Park Mobile is an easy to use app and I have used it many times. But they are not customer service friendly. Make sure to really look over your app prior to hitting submit for your ticket because it is not obvious where the license plate selection is. I did not realize the auto select picked the wrong license plate when I parked. It would not allow me to edit the selection or cancel the ticket. I had to restart a new ticket and because I selected 5 hours on the first ticket I had to pay the $20 for a car I was not driving. I tried to call to explain the mishap on my end and took accountability for it and they let me know they do not provide refunds and their advice (which was said rudely) was to pay attention next time. We are all humans and make mistakes. It is extremely poor customer service and outside the app being easy to use this feature of the app is a poor design that should be fixed to be more clear and obvious.

Convenient way to add parking and extend while at event, but "extend" button does not confirm extension- it adds more parking. Possibly the App could add a "confirm" "accept" or "are you sure" button before adding more and more unnecessary extensions.

Paid for parking and still got towed, worst service ever. No refund, no way to correct information, and I had to pay to get my car out. Please do not use this app and park elsewhere, there are way better parking companies. Do better and improve the services.

Completely off as far as zones vs parking. I got double charged by the service.

On 3/9/26, two family members and myself attended a Cleveland Cavaliers game. Due to a family member's physical disability, I wanted to secure parking as close to Rocket Arena as possible.
I booked and paid for parking at the Euclid Prospect Gateway Garage at a cost of $55. Upon arrival the fee charged on site was only $30. I reached out to Gateway Garage to request a refund of $25 and was told I would have to contact Park Mobile since Gateway contracts with them for online reservations.
Park Mobile's customer representative told me they would not issue a refund because they are not responsible for the discrepancy. I found no disclosure on their website advising patrons they may pay more when paying through their website vs paying directly at the garage.
Customers should be aware of possible overcharging by Park Mobile so they can make an informed choice.

No way to correct information once you start a parking session. If you enter the wrong information you will have to pay twice. Its absolutely ridiculous that there is no way to edit the info. I accidentally entered the information for a different car and had to initiate a second parking session with the correct car to avoid a citation. I fully expect a refund but park mobile would not refund the 1st session.

You have no choice but to use the app if they've made an agreement with your city. They are happy to charge you for parking but, say you have two cars and used the wrong plate and need to change during an active session. You are SOL. You either risk a citation or have to pay for parking twice in the same spot! Late stage capitalism. It's not enough that a third party app collects one fee per spot, they need to make more.

I used Parkmobile and never had any problems, had 3 vehicles registered, then all of the sudden I get a Notice that someone is parking and has started a parking session. I login and it shows a Vehicle in Atlanta GA. registered on my app. SO, I contact Parkmobile and "CARLOS" says "there is nothing they can do". RUN from this APP, its security is not up to par and they do not help if there is an issue. even if you can show you are in Florida and someone else in another city adds a vehicle.

Changed vehicles and made the necessary license plate change on the app. But the app failed to update the plate resulting in a $43 ticket. Won’t be using this app again.

Scam! My credit card was compromised with follow-up charges from KARMA PROCESSING.

Incredibly user-friendly! Finding parking is stressful, so it’s a relief not to stress over payment, correct zones, time limits, or extending your stay. The app covers it all. Thanks!

I went to downtown Columbus, Ohio to meet a friend for happy hour at Hyde Park. She got there and parked in zone 31114 and used the app without incident. I parked right in front of her but could not get the app to confirm my spot. I tried 5 times then gave up and moved my car to a new zone around the corner, 311123. That wouldn't work either. Thankfully in my frustration I had the presence of mind to take a screen shot of one of the "error" messages. I moved my car a third and final time to zone 2002 which worked. This made me nearly 30 minutes late to meet my friend, plus an unnecessary 5 block walk in 20 degrees F, past all the spots that wouldn't accept me. Then at the end of our happy hour I received text messages that all of my sessions (that the app would not confirm) were ending and I was charged for all of the failed attempts! I couldn't stand to pay them for that pain. The indignity!!! Haha. Anyway I called the next day and spent ~10 minutes explaining what happened. I have to say I got a rep right away at 7:58 AM which was unexpected. He was pleasant and helpful enough. I also to send the screenshot of the error message to get the refund (even though who would want to pay for the same car to park in two different spots at exactly the same time?) which he told me could take 7 - 10 days. Next time I will either bite the bullet and immediately park in one of the more expensive garages or just avoid downtown altogether. Which is a shame because HP happy hour is awesome.

I generally avoid writing negative reviews; however, I believe it is important to inform potential users about the issues with the Park Mobile app. In Tampa, Florida, there is a noticeable lack of coordination among parking apps, law enforcement agencies, and towing companies. The Park Mobile app showed a different number than the one on the sign for my parking spot. However, because the app's map showed the correct location, I trusted the app's accuracy. I paid for parking, but later received a fine. When I contacted city authorities, I was informed that the problem originated with the app and that I was still responsible for the fine. The app's representatives told me they couldn't reimburse the fine because the payment had been sent to the city. I agreed to pay the fine but requested a refund for the parking fee I had just paid. Park Mobile stated they could not issue a refund either, as that amount had also been paid to the city. Ultimately, I experienced a lack of accountability and resolution, with the burden falling entirely on the consumer.

Tried to make a reservation for weekend parking that was supposed to be $30 for 24 hours. I double checked the day/time to make sure they were for the correct hours. As soon as I hit Pay, I got a notice that the time was being adjusted and the reservation was non-refundable. The time was adjusted so I got 1 1/2 hours for $33, not the 24 hours I paid for and not even for the day I needed to park. When I contacted ParkMobile customer support, I got canned responses saying they were just a pass-through app and I needed to contact the owner of the parking lot for a refund. It was their app that “adjusted” my time, not the parking lot. Will never use this app again. They ripped me off for $33!

Tried to create an account but it kept replying the Server is Unavailable. Why any business or Municipality would use this app is beyond me. PayByPhone is easy, widely used, and works every time.

Had mijn app aangezet en kreeg te lezen dat deze geactiveerd was , voordat ik weg rij wil de app afzetten maar deze bleek niet geactiveerd te zijn . Heb telefonisch contact gezocht ( moest heel lang wachten ) kreeg te horen dat ze niet konden zien dat deze geactiveerd was .in vervolg moest ik na 5 minuten nog een keer kijken kreeg ik te horen en kunnen niets doen . Nu maar wachten dat ik geen 2 boeten krijg , omdat de app het niet deed . Het gesprek werd geëindigd dat de telefoon opgehangen werd . Wat ik zeer onbeschoft vind .

I received an email stating that they were hacked and that my personal financial information had been stolen. They are offering a single US dollar of credit for my inconvenience. Now I have to cancel my credit cards and all previously arranged recurring payments. One Dollar. Shame if these assholes. They are the devil.

If the app works right, it's good. But so many examples of the company doing tricky and wrong things makes me know the company's management must have an unethical leaning.

I used the ParkMobile app at a meter and received a ticket from the City of St Petersburg. I showed all receipts and that I paid ParkMobile but now have to go to court to contest the ticket. Will never use ParkMobile again. They obviously have a software glitch!!! Further, their customer service was useless and could not help.

App Easy to use and remembers your plate numbers, even multiple plates.
