Absolutely loved my FaceGym Ultimate…
Absolutely loved my FaceGym Ultimate Workout! Such an amazing experience from start to finish. The treatment was incredibly relaxing yet effective, and my face felt instantly lifted, sculpted, refreshed and glowing. My skin looked noticeably brighter, and I left feeling rejuvenated and confident. The whole experience felt luxurious, and the attention to detail was fantastic. It’s the perfect combination of self-care and visible results. Danielle was fantastic, suggested a few very useful things. I can't recommend it highly enough and will definitely be coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Oh wow. What a stunning facial
Oh. My. God. That was amazing. I asked for facegym vouchers for my 40th and my friends delivered. Today I had my first in Richmond with Danni! She was incredible and I’ve been feeling like my fave needed some oomph and oomph I got. Obsessed. I’ll be back.

Incredible workouts & trainers
Incredible treatment from another amazing trainer today but please sort out your loo - it’s like a truckers service station loo! Seat hanging off, cheap soap. The staff and clients deserve better!

Happy with customer service
I made an error with the date when I booked my workout and customer services kindly let me rebook, even though the cancellation was made within 24 hours of the workout, which I really appreciated and I heard back from them on the same day as I raised the query.
I did find the website a little clunky, which led to me booking the wrong date and also, when I went to book my workout, there was a long list of other treatments that you can't have had within 4 weeks of the workout which I don't think was made clear enough when I purchased the subscription.
I am looking forward to my first workout in a couple of weeks

Utterly Amazing
I was lucky enough to be given a session at the FaceGym as a gift. I am definitely becoming a member. The staff were incredible - knowledgeable, kind, funny and attentive. Jane was welcoming and warm and Joshua, who did my treatment worked his magic. The results are unbelievable and I could not recommend them highly enough. If you haven't been go - you won't regret it.

Fantastic new studio in Canary Wharf
Fantastic new studio in Canary Wharf, very excited to be able to have regular facials. The trainer I had was very good, listened to my requirements and provided me with very detailed product /technical knowledge. Only slight bit of feedback, it was in the middle of my working day and sadly my hair was quite oily/slick from the products so did leave me looking rather special at my desk. In future I would book an evening treatment.

Effective tension release, unfriendly welcome
FaceGym delivers on results—it was an effective, face-tension-releasing massage. However, the service felt impersonal, transactional, and machine-like.
The team changed my original 2:55 PM booking time beforehand, and I missed the email update. When I arrived as a first-timer and I greeted the staff all they said was you need to check-in the machine and told I was late. The therapist did eventually explain the treatment stages, but only after I started asking questions myself.
It gets the job done for muscle relief, but don't expect a warm or welcoming customer experience.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the treatment effective, but we are sorry that your arrival experience did not feel as welcoming as it should have, particularly as a first time guest. We will review the communication around booking changes and the check in experience with the team to ensure we create a warmer and more informative welcome from the moment you arrive.
We appreciate you highlighting this and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with the experience FaceGym aims to deliver. If you wish to discuss further your comments, please contact us at info@facegym.com, we'll be happy to chat with you.

Experience is usually always wonderful
Experience is usually always wonderful, but the person that did my workout today seemed extremely inexperienced or was rushing. Nothing about that workout is what my usual experience is and not sure if it was lack of training or what. It was just bad all around.
