Expérience CATASTROPHIQUE !
J'ai fait une commande, il y a plus d'un mois, qui n'a jamais été livrée, quoi qu'en dise leur site qui considérait immédiatement la commande comme livrée.
Depuis, et malgré de nombreuses relances via email ou ouvertures de ticket Zendesk, aucune réponse, aucune info !
On est bien sur un vol caractérisé, avec un mépris franc pour les clients ! A fuir !

Shambolic service! Ordered a sweatshirt in mid Jan now end of Feb as still not received, no answer to emails and all i can see is that the top has been with DPD for 2 weeks but no update when element chased, just awful service!

I've noted a lot of negative reviews here, and I'm not sure why I ignored them and trusted that the goods I ordered would arrive. Well, they did, albeit 2 weeks after ordering. Perhaps a lot of the negative feedback is due to a combination of lockdown and Brexit slowing deliveries? The goods I received were exactly as I wanted, so I am a satisfied customer amidst a sea of disappointment, seemingly.

Placed an order on 26th January which hadn't been shipped by 3rd February so I enquired about cancelling the order as it was taking to long.
Received a shipping notification on 5th February for the items I ordered and a day later received an email apologising from the slow response to my query, but no actual answer to the question I had posed.
8th February today, 3 days after supposedly shipping the items and the tracking still isn't working, so I doubt they have been shipped and it was merely marked as shipped to stop me cancelling the order. They can blame Brexit as much as they like, but the communication has been shocking. Will not use them again and wish I had read the reviews before placing the order as others seem to be having similar issues.

UPDATE:
Today is 19th February, I still do not have my order which has now been sat at the DPD office for a week. After discussing this with DPD, they advise that Element didn't bother to put my name or full address on the package and it cannot be delivered until Element respond to DPD. I really would recommend against ordering from Element directly, and buy their products through a Third Party seller who wont be as usless as Element appear to be.

Update 2:
Still no package from Element. No response to multiple emails I have sent them. Contacted DPD to confirm if they have received my details from Element so they can deliver the items I ordered, they have confirmed no contact from Element either. I have now had to contact my credit card provider to take action as I am getting nowhere with Element directly. I could accept slow deliveries as a side effect of Brexit but the communication is now non existent from them. I sent an email on Friday 19th Feb which still hasn't been responded to as of 1st March. If I could reduce my rating to zero I would be. The worst company I've ever dealt with.

After having waited 4 weeks after placing my order, the customer service team finally got back to me regarding my shipping. However, I still waited a week for my parcel to arrive from when they emailed me. Although the delivery and response time was ridiculous, I was pleased that customer services finally responded to my emails with an apology and the overall quality of my product was really good.

1 star seems to generous to be honest. My review echos all of the others - placed an order on 15/01 - after about a week checked to see its whereabouts, all the items still say 'pending' and there is absolutely no response from their customer service to any emails I've sent. They were quick enough to take my money. always loved this brand but this has left a sour taste to say the lease

As with all the other reviews, I placed an order with their UK site on the 9th of Jan, chased them up a week later to see where it was and had no response. They then refunded me with no explanation so I presumed they could not fulfil the order but now they have taken the money from me again without my permission. I have emailed again asking to know what's going on but I have no idea if I'll hear anything from them. First time ordering with them and never again. Awful service!

Lieber würde ich 0 Sterne geben. Habe wirklich selten so etwas Unprofessionelles erlebt. Wie ich gerade gesehen habe, hatten auch andere Leute so schlechte Erfahrungen.
Ich werde nie wieder in diesem Online-Shop kaufen.
Kurz zu meiner Situation:
Ich habe im Black Friday Sale 3 Paar Schuhe gekauft (2 schwarze, 1 weißes). Nach einiger Zeit wurden nur 2 Paar (2x schwarz) davon geliefert, aber der komplette Betrag abgebucht. Dort musste ich das erste Mal Kontakt aufnehmen, diverse Fotos schicken etc. Es stand nie im Raum, dass sie den vergessenen Schuh nachsenden. Diesen hätte ich neu bestellen müssen und dann natürlich zum regulären Preis ohne Black Friday Rabatt...Das war mir dann zu blöd, weshalb ich um die Erstattung des Kaufpreises gebeten habe.
Daraufhin wurde ein Artikel in der Bestellung storniert (ein schwarzer Schuh) und das Geld zurück dafür zurückgebucht.
Da mir dieser schlechte Kundensupport nicht gefallen hat, habe ich die beiden Paar Schuhe zurückgesendet (Retour).
2 Wochen später war lediglich der Betrag für eins der beiden Paare erstattet. Das lag daran, dass sie den falschen Schuh (nämlich den schwarzen) als "zurückgegeben" hatte, anstelle des weißen, den sie nie gesendet haben. Somit konnte der Schuhe nicht nochmal als "retourniert" gekennzeichnet werden und das Geld zurückerstattet werden. So eine schlechte Organisation ist wirklich beschämend.
Ich musste mich dann erneut erklären, den ganzen Sachverhalt schildern. Erklären, dass der Shop MEHRFACH FEHLER gemacht hat und ich deshalb immernoch auf mein Geld warte. Dieses Hin und Her hat mich wieder viel Zeit gekostet.
Letzten Endes habe ich mein Geld zurückerhalten, aber so einen schlechten Kundensupport habe ich wirklich noch nie erlebt.

NIE WIEDER!

Awful company. Ordered a baseball cap, paid for, money left the bank. Not heard anything since ordering. No customer service despite the emails I've sent. A truly dreadful experience.

ordered an item on 4/1/20 from element UK. They have promised a 4-5 days shipping. The tracking number didn't work until today. now it says it's stuck in customs. which means ill probably have to pay an import tax when it will arrive. never knew that my purchase is not coming from the UK.
tried to contact customer service several times, sent a complaint form which they promise to reply within 72 hours - no reply. their customer servic is appalling and no exist. will never buy from them and recommend not to buy from them.

Horrendous service I asked for a refund on an item I received that wasn’t the same as the picture, I even offered to pay more for what was actually in the picture but they just said pay for it to be sent back and then they would refund only. This was on top of what I had already paid for postage because of their mistake which they didn’t fix so other people would have had the same issue.
If I comment on their page they delete it and when I messaged them on fb it took them 8 months to reply and all they said was “it’s your problem”

Made an order 8 days ago, order still hasnt been shipped. I wrote to the Customer Support twice, and never got an answer. What is this? I want my order! And please dont blame Covid, there are obviously organisation problems in that company. Scam! I like the brand but this is the last time I order from them. Does your CS even exist?

I bought 2 hooded sweaters for my kids. When we opened the package, we found that the sweaters were made with the fuzzy side on the outside (intentionally ). I did not know this before purchasing, as there was no description to inform me, and online pictures don't reveal this important detail, but had I known I would not have purchased these.
HELLO ELEMENT! The fuzzy side of material belongs on the inside of the garment!
I investigated the return process, and concluded we are better off keeping the ridiculous sweaters that will soon be covered in fuzz-pills.
Disappointing. I won't buy thier clothes again.

Absolutely horrible company
I’ve bought a jacket the money came out of my account two days after and it’s been more then 10 days and they don’t answer emails to explain me why they don’t send the jacket. Never experienced anything like this with shopping online don’t buy nothing else from them ever again

Hice un pedido en la web, una chaqueta y un cinturón. Ambos tenían el mismo número de envío. Cuando me llegó, sólo estaba la chaqueta, pero marcaban ambos como entregados. Aún estoy esperando a que el servicio de atención al cliente me conteste. Horrible.

ELEMENTBRAND IS A FRAUD! never buy anything from this company. I bought 7 pieces of clothing. They sent me ONE. I have tried to write to them but it’s impossible to send a message via their website where I bought the clothes. I tried to phone but they never answer the phone. Elementbrand doesn’t take any responsibility at all as regards the parcels arriving to the customer. I am so disappointed, I like the brand and this was the first time I bought their products on their website but I will NEVER BUY AGAIN and I advise you no to do it either because you will never get the products you pay for. It is a FRAUD!

3 months after receiving a defective board, paypal gave my cash back to element, because element did not notify paypal that i could "keep the board". I now have a defective board, and element kept the cash. They act in bad faith after poor customer service and can't be trusted.

Never ever buy anything from this brand! You'll only regret it. What they call customer service is non existent and in my eyes more of a "customer provocation".
