Parking was fine but I was rushed out of my car to the shuttle. And when I returned we were rushed to get off the shuttle. My car was blocked in by a shuttle and a row of cars were parked behind me. It was very difficult to get out. It was ok and that’s that.

Quick, close to airport and safe. I had overall great experience and I will definitely come back.

Very kind staff, speaks good English for those who struggle with German. Called me when I accidentally booked the wrong end date and they calmly accepted my mistake and held my car for another day. Timely and stress free valet right at the terminal door. Highly recommend!

No problems. Parking behind the hotel was a bit full, so not sure if can park in front if too full. You get an exit card at reception just before you depart. You need to take taxi/uber as no shuttle most of the time. Tesla v4 superchargers on site. Trustpilot is not reliable, as negative reviews of other providers have been deleted.

Not so good - instructions on parking (barrier did not open, but just take a ticket, you also should register at reception and then on return show booking confirmation...the parkbee description is very different) and the shuttle service bus is too small, so not everyone was able to get on

We had significant problems retrieving our car after our return flight. Admittedly, my German is not great, but as we struggled to communicate with the attendant on the phone, he hung up on us several times. I provided my license plate and reservation number, but he hung up in frustration twice.
I found translation help at the airport to assist as I called a third time, but that time the attendant spoke English with no problems. He said they would be at the airport in 20 minutes, but it was 40 minutes until he arrived. Additionally, the instructions said the vehicle would be delivered to us in the Departures section, but he came to the Arrivals section. Fortunately, we were positioned to see both and could run down the stairs to wave them down before they departed. In person and on the phone, they were unapologetic and unhelpful. In total, it was over an hour from our first phone call until they arrived at the airport.

We arrived earlier than what we originally booked. Make sure that you book the times exactly in accordance with your flight times. If you arrive earlier than what you booked you will need tonpay €20 extra for a shuttle. Apparently they plan the shuttles very specifically according to your booking. On the way back we arrived earlier than planned and there was no issue with getting an early shuttle, which makes me think that we were taken advantage of on the way there.

When leaving the car, there was nobody on the address provided, I drove around trying to find the parking. After a while I saw other cars arriving and asked them. They told me that a special wagon would guide us and that it will arrive and it came in a few minutes. Why did I not received this information before? That took me more of half an hour. The pick up system was not better, since the information of the meeting point to go back was confusing and lost a good hour. I'd recommend for the customers to receive more information about the pick up and drop off system.
