FACEGYM Arvostelua

My trainer Zahra was so knowledgeable and attentive to my face’s needs and helped me understand everything that was being done.
I went for the signature hands with a buccal tension release and I left glowing! My skin feels incredible and I will absolutely be back to sign up for the membership.

Really fantastic experience and wonderful customer service!

Great experience, face felt genuinely so good and relaxed afterwards, however I got the 45 min hands and then a 10 min booster but the whole appointment was only 52 minutes so I think I was cheated out of the extra cost a little

The facial, as always was brilliant!
It is frustrating to have to complete such a detailed online questionnaire every time. I have beauty treatments to get away from screens and tech that are such a big part of my job.
Its also very difficult to not be able to phone you. Again, i dont want to liaise through an Ap, esp when the questions i want to ask cant be answered on the ap.

loved my therapist Amna she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful

Natalie was amazing, I feel like a new person. Thank you!!

Amazing! Love going to Face Gym when in town. Wish there was one closer to where I live. Highly recommend!!! 5*

Wonderful experience! Everyone was welcoming and kind. Amazing signature facial and Destinee was the best. Thank you. X

I didnt know what to expect as it was my first appointment but Saly was amazing and the signature hand session was so good. Look forward to my next session

Excellent service. Talored to me by a coach

I really enjoyed Madi and her attention to the process. She talked me through any questions and made me enjoy the entire experience.

Olivia was amazing, very friendly, professional and attentive. Thankyou Olivia!

Liv is incredible, so warm and friendly yet powerful and knowledgeable. Im always so excited when my monthly appointment is coming up, feels like therapy!

Great customer service team. I love the facegym and while I was trying to reschedule I got given a really good support!! Thanks I recommend

I ordered a Lightwear LED Face Mask and FaceGym Pro under order #65347. Royal Mail marked the parcel as delivered, but I never received it. The proof-of-delivery photograph showed the parcel left outside, and despite checking around my property and with neighbours, I could not find it.

I contacted FaceGym and was asked to complete a non-receipt form. Since then, I have repeatedly chased for updates and received essentially the same response: the matter has been escalated to Royal Mail, and FaceGym is waiting to hear back.

I understand that delivery issues happen, but given the value of these items, I would expect a more proactive approach and a clear timeframe for resolution. I have paid for products I have not received, yet I am left chasing for updates without any concrete outcome.

It has now become a frustrating experience, with no clear resolution in sight. I hope FaceGym can resolve this promptly.

Michaela is excellent - really great relaxing treatment that I’ve noticed is de-puffing my face!

Monika was fantastic and extremely professional , signed up as a member and can’t wait to go back

The Sculpt treatment is superb; you can see a lifting effect immediately after the treatment but best to have a treatment every month. I had Maricela and she is fantastic; great touch, love her technique and made me feel super relaxed and comfortable. Will ask for her for my next treatment.

Constance at SJW was great! She’s easy going, warm and very helpful. She does a good massage and has great recommendations. Loved it.

Really relaxing overall, with all the techniques and tools used releasing tension and tiredness you didn’t even know you had. Aminat was great! Can’t wait for my next workout!
