Don't recommend the clinic, after one year since my hair transplant and ZERO results, they don't respond on WhatsApp, and they are not assuming their poor quality service. I wouldn't recommend this clinic for hair transplant.

I had my hair transplant done here on August, and it turned out to be one of the worst decisions of my life. They claimed to have Around transplanted 6,000 grafts, but the reality is far from it. The density is terrible, especially on the middle and crown areas — it looks patchy, thin, and completely unnatural. Only the front part has some coverage, but the rest of my head looks almost the same as before the surgery.

What hurts the most is how dishonest and money-driven this clinic was. They kept convincing me to pay more and to use extra donor areas, promising a full result — but they only cared about money, not about the patient or the outcome. I trusted them with something very personal and emotional, but they betrayed that trust completely.

The entire experience was painful, stressful, and deeply disappointing. I went through surgery, pain, and recovery with the hope of gaining confidence — but instead, I’m left with regret, anxiety, and sadness every time I look in the mirror. They don’t care once they take your payment; there’s no real follow-up, no empathy, and no professionalism.

Please, do not make the same mistake I did. Don’t fall for their fake promises, big numbers, or marketing tricks. I truly wish someone had warned me before I went through this nightmare. This clinic has destroyed my trust and caused me emotional and financial pain that I will never forget.

You don't want to do this. Poor quality, bunch of lies on Whatsapp so you just book a ticket, not professional, dishonest service. They are focused to sell and rip you for a money.
1. Agreed 1300 EUR for DHI density of 40 Grafts/cm2. At the place they are charging you for additional donor areas, that they did not mentioned earlier.
2. Sedation does not work, you will feel pain all the time during the treatment, because their anesthesiologist is bad.
3. At the end they show you certificate of 6000 grafts warranty, but what is 6000 for them is 2000 for other clinics. Take a look how 5000 grafts look like in other clinics and how it looks like for estemoon specialists. Corona is empty and this is picture form same day of the surgery.
4. On WhatsApp they tell you something different, during the visit something different and when you are home , after the transplant, they avoid you like hell.
5. You have to pay in cash and before surgery, because after when you look how it was done you would not pay they any cent. I specially asked the doctor before the transplant, that corona area is important for the re-fill. They have ignored and did their way.
6. You won't have satisfactory result, trust me, avoid any business with them. They only service VIP clients properly, because then they can give them good press.
7. Nobody there speaks English, just simple words "pain?", "no pain?", "driver will come". Surgery is being done by some students, very young people who does not have experience and skills.
8. They will give you papers to sign, but you won't get any copy of it, so you will have to read it for hours at the day of arrival or ignore.
9. Don't trust Marvina, she is experienced lair.

It does not matter how many grafts your automated tool calculates if at the end these grafts are not in the head. It does not matter how many English speakers you have if they are not there during the surgery and you cannot communicate to the team who is providing you the service.

Od samego początku bardzo kontaktowa klinika.
Wszystko zostało mi dokładnie wytłumaczone.
Pomocne były również materiały odnośnie jak trafić z kim się kontatkować na miejscu.
Jeżeli chodzi o sam zabieg, to oczywiście jest to sprawa osobista i każdy może zabieg przejść inaczej.
Jeżeli chodzi o opiekę, to od samego początku ona była i do chwili obecnej nadal jest.
Na moim stanem głowy, czuwa Pani Rezarta :-D.

La mia esperienza posso dire che è stata ottimale , dall’arrivo in aereoporto a Istambul fino alla partenza di ritorno..ci hanno seguito passo passo prima durante e anche dopo l’intervento, ancora oggi ci sostengono e ci chiedo giorno per giorno come procede la guarigione e per qualsiasi dubbio o perplessità sono sempre disponibili per chiarirci il tutto senza problemi

Esperienza positiva , struttura molto preparata e professionale, anche la ragazza ( rezarta) che mi sta seguendo in tutto il mio percorso è veramente disponibile sempre e mi aiuta in qualsiasi dubbio io abbia … speriamo in un risultato finale positivo mi auguro che il mio trapianto abbia un ottimo risultato

My experience at Estemoon has been nothing but positive. The coordinators handled all the arrangements, and the transfers and hotel were perfectly fine. The clinic itself looked professional and welcoming.The doctors and technicians were very skilled and worked carefully throughout the procedure. I’m four months into recovery now, and I can already see healthy growth. I’m pleased with the service and the results so far.

The aftercare kit they provided was very helpful, and the follow-up messages showed they really care about their patients. I’m now six months post-transplant and seeing strong, natural growth. I would absolutely recommend Estemoon to anyone considering a hair transplant.

I recently had my hair transplant at this clinic and I am very satisfied with the overall experience. The staff was extremely professional, friendly, and supportive throughout the whole process. They explained everything in detail and guided me step by step, from the surgery to the aftercare routine. The environment was very clean and comfortable, which gave me a lot of confidence.

I especially appreciate their aftercare instructions and follow-up; they are always available to answer my questions and provide guidance. Even after the procedure, they kept checking on me and making sure everything was going well.

I had a hair transplant here on 23rd August, and I deeply regret my decision. They claimed to have transplanted 6,100 grafts, but the reality does not reflect that. The front area looks okay, but the rest of my head has extremely poor density, leaving me heartbroken after going through such a painful surgery.

What makes it worse is that they convinced me to use extra donor areas for more money, which feels dishonest. I trusted them with something so important, but instead of care and transparency, I feel like I was treated as just a business transaction.

This was supposed to give me confidence, but instead I am left with stress, regret, and uncertainty about the outcome. Please be very careful before trusting this clinic — I wish I had been warned.

This is a scam ! First when I talked to the assistant by WhatsApp it was supposed to be 1170€. When I arrived at the clinic they made the price almost doubled, saying that taking beard as donor area is more expensive, forcing me to take sedation when I didn’t want to and also the last method of surgery because I have curly hairs. So I had to borrow money because I wasn’t expecting to finally pay almost the double. The surgeon and Claire were really nice, shoutout to them.unfortunately I can’t say the same for the ones who were extracting the follicles and Jola. The assistants who were extracting the follicle didn’t care about me being in pain. And they overharvested my donor area. Now it’s patchy, I have holes everywhere and we are 3 months later. My head looks like an emmenthal which was eaten by a lot of mouses. Contacting the assistance they say it’s normal because of the shock loss etc. That’s wrong, after 3 months hair should go back to normal. Why with my beard nth is wrong ? Because my beard was also taken as donor area. So the only thing they said is take minoxidil and wait. LOL. Also I’ve asked for the pictures of the surgery, the before/after and I’m still waiting. It’s been a month. 1 month to send pictures ?! Lol come on. So I won’t let go until they fix it and I really hope I get some compensation or they rework this because I won’t let go. Clearly they are disrespecting me but I can’t give up on my claim.
And I clearly don’t recommend this clinic, to nobody.
I keep you posted here and if they try to fix it for real I will come here and say the truth.
Note that here in just talking about donor area. I’ll keep you posted for the implanted area. And I reserve myself the right to take legal action and prosecute them if I do not get the expected results and if they do not make amends.

Everything about the experience was great.
Marvina my consultant was helpful in every way possible, she made everything seem so easy and clear.

STAY AWAY. They give you a special price of £1000 then once your in the clinic for the surgery, the price is doubled if you want more grafts or aftercare. No real instructions on how to use the aftercare either. The main translator who speaks English is money driven and don’t give a toss about you.

I had my procedure done on the 25th August 2025
When I initially had my procedure booked in I was told I will get the max grafts but I think they meant from the donor area. I wasn’t happy as they should have told me in advance that if their is extra grafts needed they will cost extra from my chest, beard etc and it would be 250£ each I would have been fine with it and we’ll prepared. Lucky I arranged it if I couldn’t have I would’ve been disappointed.
Bora was really nice tbh she is the one I was speaking to on WhatsApp she does respond fast bless her and she is very helpful
The translator I felt was rude, couldn’t really speak to her and it felt like she didn’t want to speak unless the dr told her what to say .. if your reading this you are a translator and that’s your job to communicate.
Now we go to the procedure, the hair line that was done they actually done a good job as I do like it. They recommended me what would look natural so I went for the natural look in total they done 6007 grafts she done a good job. One of the technicians that was working along side the dr she had ginger hair she was really sweet you could tell she was caring and down to earth couldn’t thank her more as she was gentle.
At this moment in time I’m hitting 2 weeks I’m happy with it so far my procedure started at 5pm finished at 3am
Previously my friend has been here I seen his and I got confident that I am going to use these guys
I’m happy at this moment of time I will come back to give a review one year later

Once again Bora has been good with me hopefully we stay in contact through out my journey
