Excellent response to problems
We bought a beautiful Klimpt print. We delayed opening it for some time as we were decorating. The frame had a slight chip on it. I contacting the company with pictures etc They immediately organised a replacement. None of the usual need to package and send back the other one. Did we damage it etc. Very impressive response. Will recommend company to others

Quality canvas prints in beautiful designs and detail with quality frames.
General prints in picture frames are not as good looking aesthetically, for the price. But, if hung as a gallery wall they look better, but are still a little over priced in my opinion compared to the quality of a canvas print and the frames aren’t as good.
Over all I’m pleased with my purchases and Chloe in the customer care department has always been amazing and spot on with all her help and advice.
Highly recommended for canvas prints especially.

Although i did not keep my print, the company was so easy to deal with when I asked to return it. They refunded my money immediately and told me to keep the print. I was quite impressed with the service. I would highly recommend this company

Unfortunately my framed canvas showed…
Unfortunately my framed canvas showed up crooked, but I received an immediate response and refund . There was no back and forth, just a very pleasant experience in which FY! customer service helped me immediately without any pushback. Besides this issue, I have always had my items show up on time and undamaged. Very solid experience every time, no matter what the situation.
