Mehrmals den Kundenservice angeschrieben, eine Woche später immer noch keine Rückmeldung bekommen! Absolut unterirdisch! Die Emails laufen anscheinend einfach ins Leere. Der ausstehende Rechnungsbetrag ist zu hoch, da ein zurückgeschicktes Kleid nicht verbucht wurde, dies würde ich gerne klären.
@Touche Prive, bitte auf meine Emails reagieren, ansonsten werde ich mir vorbehalten rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten.

For almost three months NO refund
I returned my order to this company almost three months ago, and I still haven’t received my refund. I contacted their customer service multiple times, and each time I was told there were “technical issues” and that I needed to wait, but they never specified how long. Since then, they have stopped responding to my emails completely.
This level of service is extremely disappointing. I followed all return instructions, shipped the item back, and provided proof, yet I’ve been left waiting for months with no resolution and no communication. I’m posting this review so other customers are aware of the ongoing issues with refunds and customer support.

Haven’t received my order and they don’t dare to reply to my claim while it has been more than 48hours. I should have been more conscious about the reviews claiming that it’s a scam, because it’s indeed is, don’t buy from them ! Yet they dare to answer that it was delivered but it wasn’t and they don’t even respond to mails I’m gonna report them asap. Never order from there!

Die Retoure bearbeitet sich nicht und sie bezahlen nicht zurück.
Wir hatten die Waren am 31.10.2025 zurückgeschickt und laut Hermes sind sie am 04.11.2025 angekommen. Heute ist der 08.12.2025 und sie sind immer noch nicht zurückgemeldet, obwohl wir auch per Mail benachrichtigt haben. Hier lügen sie noch am 5. Dezember und erzählen, sie hätten Systemprobleme, sind aber lustig dabei.

No refund, no response
I returned my items weeks ago, the courier confirmed delivery, and Touche Prive still hasn’t issued my refund. Customer service stopped responding entirely. After checking other reviews, I can see many customers reporting the same refund problems. I strongly recommend avoiding this company, as you risk not getting your money back.
IF YOUR REFUND IS OVERDUE and customer service isn’t responding, don’t wait and immediately request a chargeback through your bank. It’s one of the most effective ways to get your refund. And if Touché Privé gets too many chargebacks, banks can hit them with heavy fees or even cut off their ability to accept card payments.

Fraud! No refunds!
If there is a -10 stars I would probably do that! As it seems that this is a total fraud company, bad quality and no refund after you return your items! It has been 15 days already and I can see that they have received it but still nothing! They also don’t reply to your emails.

No refund, no resolution, and now no response at all
My experience with Touché Privé has been deeply frustrating. I returned my items months ago, and the company confirmed receiving them, yet my refund has still not been processed. Despite multiple follow-ups on my part, I have received nothing but repeated apologies and vague explanations about “technical issues,” with no actual progress.
What makes the situation even worse is that customer service has now completely stopped responding to my messages. I am left without my refund, without any updates, and without any indication that my case is being handled at all.
This level of service is simply unacceptable. A company should honour its commitments, communicate transparently, and process refunds within the promised timeframe. Sadly, Touché Privé has failed on all counts.
I cannot recommend shopping here and will not be purchasing from them again.

Nog steeds hebben wij de bestelling niet ontvangen. Wij hebben het besteld op 31 oktober Op de site staat binnen 48 uur geleverd. Mocht ik binnen 48 uur geen reactie hebben zullen wij aangifte doen. Er word niet voldaan aan de wettelijke eisen en daarbij valt er geen contact op te nemen met het bedrijf!
