Terrible online and customer service. First off half of my order was cancelled with no email, phone call, or notice of any kind. Second no email was sent with tracking information as they say they would. Even when i called in and talked to someone still wasn't sent to emails about the cancels on the order or tracking. Have not received my refund for the canceled items or items even that made it in the mail either. STAY AWAY FROM ONLINE, BUY IN STORES ONLY!

Meine Bestellung kam recht schnell an an, nur leider ein shirt in falscher Größe (S, statt L) und eine Hose passt mir ganz und gar nicht.
Das übliche hier gelesene: unbeantwortete E-mails, und keinerlei Info dazu wie ich den Kram zurückschicke!
Nichtmal eine Telefonnummer findet man um Verantwortliche direkt anzusprechen. Das ist wirklich der ALLERALLERALLER schlechtestes "Service" den ich je gesehen habe.
Ich mag die Klamotten, aber das ist keine Art mit Kunden umzugehen. Das war das letzte mal.

Schuhe die ich bestellt habe sind mit DPD nie angekommen. Der Kunden-Support meldet sich nach 2 Wochen mit absolut unqualifizierten Mails wie: wenn sie ihre Ware nicht erhalten haben melden sie sich! Ich habe davor schon 2 Mails geschrieben das ich die Schuhe nicht erhalten hab und nicht einmal eine Info von DPD da war wo sie sein könnten. Bisher wurde auf eine Rückzahlung nicht im Ansatz Reagiert.
Nie wieder werde ich dort bestellen!

I love this brand but please do not be tempted to order online from this company. Order takes forever to arrive (partially due to brexit to be fair). Sizes all over the place so ended up having to return the order and six weeks on I'm still waiting for my refund. Tried to email to ask when I'd get the refund but still waiting for a response 8 days on (they commit to reply within 72 hours).

Meldet sich erst nach einem Monat auf die Anfrage und schreibt nichts Konkretes zu meinem eigentlichen Anliegen.
Die zweite Anfrage wurde gar nicht beantwortet.
Zusätlich bekomme ich weiterhin Werbemails obwohl ich mich mehrmals aus dem Verteiler ausgetragen habe.
Würde ich keinem empfehlen.

très déçu et encolère d' avoir perdu 39 €, toujours pas était remboursé et pas de numéro téléphonique pour avoir le service clientèle. je commande un pull livré en point relais, je vais le chercher et ce n' était pas le bon. Le point relais me dit qu' ils vont le renvoyer par le transporteur et depuis plus de nouvelles malgré mais nombreuses relance à Element par mail. Voici mon N° de commande 500066751 acheté le 13 Février 2021 au nom de Thomas Chalanson. Si jamais vous passez par la je veux bien au moins un bon d' échange svp.

Having finally received my
item and after weeks of waiting they weren’t right so I returned it. A month since it was sent back my account is showing it as returned but no refund yet. I’ve emailed customer service and not had a response. Don’t buy from them, the worst service ever.

Unfortunately I haven't check all the reviews before (89% with only 1 *) otherwise I wouldn't order with them.
I bought everything by Facebook's add I was overcharged, then I contact them to resolve the issue and they respond to me nearly a month later.
On top of that the items that I've received came with little damages and with the price stamps from another completely Retail shop. They response they gave me it was that company went to bankruptcy, which is completely false and unacceptable as I have family and friends working for that company.
The return process is a nightmare, original was free of charge, however, when I've received it was a return label where I had to pay for the delivery (around £6), so it wasn't worthy and I didn't want to spent more time and assumed my mistake on this occasion...
Definitely, buy from somewhere else.

J’ai acheté plusieurs articles de tous types et de toutes couleurs. Étant très méticuleux avec tous mes vêtements, j’ai malheureusement constaté des traces noires sur un tee shirt jaune provenant de la sérigraphie, j’en ai informer le service client car je n’ai jamais rencontré de problèmes y compris sur des produits blanc. Le service client client n’a rien voulu savoir car ils sont sur à 💯 de leurs produits, c’est une utopie car un défaut est toujours possible quelque soit la marque et j’en ai apporté la preuve par une photo édifiante. En résumé ils m’ont pris pour un idiot, c’est lamentable.

Placed an order on 28th January, didn't realise that their warehouse is based in Belgium as ordered in the past and received all OK.
Items were dispatched and sat with DPD for around 10 days. No customer service response from Element when contacted about where my parcel was. Spoke to DPD on 23rd February who confirmed the parcel had no delivery details (name, house number, contact email/phone number) and only road name, town & post code. Element have messed up. Parcel was being returned to them as DPD cannot deliver. DPD advised the parcel should never had made it out of Belgium, nevermind to the UK. Tried to contact Element again for a refund. It's now 9th March and no response. Have since taken this up as a dispute with my credit card company to try and receive a refund.
Avoid. If you want Element branded items, do not order directly from them as there's a high chance you'll never receive the goods or your money back.
Atrocious. Unbelievably bad
So like many I ordered a few items from Element back in January. I checked out the company and saw that they were shipping from the EU but as I had several other orders delivered from EU based suppliers (EMP for example) to the UK without issue I didn't think this would be an issue. How wrong I was.
First things first, they refunded me for one of the items before telling me why, which was very confusing. Seems that the item was out of stock. This sort of thing happens so I wasn't too worried as they confirmed mid-Jan that the other two items had been shipped. This was when the radio silence began. Early February I emailed them and waited five days for a response. When they did respond it was mid-Feb and over a month since my order was placed. I was told that the order had been dispatched and that there was a tracking code on my order email. Not on the order on my account but only on the email. Once I had found this I noticed that the order was in the UK but was sitting in DPD's warehouse and had been for a while. Confused? I was.
I tried to arrange delivery with DPD and set a date on their app and, despite confirmation, this date came and went. I then received a generic email from Element saying they had sorted all their shipping issues and delayed parcels would now be delivered. This sounded promising but then the DPD status changed two days later to Return to Sender. It was now the start of March and nearly two months had passed since I placed the order. The package I had been waiting for was now heading back to the Netherlands. I emailed again asking what was going on and this morning, over a week later, I have received a refund with no explanation or apology.
It's really the worst customer service and delivery I have experienced. The only details they need for delivery into the UK is standard commodity codes and EORI numbers to identify them as a retailer. Clearly they just didn't do any leg work to get ready for the changes as many of their competitors have. I have since had several deliveries from EU based competitors so any Brexit excuses are moot.
Overall - total farce!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered a jumper in January, still hasn’t arrived. No information / contact from element. Had to chase DPD myself only to find out it’s being returned to sender due to incorrect paperwork. Tried to contact customer services but been ignored, can’t get a refund. Absolutely shocking customer services. DO NOT ORDER
Horrendous experience
Horrendous experience. I ordered two coats on the 28th January. I hadn't received my items two weeks later so I contacted them and received a generic response that didn't answer my email. DPD advised that my item had incorrect shipping details on it and it was being held at Eindhoven exports. Still over a month later and I've not heard back from customer services on multiple new emails to them. All i want now is a refund given the time gone by. Avoid at all costs.
Shocking service
Made an order 5th Feb, the item was despatched and now a month later it has not arrived. The tracking number shows it arrived in the UK on 11th Feb and then nothing. Have sent two emails to customer services almost two weeks apart and no response to either (despite their site saying they respond within 48-72 hours). Terrible, do not trust that you will get your order!!
