No customer service when purchasing gift voucher.
I had bought a voucher on line that was not delivered. I emailed three times getting a general reply saying they try to reply within 24hrs. Three weeks later still waiting for a reply! I also tried to contact through intagram and face book no joy! My freind went into a face gym store and explained what had happened , she tried to be helpful but could only send an email to the office asking them to reply but still nothing. None existent customer service. I do not recommend this company.

Hi Zara, I am very sorry to hear about your experience and apologise for the unacceptable delay in responding to your enquiries.
I understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when you also tried contacting us through our studios and social media. This is not the level of customer service we aim to provide.
Please contact me directly with your order details at info@facegym.com so I can directly look into this. I promise a prompt solution.
Kind regards,
Franklin

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience, from the wonderful welcome to when I left. Amanda was extremely knowledgable and engaging the whole experience checking to see if it was the right level for me for each step of the treatment. I am very impressed with the results. I previously had this treatment at another branch but this was by far superior and the results were much better. I’ll be back
