not like you can do anything with it, they are rubbish… and took over a month to receive too.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

SCAM - I ordered the F1 calendar as the picture online showed Mini F1 cars. It took weeks to arrive and when my partner opened it on 1st Dec, the item inside was a one inch dye cast flat image with the car name (and all names) printed back to front. This is probably to get around copyright.

Can’t believe I fell for it. I contacted the company who asked for photos, which I sent. Then because it had been opened, the returns policy was invalidated! Had I not opened it I wouldn’t have realised how bad it was.

Companies like this should be called out to Trading Standards and shut down. They are knowingly ripping people off and Darrell from Customer Service should be ashamed of what he is doing (if indeed that’s his real name).

I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF I COULD.

DO NOT BUY - Total Waste of Money

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
In my experience, this was an absolute scam. It took weeks to arrive, and when it finally did, it wasn’t Ferrari mini figures at all - just tiny, cheap plaques that look nothing like the listing.

The quality is honestly shocking. I wouldn’t even insult my bin by putting this in it - that’s how bad it is.

I’m requesting a refund immediately. Save yourself the disappointment and avoid this completely.

Absolutely dismal company. Lack of communication. Cheap crap. Not as advertised at all. AVOID AVOID. Facebook should be ashamed of advertising them.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Absolute rip off. Takes weeks to arrive. Nothing like the pictures. Total waste of money.

1 star is far to generous for this horrible company ordered in October. Still waiting for it to arrive. They keep saying it has been delivered when it hasn't. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY. SCAMMERS AND REFUSE TO SPEAK TO YOU, OR RESPOND TO EMAILS

Do not order from them. Completely fake pictures and pointless customer service. They don’t follow their own cancellation policy so breaching their own legal terms.

WHAT A SCAM. COMPANY NEEDS TO BE REPORTED. ORDERED THE WHISKY AND COCKTAIL ADVENT CALENDAR. FOR £33 EACH WAS EXPECTING MINI BOTTLES. WHAT DID WE GET. BLOODY FLAT PLASTIC BOTTLE SHAPED ITEMS WITH NAMES ON. TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO CONTACT THEM NOTHING BUT A BLOODY CON.

I ordered whiskey and a cocktail advent calendars, what I received was diabolical, I’ve emailed and asked for return address and refund, but keep getting same reply of order date, received date, send pictures, done all that, nothing but a scam, have written to Which in the hope they look into it, please do not order anything from this site.

As per everyone else, this is a scam, paid for 3 calendars and what I got was bot as advertised. I have emailed the company advising I want a full refund and I've been fobbed off. Now going through my bank to get my money back. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Total scam I fell for the advent calendar and brought the jack Daniel’s , 1/2in plastic rubbish came. Requested refund, return address, no answer. Will contact my bank

Scam!!!! I received it 20 days late and it was nothing like advertised. Nothing but a bunch of cheap plastic shrinkie dinkie pieces of plastic. So gross!!! Do not order from them ever!!!! My son was so disappointed as was I. I want my money back!!! The cars they advertised was a flat out lie.

Would give it minus if I can, delivered late and item was nowhere near picture on website- abso scam! Cheap plastic tack from £1 shop sent to me. Have to post it back to China for a refund. Ridiculous- as item not described.

I would give minus stars if possible. What total rubbish. They are obviously scammers so avoid !!

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Absolutely terrible. I bought an advent calendar for £30 and the gifts were not as shown. Rubbish. Arrived late and after day 3 I just put the whole thing in the bin. This company should be reported. Don’t buy from them

Complete scam. Things are ordered from China, complete tat and not worth the money. I ordered a moto gp advent calendar and I was expecting little bikes etc but instead got a piece of a string and a picture of a bike. Not impressed at all. Don't waste your money.

Scammers, don’t reply to emails

An absolute scam - DO NOT buy from this company - ordered a MotorGP calendar expecting miniature bikes/helmets as advertised & when received 5 days after the 1st December having ordered on 15/11 just card board cut outs - a total & utter scam - how this company is still able to be in business is beyond me!!!!

Do not order absolutely ridiculous what a rip off pathetic pictures look really good but it’s a scam these calendars are on temu for £6 but there not worth that they would look out of place in the poundshop
