Ho fatto un trapianto un anno fa in Albania, con oltre 6000 bulbi e un costo extra per il rinfoltimento. Nonostante abbia seguito tutte le indicazioni, la zona coronale è rimasta senza capelli. Fin dall’inizio ho segnalato che i bulbi fossero pochi, ma la clinica mi ha detto di attendere 18 mesi. I capelli non possono spuntare dal nulla se non sono stati trapiantati, e ora mi chiedono altri soldi per completare un lavoro mai fatto.
Se potessi darei zero stelle.
Vi consiglio di non andare da loro.

As a patient used twice other hair transplant clinics in Istanbul, could say - Worst service ever i've seen in Turkey.
1. We've agreed in advance:
- travel to Turkey day 1;
- hair transplant day 2 (morning session);
- travel to UK day 3;
2. We've agreed someone to wait for me at the airport on the time of arrival, then transfers between the hotel and clinic, then to drop me off at the airport.
3. We've agreed for everything for £2000;
4. We've agreed for native speaking language to Turkish language translator due to all hair transplant procedure.

- first issue - At the day off arrival i needed to wait 1 hour for the pre-booked taxi at the airport;

- Second issue- As soon as arrived at the hotel get whatsapp text from unknown number says to get prepare for the next day (operation day) to get ready for pick up from the hotel between 13:00-16:00, which means the hair transplant will start from 15:00- till no one explained. I've complained this to the lady We've got corespondetion from beginning and she told "I'm sorry but the doctor we've booked for your har transplant is available only afternoon. When I asked her how long will last my hair transplant (because I know it is procedure takes between 7-9 hours), she told "don't worry you're in the right hands" whatever is mean that.
- Third issue (day 2) - I've been pick it up from the hotel at 13:00, arrived at clinic at 13:40, waiting in the waiting room till 14:30 for the doctor and staff.
- Fourth (main) issue- There wasn't an translator (as they promised from beginning) and the only person who was able to understand English was a doctor, who is actually doing consultations for 5 minutes (not make any hair transplant at all).

- Fifth issue - After the doctor make lines over my head, showing the other staff where to extract the hair from and where to transplant the hair to, came a lady asked me to pay the procedure first before done anything. We've got agreed offer for £2000 in advance with them, but they tried to charge me extra £60. Ofcourse I didn't agree with this and showed my offer to them. The lady was getting angry and makes few phone calls speaking non English and finaly after 20 minutes they agreed to their first offer of £2000.
Important - she didn't even say "sorry" to me as a patient comming from UK, paying £2000 for obviously their mistake.
- Sixt issue. After the payment been done, they sent 3 ladies to get me prepare for Anastesia. First lady tried twice to take a vene blood, but couldn't make it. She called someone else and 5 mins later came other lady, who tried twice (both hands) and finaly she managed to take a vene blood from 4th time (didn't had any issue with taking a blood before, as I'm doing each ear full blood tests)

-7th issue - My hair transplantion last 6 hours (15:00-21:00) and there in the room wasn't any English speaking person, so few times ive tried to ask them a questions about the area they've started implanting the hair (which area they're going to cover now, will be there enough grafts for the crown area- because that was my preference to cover first crown area and then the rest if there is some grafts left.
I felt that they've started from the front and wanted to ask - why they not started from the crown area as we've agreed with the doctor, but unfortunately the only thing they sayd on Turkish language "we can't undrstand".
- 8 issue- Even with local anastasia (costs £120 extra) i was feeling the pain and couple of times tried to say them "pain, pain" but they sayd "ok","ok" with no anything change for better (maybe they didn't do proper the injections into the scalp and when they working over the head and some areas didn't feel any pain, but on other get crazy.
All 6 hours the ladies was talking between them on Turkish languages, were laffing with high voice, and didn't even stopped for 5 seconds - i get headache of this.

-9 issue - The procedure finished at 21:00 (this is the hair transplant personal working time, which i didnt know in advance- otherwise i would cancel whole procedure), and I think ove the last hour before they finish, they start transplanting hair 2 time faster than before, which makes me feel - Possibly will not have enough good final result as a result of people in a hurry going home.
They've sent me to wait for pree-booked taxi at 21:10 and was waiting for their taxi driver by 22:10 (one hour waiting a pre-booked taxi after 6 hours operation) - This makes me completely crazy and no one of the representative pick up their phones. Even the hospital closed at 22:00 and they've sent me underground where is emergency exit to wait my taxi, because main entrance shut at 22:00.
On the next day when they've asked me for review I have them 3 star and lady get angry and sayd to me- "when you're not happy why did you came in our clinic" - I WAS COMPETELY SHOCKED AND DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO SAY.

This review is based entirely on my personal experience with Estemoon.

I was guaranteed 4,500 grafts, and once I arrived, I was convinced to pay extra for an additional 1,000. In total, I paid for 5,500 grafts. After the procedure, it became clear that only around 3,000 grafts were actually implanted. The gap between what was promised and what was delivered is huge, and I never received a clear explanation for this discrepancy.

The overall organization was also very poor. The clinic repeatedly sent taxis late, despite the fact that they were supposed to take me to the hospital on time. This created unnecessary stress and made the entire experience feel chaotic.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise against choosing this clinic. I felt misled both in terms of graft count and the quality of service.

i was done my hair transplant a few days before..the staff was very kind ..just little confused about price..but eveything was good.

Bad results. Please do not go here. Spend the money and go somewhere legit . Do not make the same mistake I did . In addition to ruining your head, their customer service is practically non-existent- they will just ignore your emails and WhatsApp messages completely

Hola, quiero compartir como me han arruinado la vida esta clínica, nunca se hagan nada con ellos porque son unos estafadores y pueden arruinar su vida, me hice una rinoplastia, de primeras te mandan la acreditación del Dr que supuestamente te va a operar,que es mentira porque contacte con ese doctor después y no trabaja con ellos, me dieron un presupuesto y cuando estoy en la clínica,que tampoco es la que te dicen aparece un supuesto Dr de unos 25 años, la traductora después de mirarme este señor, me dice que la operación son 500€ más de lo acordado, me niego a que me opere este chico y mucho menos pagar 500€ más y me quito las medias de compresión y quiero irme, Era mi asesora me llama y me convence,me dice que 400€ y aparece otro cirujano un poco más mayor, y bueno accedo a operarme solo me hacen un análisis de Sangre me meten en quirófano, después de operado la férula me hace una herida en la parte superior de la nariz por la inflamación,que me deja una cicatriz que verán en las fotos a los días me quitan los cornetes son unos soportes por que dejan dentro ,pase un dolor horrible, me los quito el chico joven del principio,tiro tan fuerte y no humedeció bien la zona que creo que rompió los puntos del injerto que me habían puesto, a las semanas tenía un olor a podrido horrible y cual no es mi sorpresa que limpiándome con el spray que recomiendan,se sale el injerto, con una parte podrida que era el olor que tenía tan malo, al perder el injerto la nariz,se bajó y se deformó y con una cicatriz en la parte superior de la nariz, al principio Era,la comercial fue muy atenta, después no contestaba y tuve que ponerme en contacto con todas las compañeras y dijeron que estaba de baja por Maternidad, Jola otra comercial que habla Español también me atiende después de pasar por ese calvario consigo a los 6 meses que vuelvan a operarme para arreglar el desastre, tuve que pagar 500€,aún siendo responsabilidad de ellos y 800€ del billete de avión por que era verano, de nuevo apareció el chico Joven con otro cirujano,me vuelven a operar, en otra clínica, la habitación era de 2m por 2m un horror pero no me importa si me arreglaban el desastre, paso todo el día y la noche y el día siguiente y no viene el médico ni a verme se olvidan de que estoy allí ,!tuve que contactar varias veces para que me llevaran al hotel, porque nadie venía a ver ni como estaba, después de llamar y preguntar que si el Doctor iba a venir a verme llegó a las 10 de la noche del otro día en pantalones de deporte y con el traductor del teléfono me dice que los cornetes me los tengo que quitar en España,por supuesto he quedado como un monstruo no han arreglado nada y escribo a todas las comerciales de Español y nadie contesta ni Era ni Jola ni nadie, me operé por primera vez el 25 de Diciembre a los 6 meses en julio del año pala impotencia es fuerte y la depresión, y no sé qué pasado, tuve que pedir excedencia en el trabajo porque psicológicamente estoy muerto, llevo un año sin trabajar es cara al publico, y los clientes del hotel me miran y me preguntan y no pude soportarlo,en he intentado hasta en quitarme la vida, espero que el destino de alguna forma se cobre el daño que le causan a personas como yo que le arruinan la vida y ni contestan ni siquiera humanamente preguntan ni cómo estás, Pongo fotos y si alguien quiere más detalles que hay muchos más 695550454 mi nombre es Jose Flores Naranjo de Malaga España espero que os ayude mi mala experiencia para salvar a alguien de de estos individuos estafadores. La clinique devrait être renommée "usine" étant donné que l'on passe à la chaine.
On me remet une attestation de greffe de 5500 greffons alors qu'il doit y en avoir 4000 à tout casser.
J'ai donc encore des zones "vides" sur la zone d'accueil (vertex quasi lisse) et des "trous" au niveau de la zone donneuse.
Les gens viennent pour changer de vie, investissant 2000 à 3000 euros, et on bacle le travail

I had a hair procedure with this clinic over a year ago and, unfortunately, the results have been very disappointing.

Despite carefully following all post-procedure instructions and taking great care of the area, the outcome lacks natural appearance and density.

The clinic promotes “natural-looking results that respect hairline and density,” but this promise was not fulfilled. I reached out to them with my concerns and provided detailed documentation, including photos. However, after several months, I received no proper response and they ignored my many messages.

This experience has left me feeling misled and unsupported. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and thoroughly research before choosing this clinic.

Update 10 July 2025: I sent an email with my credentials and “Guarantee Certificate” to Estemoon clinic but it’s been more than a week and they keep being unresponsive. It seems that they only care to give a false image of support on public channels like Google reviews but in reality they don’t care to give a good service.

Update 31 October 2025: After many months of sending emails and messages they finally responded to me that I’ll need to pay extra for getting another session (This wasn’t mentioned in their guarantee certificate).

Update 08 November 2025: They stopped replying to my messages again.

I was treated well with respect and looked after by the workers at este moon, everything that was planned was on time so I was not left to stress about things.

The procedure went smoothly and whilst I have been in the recovery period I have been contacted consistently and my questions have been answered when I have had them
