Hijos de la gran puta estafadores no comprar nada online , mas de una semana esperando que envíen el pedido

Inquiet au vu des avis trustpilot j'ai tout de même commandé ses produits avec une superbe réduction, reçu 2 vestes dans un 1er colis puis un skateboard monté dans un second. Le tout gratuitement livré à domicile. Certes il n'y avait pas d'informations précise concernant la date de livraison mais le colis a bien été réceptionné et les produits sont de qualité donc satisfait !

this was my THIRD order from them. first time were some collectable decks I wanted, packing was a thin piece of paper and decks free moving! useless so I complained, got my second order through and that was damaged because guess what! NO PACKING again even though I told them about it and this was shipped from boardriders.com in the UK!
oh and to add I was meant to get 1 grip tape per deck but did not! I got 1 tape for ALL decks and I had about 7 of them!

sent that damaged one back to then see the deck was now basically discontinued! so i get a refund finally.

then i order a gain some others! they came in again with ZERO / NADA packing and free moving! thankfully the box was only damaged inside and the decks lasted this time! and again ZERO grip tape but it was supposed to be 1 tape per deck again! so im missing out on that also!

then to add to the insult, 1 day after I order 1 deck goes down £10 on sale! so I have asked for a refund due to it being next day reduction and that's unfair for the customer to have that! if not i will send it back and buy something else that's NOT a deck they cannot damage in shipping IF they can even get that right!

THIS company and the shippers they use is just awful! just avoid them and buy stuff instore as they clearly do not care about you and your expensive items you buy! if they don't care why should we give them money!

thankfully i got a video opening my box this time which will be on YouTube to show the poor service I have received YET again for the world to see and laugh at them!

I certainly wont be buying from them EVER again and will likely stop using the brand name in general now as they don't care for my products i paid good money for!

Chaussures achetées fin septembre, elles se sont dechirées au niveau du talon début janvier. Le SAV répondu vite mais assure que c'est de ma faute et décline toute responsabilité et donc tout geste commercial.

I ordered a jacket which I returned on the 24th of November using the prepaid label from Evri. The tracking shows it was taking forever - to be fair it was the Christmas period so I allowed for a delay. 5 weeks later, the Evri tracking is no longer valid (useless on Evri's part), however when I contacted Element three times using their contact form they reply with the same statement to allow 10 days after return is received to receive a refund, with no response to my question of checking that they did infact receive it or how to contact Evri for the parcel. I'm sat waiting and anticipating that it's either lost (and wondering how to contact either company as none has a phone number), or if they lost it after receiving it back. They don't address your question but just gives a generic non helpful response.

Clearly looking at the reviews and going by my own experience it is not a great idea to order from this company. I am editing this review, it was far worse because they have now issued me a refund for goods which didn't arrive which I don't think were even tracked. I wouldn't order from them again since I found their lack of communication stressful, there's no phone number and one is left in limbo so it's not a good experience.

Retouren werden nicht bearbeitet, selbst Wochen nachdem der Artikel bei Element eingegangen ist. Klärung nur über PayPal möglich. Auf Anfragen wird seitens Element nur mit fertigen Standard Mails geantwortet.

Son unos ESTAFADORES. No pidan nunca nada por esta página. Pedí una oferta de 2x3 para pagar 2 productos (los más caros) y que me llegarán 3, y solo enviaron los dos que pagué. Según ellos, es un problema de stock, pero qué casualidad que el que sale gratis es el que no envían. No tienen ningún tipo de atención al cliente, lo que hace imposible contactar con ellos. Da pena que una marca así gane dinero de esta forma (ya de por sí sus productos son caros como el diablo)

I placed an order with Element on 16th August, including a M Hoodie and M T-shirt. I received the hoodie 6 days later, but despite being a size M and with no clue in the description, it fit like a crop top. This cost me over £4 to return. Unfortunately, the T-shirt I ordered was not included in this package, and after prompting Element for explanation, it turned up a week later in a separate parcel. Upon arrival, despite being a M and with no clue in the description, it was larger than the hoodie and fit like a duvet case. Despite the fact it was Element who sent items from the same order in two separate (delayed) parcels, and despite the poor sizing and even poorer service, I was expected to pay for an additional return. Further emails to Element were ignored. I nevertheless persisted. It took a MONTH for Element to eventually reply (on 21st September), sending me a QR code and instructions to take my parcel to my nearest EVRI parcel shop – even though they could have just arranged for collection from my house. I did as instructed, only to find that the code they had sent me did not work (either scanned or manually inputted) and there was no way of asking for help. So that was a 25-mile roundtrip wasted. I emailed Element for help/another code, and shock, they have not replied. Honestly, this is abysmal from Element. Unhelpful, uncaring and utterly painful service.

Leider muss ich mich den vorherigen Bewertern anschließen.
Klamotten eigentlich cool und preislich auch okay.
Leider ist vor allem der Rücksendungsservice quasi nicht vorhanden.
Auf Nachfragen gibt es lediglich fertige Textbausteine, selbst wenn sie eigentlich gar nicht mehr passen.
Ein Beispiel dazu, meine Rücksendung ist schon 3 Wochen bei Element wieder angekommen und mir wird trotzdem immernoch mitgeteilt dass die Bearbeitung bis zu 14 Tagen dauern kann.
Man schickt DHL Sendungsnummer hinterher, da dies gefordert wird und kriegt dann einfach keine Antwort mehr. Ich werd das ganze nun wahrscheinlich über PayPal klären müssen.
Überlegt euch gut, welche Größen Ihr bestellt und ob ihr was zurückschicken wollt. Für mich war dass das erste und letzte mal.

J'ai acheté plusieurs shorts et T Shirts chez Elément. J'ai eu un problème avec un short qui après deux lavages présentait des trous à plusieurs endroits. J'ai envoyé une réclamation à Elément qui a répondu qu'ils avaient reçu ma réclamation (demande N° 1547439)
et après pas de nouvelles malgré plusieurs relances de ma part. On ne trouve nul part leur N° de téléphone non plus.
Seulement après j'ai consulté les avis sur Elément qui sont très mauvais. Malheureusement je ne les ai pas lu avant.
Je déconseille très vivement la Sté. Elément pour sa qualité de Services.

Retoure auf eigene Kosten, Kundenservice schwer erreichbar (für eine Rücksendung muss man aber dort ein Retourenlabel anfordern), Retoure wird mehrere Wochen nicht bearbeitet - dementsprechend auch das Geld nicht zurückerstattet.

Lieferung hat 2 Wochen gedauert - nicht gut, aber verkraftbar. Was aber gar nicht geht ist der Retourenprozess. Porto geht auf eigene Kosten. Auf jeden Fall versicherten Versand wählen - sonst sieht man sein Geld nicht mehr! Nach 4 Wochen immer noch kein Geld zurück obwohl die Ware nachweislich angenommen wurde. vom Kundenservice gibt es nur Standard Mails ohne Bezug zum eigentlichen Fall. Erst nach Androhung rechtlicher Schritte gabs das Geld zurück. Eigentlich mochte ich die Marke immer total gern - bis ich dann erstmals dort direkt bestellt habe. Nie wieder Element:(

2 Shirts bezahlt, nur 1 bekommen und vom Kundenservice wird man ignoriert

I bought a t-shirt that i have never recived. They sent me that DPD tracking number and when i contacted DPD they told that the parcel was sent from overseas and import dutys were bot paid.
I tried contact ELement several times and NO answer.

Order was missing an item. No way of contacting them except for the contact form on their website that just says “an error has occurred” when you press send. There’s no email address or phone number and their Messenger chat bot just directs you to the non-working contact form.

Qualité vraiment nulle, sur plusieurs articles ça bouloche au bout de 2 lavages sur un sweat à 80€, un autre sweat, la sérigraphie se barre au 1er lavage à 30°et biensur, aucune réponse aux mails, plus jamais

No he recibido mi pedido y me lo han cobrado. Desde luego dejaré de usar esta marca.
