Fab Art Arvostelua 

Poor quality and cheap tacky frame made of plastic, with plexiglass which in our bright kitchen meant that you couldn’t really see the print, just a reflection. Terrible customer service (first of all informed me I had to return the product to the US rather than UK). Returned 2 weeks ago at our own expense which has been confirmed by Evri tracking and not had any contact nor a refund. Avoid!

After 2 different prints from 2 different companies that were nothing like it seemed on their websites I came across fab art. Thought I might give it a final shot and heaven behold I got the most BEAUTIFUL print from them! Monet - poppy fields at a fraction of the cost. I could not believe it! Fab art Thankyou soooo much you have restored my faith in online ordering and I am now your biggest fan!! Will spread the word to all my friends and family ❤️

The quality of the picture was well represented and looks good. Good communication on Fab Arts side too. I'll be back.

The art is beautiful - unfortunately it was shipped to the incorrect address so I have been trying to figure out the least expensive way to get it to the right place. It is just large enough that I can’t take on plane and I’m afraid it will be damaged if I check it … it may have been my credit card that changed the shipping address - so I don’t blame Fab Art. It has just been a hassle to correct

Well made print however like many others, their customer service needs improving. Had to email when my delivery will be when it was late from what I was told in my confirmation order, they gave a date and did not acknowledge it was late.

Also the frame comes fittings for wall hooks to hang at the top edge. Who hangs a 140cm art work with their wall hooks exposed? Had to get my own D rings to fix the issue. 3 stars just for the print.

The Fab team provided me with fantastic customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I emailed them and they came straight back. They helped me to get the correct order. My artwork was delivered promptly and is stunning. The quality is amazing. I’m a very happy customer and would recommend Fab to friends and family!

When our lovely print arrived slightly damaged we received a replacement very quickly. The packaging was stronger and the print looks amazing. About to order another one.

I searched for many months and found this canvas which is perfect of a time when I was young on a scooter in a dress with flowers looking out to the boats and a picturesque village with the sun shining down on me. Thank you for the memories

Received a framed print, expensive for me and a birthday gift. Bitterly disappointed to see a crack in and damage under the perspex cover. Not impressed with my experience in trying out a new company - the packaging was intact so the damage is not due to shipping. VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED, now begins the battle to recover the money I wasted on this.

Issues with their courier Evri , parcel delivery & all I got from fab was AI generated responses which every time kept asking for my address which was on my order & no help, All in all a poor service from this company especially when your order is missing. Try another print co,

Ordered a framed print at an excellent price and it arrived quickly. Buying it was simple and easy and selecting the frame made the product arrive ready to hang. Arrived quickly and information about purchase and delivery was great. Will use this company any time I see something I like.

The framed canvas print I received had 5 chips on the dark stained frame, showing the light coloured wood underneath.
This frame was under the undamaged bubble wrap and undamaged box so it must have been wrapped up like that, with the chips already there which doesn't say much for their quality control.
I wrote to them about this with their online form but my email was ignored.
Nice eh, considering I paid about £150 for the print?
Won't be using them again.
