Very helpful personnel!The whole experience run smoothly, from arrival to departure!

Prima plek, voordelig, goede transfer naar airport. Ca 1.5 km er vandaan in Nantes.
Parkeerplaats was gewoon op aarde met wat kuilen. Bij regen wat minder denk ik.
Parkos levert goede informatie.
Vergeleken met andere pp is dit prima qua prijs kwaliteit. Werd verrast doordat het Parkos blijkbaar in Groningen zit

Easy to get to the lot and when you call the driver is there quite quickly to pick you up to bring you back to your car. The lot is not so far from the airport either.

Terrible. In everthing. The crew, the way of informing customers, the way they drive. Don't do this!!!! It's almost criminal.

Paking was fine. Vallet service was bas experience waited for a long time and communication on timing was consistently inaccurate.

The whole experience with you was very very good, the staff were very helpful and very polite, I will definitely be using you again, I had problems finding you because it was in the dark and I'd never been there before, but now I know where you are there's a better way of getting there and now I will come direct I'm not through parkos, thank you very much see you again soon 👍🏼

I dropped the car to the departures door and the attendant was present. I arrived a week later and the attendant had the car ready and cleaned. What more could you want? Good value and excellent service.

Parkos in itself was great. Nice service, very efficient. The parking service was also great, and we experienced no delay. Just the car was quite dirty from bird poo and pollen (10 days outside)

The pickup system is perfect, easy to use and practical. Very fast the transfer.

Nous avons été obligés de décaler notre réservation de 2 jours en raison de la guerre en Iran. Notre vol avait lieu tôt dans la matinée. Nous sommes arrivés à 4h devant le bâtiment de Parkos. Il n'y a pas de nom (Parkos) sur la parking, difficile de le repérer. Pas de véhicule sur place pour nous ramener à l'aéroport. En fait il nous attendait à l'aéroport.... Il est arrivé au bout de 25mn après un coup de fil. Ils nous ont demandé 59€ de surtaxes, 39 pour des histoires d'assurance de transport car on n'était pas le jour prévu à l'origine et 20€ de taxe de nuit😳😳. On a finalement pu prendre notre vol mais juste parce qu'on est arrivé suffisamment tôt. Au retour encore un décalage. Je communique avec Parkos par email mais je suis obligé de les relancer pour obtenir une réponse. Arrivés à l'aéroport on attend 40 mn pour 15 mn annoncées.
C'est la dernière fois que j'utilise les services de Parkos Darmstadt. Les 59€ sont du racket et leur manque de fiabilité/efficacité est criant.

Small secure underground car park, easy to communicate with the team, vip transfer bus (although they only have 1 so if you time it wrong could be 15min wait). Will use again

I was charged unexpected charges and when I tried showing the guy my phone to show him I had paid the extra €10 for the 4th person he yanked it out of my hand and started yelling at me to pay €10. It was an awful experience!

We have used Parkos a number of times and not all experiences have been good however, ParkXpress Filderstadt exceeded our expectations in every way and they will be our go to company every time we fly. The communication and timeliness were great. They even tracked our delayed flight and adjusted to make sure our car was ready when we landed. Peace of mind and easy on the pocket book.

Ich habe diesen Parkplatz in der Nähe des Flughafens Mailand genutzt und bin rundum sehr zufrieden. Der gesamte Ablauf war hervorragend organisiert und absolut stressfrei.

Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der Service: Die Abholung verlief reibungslos und pünktlich, ohne lange Wartezeiten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Man hat sich direkt gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Auch der Transfer zum Flughafen war perfekt organisiert. Der Shuttle war sauber, komfortabel und hat uns schnell und sicher direkt zum Terminal gebracht. Gerade vor einem Flug ist es sehr angenehm, wenn alles so unkompliziert funktioniert.

Insgesamt ein top Service zu einem fairen Preis. Ich würde diesen Parkplatz jederzeit wieder nutzen und kann ihn definitiv weiterempfehlen.
