Bought, what was advertised as a novelty ‘duck’ decanter as a gift for xmas for my brother. The picture in the advert actually depicts a cute turtle, with a beautiful brown shell, that doesn’t appear to be glass when you examine it! It also had a lovely big Jack Daniel’s label in the centre of its chest! The bottle stop looks to be screw on, so no leakage. All good, I thought!
What I actually got was a hideous glass turtle ornament, no shell attached. The poorly placed Jack Daniel’s label was so small it was hardly worth putting on there and the bottle stop was actually more of a cork than a screw on cap! I’ve written to this company to ask for a refund a number of times. They’ve asked for pictures of what I received and my reason for wanting a refund! I’m not hopeful that I’ll get my money back but I’m sure as hell going to make sure that I leave negative reviews wherever I can so people don’t buy their rubbish anymore! By far the worst company I’ve dealt with, in terms of quality and their willingness to resolve my issue.

Ordered the Dad glass and it came 4 weeks later looking cheap and tacky and nothing like the picture they’ve advertised.
Had to email several times explaining the scam and was offered a 10% refund or had to pay for a returns label for full refund which I wasn’t going do to!
Eventually had to go through my bank to get a chargeback.

Paid £39.99 for glass skull decanter with intricate metal work on the out side, took 4 weeks to arrive and was the size of a pound land skull and just as rubbish . Don't bother buying from this company you get better products on temp and it costs more to return than the product actually cost.

This company is a scam - I paid over $80.00 for 2 Car advent calendars for my Grandsons. On top of that they took forever to get to me - came in 2nd week December once the season started - I ordered in plenty of time! The 2 advent calendars were awful, broken, cheaply made and did not match the description of what I purchased. I was highly embarrassed to gift these 2 calendars to my Grandsons. They said to me - Grandma what is this ! This was the only advent calendars the boys were getting -shame on this company! I wrote them several emails right from the start, sent pictures as proof of garbage sent , nothing was ever done to correct the poor quality crap I received. I am being now told by the company ship them back to Asia, not there problem. They do not even deserve 1 Star! They deserve MINUS 100 stars! NOTHING !!!!
DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HIGHLY EMBARRASSED AND ROBBED OF YOUR MONEY! I am a senior citizen, I sacrificed in other areas to be able to afford what I thought would be a beautiful collectable for my Grandsons, instead my Grandsons will remember the crap calendar their Grandma purchased for them!

Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I could have given this advice earlier. I ordered the Ozzy Osbourne bottle, and what arrived was nothing like the picture. What I received looked like it had been given the once over by Harry Wormwood, or was a knock-off produced by Del Boy himself. The bottle was nothing like it was described, the metal plaque and glasses are printed out bits of paper, stuck on with what I can only assume is sweat and disappointment. There was no 'elegant box' unless styrofoam counts. It took 5 weeks to arrive and can only be given as a joke present. If this is their intention, then to be fair, they absolutely nailed it. They offered to either give me a 10% refund (in all honesty, the £3 it would have returned to me would still have been an overpayment on my part) or they graciously said I could pay to return it to China for 'inspection'. Even Ozzy's photocopied little eyeballs can see they are pulling a fast one. AVOID!

Wish I'd checked this company out before placing an order 😞...ordered a turtle whisky with priority shipping ( for a Christmas present) at start of Dec at £38 ...where very quickly to inform me my parcel was marked "exception" and I must contact the courier (Royal mail, who hasn't received it 🙄) because it must be coming from china going by the transfer courier (who I couldn't contact because the tracking didn't work)...emailed straight back informing them of this and when I checked the status again it stated "returned to sender" but no refund has been processed...

The company is fraudulent. They suggest they are a London company who operate a refund system. They are based in china and do not refund for faulty goods. Their products are shockingly overpriced and are appalling quality. Do not use.

Absolutely don't order from this company. Garbage product with bait and switch products. Their formula 1 advent calendars are basically a flat piece of plastic with a car image. It's a bad version of shrinky dinks. Horrendous so bad my kid opened day 1 and was horrified at the cars. Disappointing a company can advertise on social media and scam buyers so freely. Curious too the links to all the products in my invoice email are dead links. Buyer certainly beware. Lesson learned ordering from Instagram.

They are totally scamming people they charge u a price as a UK business based in London but they then buy cheap items from China at little cost do not be scammed

Omg! I wish I had read the reviews first!! Got totally sucked in by the photos and family run business in the UK! Order the Ozzy Osbourne decanter, looked absolutely stunning on the website... What I received today was shocking! Tiny decanter, plasticy feel to it, the lid doesn't even fit properly and the beautiful metal plaque on the front and Ozzy glasses are just stickers!!! Cheap and tacky looking, I'm embarrassed to put this out in display! I will be contacting my bank to try for a refund. AVOID!!!

Scam! Don’t bother, the rest of the reviews say it all!

Placed order with these thinking it was a UK company and guess what, it isn’t. Total con and will be contacting my card provider as looking like a scam.

Ordered the Jack Daniels Mustang bottle. Haven't received it yet. The tracking 8 days ago says "info received" and still hasn't been shipped. So hold no hope of receiving it. No reply to my emails. After googling reviews and seeing all these bad reviews saying they are scammers I contacted Lloyds Bank and they've immediately refunded me. Just contact your bank - they should refund you.

Awful, fake company. I ordered Jack Daniels advent calendar and received crap pictures. Have agreed to send it back to China for a full refund, however they ignore my emails whenever I ask for a return address. Avoid these scammers!

I ordered an advent calendar on the 22nd Nov which arrived on the 10th December - 10 days after the 1st December which was when it was for. I paid £30.00 for the advent calendar - not a cheap gift which is now unwanted. I have contacted customer services 7 times since the 6th December to request a full refund and I will happily return the product unopened and in original packaging. They have not replied to my recent emails and have instead chosen to ignore them. I certainly will not be purchasing anything ever again from this company and would not recommend this company to anyone else.

We contacted Fairlighttrees about our dismay at the rubbish they sent as a WHISKEY ADVENT CALENDAR - they now suggest we pay to return it to China with details of why we are disatisfied. The cost of postage to China is extortionate - which we would have to pay. Requested to be put in contact with a manger/owner rather than customer service email address......doubt I will hear from them again.

Abolute waste od money. I bought a moto gp advent calender.
Its shocking!!! Flat plastic cut outs and a reel of thread to hang them on.
Not the figurines and modes that was promised. Packaging is appaling. Iv seen better from the pound shop. Avoid at all costs. I should have read the reviews before purchasing.
£33 WASTED. and from reading the reviews i believe the eturns process is a nightmare and not worth the hassel. How can they get away with this?? Please do not buy from these scammers
