Honteux, depuis que j'ai passé commande le 21/07/2022 je n'ai toujours rien reçu. J'ai commandé un skateboard complet et depuis 3 semaines il est apparement "En cours de préparation". Je suis choqué moi qui trouvé que la marque était pro et bien PAS DU TOUT ! Le service client raccroche au nez et de plus par email on ne ma jamais répondu. Franchement je suis vraiment déçu. Je déconseille vraiment...

Don’t bother.

Placed an order and paid for it. Over a week later, I had received no dispatch communication.

On checking, it was still being processed??

I contacted them and tried to cancel the order as it won’t arrive in time. In fact not wiser when it will!

Customer services emailed me back and said they couldn’t cancel until it has been delivered!

Let’s hope that’s soon. Awful service and inept delivery service. Avoid.

Déjà client,malgré une première expérience positive,je suis très très déçu.
Je ne recommanderai définitivement plus,je déconseille fortement le site .
Maintenant en déclarant une réclamation paypal j espère être remboursé rapidement.

Ordered around £100 of products from their site 2 weeks ago. You get free shipping for that amount but proves you get what you pay for. Received one t-shirt so far. Their shipping timeline states 7-10 working days but I've only just received the shipping confirmation including for the t-shirt I got a week ago. The tracking info they gave doesn't actually provide any useful information on when I'm likely to get the package. Says shipping info has been transmitted to DPD whatever that means. Does DPD have my stuff or just know where to ship it to. Going away on holiday in 12 days and I'm almost positive that's when it'll arrive. F*** me for ordering something a month before I'm about to go away and expecting a worldwide brand to be able to deliver in that time. Wish I'd come on here to read the reviews before ordering. They're not worth the wait.

Le daría 0 estrellas. Tiene mucha caradura. Te anulan el pedido de productos rebajados indicando que no hay stock y al día siguiente ponen el mismo producto mucho mas caro.
Les reclamas y no contestan.
Las ofertas online son un timo y funcionan mal.

I ordered a Flint Black Wilson Hoodie that was for sale. I was worried because a majority of these other reviews were negative. But mine came in New condition and the correct size after 7 days. So I’m pretty sure they improved on their service.

The customer service (especially Sanne) was very inconsiderate, I spent £8 to return a jacket (the label inside the package said that I would then be refunded the shipping price) but she is telling me that it is not and that I will not receive any refund. I've spent over £200 on the website and they can't make an exception for this one? Horrible customer service

I was tripping out after I ordered something from here and seen the reviews but they shipped my order next day and it got here by the end of the week.

Absolut schlechter Service. Retoure ist kostenpflichtig und muss per EU Päckchen versendet werden. Gutschrift gibt es nicht, der Kundendienst ist vorsorglich auch nicht erreichbar. E- Mail wird blockiert und der Kontakt Button auf deren Seite funktioniert nicht.
Absolut unseriös und nie wieder, schade um die eigentlich coolen Klamotten.

Der schlechteste Kunden/Retourenservice mit dem ich je zu tun hatte. Man bekommt, wenn überhaupt, ein Textbaustein geschickt.
Ich musste mir mein Geld über Paypal zurückholen, sonst hätte ich nichts bekomme.

I ordered jacket for my daughter.Jacket arrived but was damaged.I contacted Amber who responded to my email swiftly.Jacket is going to be replaced.I cannot recommend Amber highly enough.She was polite ,professional and very helpful.

Ordered a skate deck for a kid in Brazil who is desperate for a Fortunato deck. I found one with Element UK and ordered. The order is now showing as not received by DPD 10 days later and I have to go back to Brazil without the deck. This kid is going to be gutted. I'm so upset. There is no response from Element and the emails I send get bounced back. Unbelievably bad service.

I ordered an Element Skateboard Deck and the item arrived 1.5 weeks later in poor packaging (massively oversized box and no real inner padding), so how the deck didn't arrive undamaged is any mans guess. In opening the box the skateboard deck was not the one I ordered and so I wrote to Element Customer Services ASAP asking for them to pick the item up and exchange it for the correct one.

I heard nothing for 5 days and so at my own expense sent the deck back in the original box which cost over £10, and I have proof of delivery by UPS. I have since written to Element Customer Services again but no response and no refund.

To add insult to injury you have to use their online form to contact their customer services as any emails are blocked.

I will never order from this website again and do not recommend that anyone else use it, shockingly bad company.

I ordered a hoodie online, I was concerned given the terrible reviews on here but I had a really positive experience. Order arrived within the 10 day expected arrival time and order was correct.
No complaints at all!

Terrible customer service sent the wrong backpack and then told me that I would have to return it and buy it for a greater price if I wanted one not to mention they didn’t even still have the color that I ordered. Would not recommend and would not buy from them again.

Element war seitdem ich ein Jugendlicher war immer meine absolute Lieblingsmarke. Die Shirts habe ich durchgehend bis zu 8 Jahre getragen und sie sahen immer noch mega aus. Leider hat sich in den letzten Jahren grundlegend etwas in der Qualität geändert. Die Kleidung kommt mit groben Fehlern zum Kunden, entweder sind Nähte komplett offen oder reißen beim bloßen Anziehen direkt auf.
Meldet man dies beim Kundenservice, dann bekommt man (mit Glück) nach frühestens 2 Wochen (!!!) eine Antwort in der einem eine mickrige Gutschrift (weniger als 50% des Artikels) angeboten wird. Falls man dies nicht annimmt könne man ja die Ware zurückschicken. Da man meist aber in einem Angebot gekauft hat, muss man dann auch die restliche Kleidung zurückschicken, ansonsten keine Reklamierung. Bei einer falschen Größe aber Gefallen an dem Kleidungsstück ist ebenfalls kein Umtausch in eine andere Größe möglich - man muss den Einkauf reklamieren und dann die neue Ware bestellen - natürlich ist dann der einzelne Einkauf wieder teurer, da kein Rabatt-Angebot.

Schlussendlich spricht hier ein alter Fan der Marke und ich hoffe, dass dies irgendein Entscheidungsträger bei Element ließt und die Marke zu der altgewohnten Qualität zurückfindet. Zu allererst muss aber dringend der Kundenservice ausgebaut werden. Es kann nicht sein, dass eine Antwort frühstens erst nach 2 Wochen ankommt. Die Rückantworten lassen dann auch auf sich warten. Und dann ist bereits die Hälfte der Rückgabefrist verstrichen. Peace out.

I purchased a hoodie from Element Brand on 14th August. I was told it was dispatched on 18th August. It is now 2nd September and I have not received the item. I have emailed the company twice and they do not bother to reply. It states on the DPD website that they have received the 'information' of the parcel, but no parcel. There is no telephone number to even contact this company - I wonder why. They took my money 13 days ago and I have no way of contacting them to even get it back. Their customer service is absolutely atrocious and I would not recommend this company to anyone. This item was for a birthday present for my son at the end of September, I am not holding out much hope to have received it by then.
