Very disappointing experience – Two returns received, no refunds

I strongly advise caution when ordering from this company.
I made two returns and carefully followed all of their return instructions.
📦 Order EU23420
Sent on 04/08/2026 and received on 09/08/2026.
The 14-day refund period expired on 23/08/2026.
📦 Order EU23557
Sent on 22/08/2026 and received on 28/08/2026.
The 14-day refund period expired on 11/09/2026.
Today is 14/09/2026, and I have still received NEITHER of my two refunds.
What makes this even more frustrating is that their own website clearly states that refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned items have been received and inspected.
Both parcels have been confirmed as delivered.
I have followed all the return instructions and am now simply waiting for money that is owed to me.
Two returns received. Two refunds overdue.
This situation is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase a company to get their money back after following all the required return procedures.
I sincerely hope that posting this review will finally get this situation resolved.

Mooie kleren, slecht retourbeleid. Ik lees dat ik niet de enige ben.
Mijn pakketje is teruggestuurd. 2 mails verder en nog steeds geen enkele teken van leven.

I have ordered 3 product and I received 2 of them without any issue however the third one is not delivered. I sent email 2 times requested the item or the refund no answer received.

They sent me the wrong product. I wasted €10 on shipping, and I still didn’t receive the product I actually ordered. I returned the wrong item, but I still haven’t received my refund.

I also contacted them by email several times, but I never received any response. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I definitely do not plan to shop from this website again

De klantenservice is al een maand lang verschrikkelijk. Ik heb het product teruggestuurd en nog steeds geen terugbetaling ontvangen.

BESTEL HIER NIETS! Als je iets wil retourneren kun je dat vergeten. Je krijgt geen retourgegevens. Je moet deze zogenaamd op de website invullen, maar je krijgt nergens ooit een reactie op. Ik ben nu €200 kwijt.

J’ai effectué deux commandes une avec un retour effectué car les tailles ne convenaient pas, je n’ai reçu AUCUN retour du service client concernant la réception ou non de mon retour, AUCUNS retour de mes nombreux mails, entre temps en pensant que tout se passerait bien pour mon retour et étant satusfaite de certains produits reçu j’ai effectué une autre commande que je n’ai jamais reçu ! Et là aussi j’ai écris je ne sais combien de fois au service client sans retour ! Je déconseille vivement ce site et c’est bien dommage car certains produits sont de qualité !

J'ai renvoyé 2 commandes en août 2026 sans jamais être remboursée. J'ai envoyé de nombreux mails sans recevoir aucune réponse.
Je n'avais eu aucun problème chez eux précédemment mais depuis cet été je saurais que je ne pourrais plus acheter chez eux après avoir perdu plusieurs 100aine d'euros. Inadmissible.

Am 10. Juli ist meine Rücksendung angekommen (EU22660). Bis heute habe ich keine Rückerstattung erhalten. Der Kundenservice antwortet nicht. Sehr enttäuschend, da ich mir bereits über Zalando Artikel der Firma gekauft habe und ich sie bis heute gern trage. Über die Webseite von dem Händler selbst würde ich jedoch sehr abraten, Kleidung zu bestellen.

Hemden wegen Größenproblem fristgerecht zurückgesendet – die Rücksendung liegt inzwischen 20 Tage zurück. Bis heute weder eine Eingangsbestätigung noch eine Rückerstattung. Order nr. EU23467. Zwei Anfragen an den Kundenservice sowie eine erneute Rücksendemeldung über den offiziellen Link blieben komplett unbeantwortet.

Sehr enttäuschend, gerade weil ich zum ersten Mal ein Problem habe. Ich warte weiterhin auf mein Geld.

I have send several emails concering my return and receiving my money back --no reply whatsoever. I will sent a notice of default and contact Belgian and European Consumer Associations. This is awful.

Extremely disappointing customer service – still waiting for a return label

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this company. I submitted a return request through their website, but my package arrived without a return label.

I’ve contacted customer service several times by email and through live chat, but I still haven’t received any proper help or a return label. They even stop responding in the live chat while I’m trying to get help.

I’m simply trying to return my order and get my refund, yet the process has been unnecessarily difficult.

I honestly wish I had read the reviews about this company before placing my order. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.

Impossible to reach customer service, although my package was delivered over a month ago- no confirmation, no refund yet.

I see this is a pattern for customers in Europe and hope that the company will resolve the issue soon.
