I booked the parking for 16 days (I paid by transfer before the arrival), by mistake one day less than was supposed to be. So they charged me a lot for this one additional day, which was nothing nice.
It's quite far from the airport and it takes a lot of time to get there by shuttle and the staff is not so good organised, especially when you don't speak germán.

Excellent service...friendly professional and very fair price point .I left a campervan here for 10 nights for €110 including airport drop off and collection.

The parking lot is a public free parking area, so there is no vigilance at all. You could park there and take a real taxi to the airport.
The transfer van was overbooking so my son couldn't use the sea belt.The driver speeded up at the same he was using two phones. Really scary!
I can't recomend at all. There are other trustable ways.

I used the drop off service, worked well both ways. Simple drop off in malaga express parking and rang after collecting cases for pick up from the same spot.

We initially had a different Parkos, but this one is clearly more service-oriented and easier to reach. We experienced a slight delay, but one phone call and a moment later the driver was already there to pick us up. Upon arrival, it turned out our car had even been washed. Now that is service!!

The workers there are helpful and responsive. Every thing went smooth.

At the address provided, we got the gate closed and had to wait a car to guide us to another place where we had to wait for the shuttle service to get to the airport. So, from the moment we arrived at the first address and when we got to the airport, it took more than 30 minutes, and likely we arrived at the parking with good margin of time. For the return the service was faster.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Emil Khalilov, entered into a vehicle parking service agreement with your company, ParkingOK, on April 1, 2026, under reservation code PH439D. I delivered my vehicle on this date, and your company successfully transported me to the airport.

However, on April 5, 2026, upon my return to Barcelona El Prat Airport (flight VY2221), I regret to inform you that your company failed to provide the agreed-upon vehicle retrieval service.

Serious Failures:

I contacted your team immediately after landing.

I was told to wait 1 hour.

After waiting, I was told to wait another hour.

I waited approximately 80–90 minutes at the airport.

Unfortunately, the team never arrived.

All of this communication is fully documented via WhatsApp messages and call records.

Unacceptable Behavior:
Instead of accepting responsibility, your staff attempted to blame me, claiming that “you were not there.” This claim is entirely false and contradicts the clear WhatsApp evidence; I was present and waited for over 80 minutes.

Additional Serious Negligence:
As a result, I had to take a taxi at night (~72 €).
The next day, I again had to pay for a taxi to retrieve my car (~50 €).

When I went to pick up my vehicle, your staff could not find my key for 40–45 minutes.

This suggests that the failure to deliver my car was, most likely, due to your team losing the key. This level of disorganization is unacceptable in a vehicle parking service.

After this incident, I reviewed public feedback. Many other customers have reported similar issues, including long waiting times, poor service, and lack of accountability. This shows that my case is not an isolated incident but part of a recurring service failure.

My Legal Rights:

Your company has clearly breached the contract, caused me financial loss, and subjected me to significant distress, especially since I was traveling with my children. Instead of taking responsibility, you shifted the blame onto

If I do not receive a satisfactory response within a reasonable timeframe, I will escalate my complaint directly to Barcelona El Prat Airport. During this process, I will also submit all my evidence (including WhatsApp messages) to the El Prat Airport authorities. Furthermore, if no satisfactory response is provided, I will file an official complaint with the Spanish Consumer Authorities (OMIC / Agencia Catalana del Consum), submit a case to European Consumer Protection bodies, and publish all evidence (including WhatsApp conversations) in public forums.

All evidence is in my possession and will be provided if necessary.
I request that this matter be addressed with the utmost seriousness.

The driver was very unfriendly. We had to pay extra and did not get a bill. After asking why we had to pay extra, he immidately got mad.
There was only one driver and we had to wait about one hour to get to airport.
Would not recommend this parking.

No wait for driver at our day of departure and about a 5minutes wait from when we arrived and got out the plane and contacted company. Overall- highly recommend and will use again.
