ich habe meine Bestellung bereits vor mehrere. Wochen retourniert, doch die Rückerstattung ist bislang nicht erfolgt. Ich bitte Sie daher letztmalig, mir den Betrag umgehend auf das ursprüngliche Zahlungsmittel zu erstatten.
Sollte die Rückzahlung nicht innerhalb der nächsten 7 Tage erfolgen, werde ich den PayPal-Käuferschutz einschalten, mich an die Verbraucherzentrale wenden und gegebenenfalls auch meine Rechtsschutzversicherung einschalten.

Ich habe vor 4 Wochen eine Rücksenung gemacht. Bis Heute habe ich mein Geld nicht zurückbekommen! Telefonischer Kontakt absolut nicht möglich, per Email schwer erreichbar.
Falls ich mein Geld so schnell wie möglich nicht zurückbekomme, werde ich einen Anwalt einschalten!

Vorsicht, ihr bekommt euer Geld nicht mehr zurück!!!
Ich kann von diesem Verkäufer nur abraten. Trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung wurde mir mein Geld nicht zurückerstattet. Die Kommunikation war unzuverlässig und enttäuschend.
Ich habe mittlerweile einen Anwalt eingeschaltet, um mein Geld zurückzubekommen – so etwas ist mir bisher noch nie passiert.
Fazit: Finger weg von diesem Verkäufer!

Commande renvoyé et j'attends mon remboursement depuis 2 mois! Pourtant je leur ai envoyé la preuve de mon retour mais apparemment il y a eu un souci et ils n'ont pas réceptionné le colis, mais ce n'est pas mon problème ! Je veux mon remboursement, dans leur mail ils me demandent de patienter, mais 2 mois d'attente c'est juste illégal !
Et ils osent mentir en répondant à ce commentaire comme quoi le j'ai reçu un mail pour mon remboursement ! J'hallucine !
