I was at clinic at Estemoon but the work wasn’t done properly and I was feeling stressed and not happy the way how they manage the work.
From the beginning During the chat conversation was good while consultation, and she made me believe they are serious, but after starting to do the work, the work wasn’t properly about the Technical method showed me.
I was fooled by the packages offered via chat written by the Estemoon consultant, which after I decided to choose this clinic due to the consultation in my case. But in reality, the work in the clinic was not carried out entirely after the discussion via chat with the Estemoon consultant. I am not asking to beleive me but it is true what I wrote in here. The proces of hair implanted work are not what they present on chat the consultation.

Really bad experience ! I come 1 time to fix a miss of hair and there is no result..

I ask to explain me and correct it and they say they will never fix the bad work they do. So I pay again and now it s worst.

My hair is so bad now and they stop to answer me. No garrantee !! Nothing

Czekałem 18 miesięcy z opinia. Otrzymałem zapewnienie, podczas rezerwacji, że przeszczepią mi ok 6 tys graftów. Włosów z tyłu miałem mnóstwo więc miało to się udać bez problemu. Już przed samą operacją okazało się, że przeszczepia mi 5 tys bo „tyle wystarczy” przy mojej niewielkiej łysinie (Gdzie płatność taka sama jak za 6k).
Ok stwierdziłem, że nie będę się kłócił ze specjalistami. Sama operacja trwała dość krótko bo ok 5h co już budziło moje wątpliwości natomiast byłem bardzo zmęczony więc poszedłem spać. Rano zrobiłem swojej głowie zdjęcie i okazało się, że w części korony głowy gdzie miałem mieć ok 1500 -2000 (normalnie na głowie ilość tak duża że nie do zliczenia) a ja mam max kilkaset kropek. Poprosiłem hotel aby wydrukował mi zrobione zdjęcie i zacząłem je liczyć, ku mojemu zaskoczeniu z obiecanych 2 tys mam ok 200 graftów. Zgłosiłem sprawę, żeby to poprawili i tu juz zaczęli mnie oszukiwać, że wsadzili po kilka gratów w jeden otwór przez co może się wydawać jakby było ich. Mniej. Oczywiście po czasie okazało się, Ze to było zwykle kłamstwo, czekałem raportując im co chwile, ze dalej nic. Teraz po półtora roku czekania stwierdzili ze włosy się nie przyjęły. Zwykłe oszustwo. Mam stały kontakt z kilkoma osobami z którymi wówczas byłem, ani jedna nie jest zadowolona. To porostu naciągacze, oszuści którzy obiecają wszystko nie zrobią nic. Jak chcesz mieć dobrze zrobione wybierz inną klinikę. W załączeniu zdjcie „2000 graftów”. Po co masz tam jechać ? Żeby Ci obiecali, że Ci przeszczepią ? Wybierz jakieś normalne miejsce gdzie jak mówią ze cos zrobią to to robią. Co do zdjęć z instagvrama gwarantuje, że żadne z tych zdjęć nie jest stamtąd. Nikt powtarzam NIKT nie wyglądał w hotelu tak jak na ich zdjęciach z instagrama. Każdy miał dużo, dużo, dużo mniej przeszczepów. Porównaj sobie moje zdjęcie ze zdjęciami z instagrama. Klasyczne oczekiwania vs rzeczywistość :D jak to na instagramie. Nie trać pieniędzy

Proszą mnie o imie i nazwisko które jest u góry przecież podane. Kiedy poprosiłem o rozwiązanie sprawy na whatsapp przestaliście sie do mnie odzywać. W zasadzie to chyba taka opowiedź, żeby było widać, że coś odpisaliście bo nic nowego nie chcecie wnieść do sprawy. Nie da się włożyć 10 włosów w jeden graft i każdy o tym wie. Taka odpowiedź która nic nie wnosi, macie moje dane, macie moje zdjęcia, fakt jest taki, że nie zamierzacie nic zrobić z tym, że mnie oszukaliście, ja też z tym nic nie mogę zrobić poza tym, że ostrzegę innych pacjentów którzy wybiorą inne kliniki.

Horrible experience.

Got a hair transplant back in April 2024. Hotel is dingy with wild dogs running around outside. Got to the clinic the morning of my hair transplant and the person taking my bloods messed it up and spilled blood everywhere, all over me, himself and the mini theatre I was in. Just before the procedure they wanted me to pay an extra €220 for grafts which I was told was included in the price prior to flying all the way there. Literally lying on the operating chair and the woman walks in with a card machine telling me it’s more.
I also paid extra for the extra sedation, I have had a hair transplant a few years ago and I didn’t opt for extra sedation. The pain I felt was incredible, honestly like being tortured for 6 hours. I can compare this to the other clinic where I fell asleep during it.
Once the procedure was done the meal they gave me was chickpeas and goat milk. I’m allergic to milk and don’t like chickpeas. The lady in charge it seemed put the open milk container into my bag as well without me asking where it burst and destroyed my clothes I had brought.

The next day for the wash that went fine, but then the same lady brought me into a room to try and up sell this BS after care kit that cost a bomb. I was under the impression after care like shampoo etc is included! Every other HT clinic it is included. They make you sign a waiver as well to say that if you don’t follow their recommended aftercare (the expensive box of soaps and oils) it’s your fault the hair transplant won’t take fully. I luckily still had aftercare products from my last hair transplant and used that.

Overall I think they tell you a cheap price to get you over there and then upsell you into paying more money for a bad service.

Hair transplant result:
Horrendous, nothing has changed whatsoever on my head. My first transplant with 3200 grafts with a different clinic yielded more results than etstemoons 5500 grafts. My donor areas are horribly damaged, under my chin especially it look like I have alopecia and the back and sides of my head are extremely thin.

Seriously if anyone is thinking of going here AVOID, far better clinics out there who won’t bate you in with lower prices and make you pay more when you get there, have competent staff and will deliver a good hair transplant without ruining your head forever.

Intervento eseguito a Dicembre 2024. Nel giorno dell'operazione mi sono richiesti ulteriori 500+150 euro di anestesia per implementare i bulbi nella parte posteriore "chierica" , un vero e proprio ricatto per assicurare un buon risultato e non dover ritornare per una nuova operazione. Risultato: a oggi nella parte frontale buon risultato, nella parte posteriore scarsissimo risultato, quasi il nulla!!! attenzione!!! Cerco di contattare Marvina ma nulla, sparita, non risponde più

Ho fatto il trapianto un anno fa. La mia consulente (non si può inserire il nome per problemy di privacy), è stata la PEGGIORE persona con cui abbia avuto rapporti di consulenza nella mia vita: distaccata, mai presente, infastidita da ogni domanda le si ponesse. La tecnica di questa "azienda" è consolidata nel cercare di spillare più soldi possibile al cliente. Al momento del trapianto ti dicono che i tuoi capelli non bastano e ti propongono di prelevarli dalla barba o dal petto, dimenticando ma sapendolo benissimo, che la struttura della barba e dei peli del petto non hanno la stessa struttura del capello. Costo 250 € che alla fine vista la ritrosia, sono stati pronti a scontare. Quindi i prezzi che propongono sono una mezza truffa, sapendo che poi tu nella fase concitata del trapianto, sei disposto ad accettare altre soluzioni. Quando mi hanno fatto il prelievo di sangue pretrapianto, il presunto infermiere ha lasciato aperto il rubinettino del prelievo, macchiandomi completamente i pantaloni di sangue. Certo, leggo parecchie recensioni del subito dopo, ma non leggo recensioni del "dopo un anno" per cui è tutto falsato. Sono anche convinto che la terapia di cellule prelevate dal tuo sangue per aiutare il post trapianto non sia stata eseguita. Purtroppo nella fase del trapianto non si è completamente vigile e cosciente al 100% e si capisce molto bene che loro cercano di non fare qualsiasi cosa tu non abbia la necessaria contezza e lucidità. Chiaro che dopo il trapianto si può andare a mangiare la pizza (si è sotto anestesia) i problemi cominciano il giorno dopo con la difficoltà di posare la testa nel cuscino per 4/5 giorni. Diciamo però che questo aspetto non è ascrivibile alla società, ma il trapianto non è una passeggiata. L'ultimo giorno dopo averti fatto il primo e ultimo lavaggio post trapianto, rilasciano i vari certificati di garanzia con i numeri di bulbi impiantati e la garanzia a vita. Durante tutto l'anno successivo nessuno mai si è fatto sentire per
chiedere come andasse il post trapianto MAI NESSUNO!
Dopo un anno ricontatto la "presunta consulente" facendo presente che il trapianto soprattutto nel vertex è insufficiente e non come da accordi presi prima dell'intervento. Mi chiede delle foto della testa e mi dice che farà vedere le foto ai dottori...
Morale: ho scritto in aprile e sto ancora aspettando la risposta, nel frattempo la tanto amata da molti consulente (con nome ben visibile nelle altre recensioni in cui è stato possibile inserirlo!) mi ha bloccato il contatto WhatsApp e pure l'altro numero che possedevo della clinica ha fatto la stessa cosa.
Quindi in conclusione si può dire tranquillamente che tutti i documenti rilasciati sono una autentica truffa: nel momento che andrai via da Istanbul nessuno ti darà più assistenza e men che meno accetterà di dare seguito alle garanzie che tanto vanno a sbandierare. Per cui cercate di rivolgervi ad altre aziende, sperando che per le altre, non siate come dei semplici polli da spennare e rispedire al proprio domicilio
Loro contano molto sul fatto che nessuno prende l'aereo e torna in clinica per contestare il loro lavoro e pretendere quanto promesso.
UNA AUTENTICA VERGOGNA E UNA TRUFFA LEGALIZZATA!!!

Es la peor decisión que he tomado en mi vida.

En cuanto entré en la clínica, vi que no se correspondía con las fotos. Era una planta -3. Un sótano sin ventanas que olía a humedad por muchas luces led que me pongan.

Durante la intervención, el médico y las enfermeras hablando a gritos y riéndose mientras hablaban en turco. No había nadie conmigo que hablase ni inglés ni español. Se comunicaban usando el traductor de Google en un móvil.

Después de la operación en la que, según ellos, me injertaron más de 6500 folículos, yo veía que no me salía pelo apenas. Les estuve escribiendo y me daban largas diciéndome que no me preocupase, que faltaba tiempo y que en caso de necesitarlo, tenía una garantía de por vida.

Después de pasar el tiempo que ellos dijeron, sigo sin pelo a penas. Me dijeron que tenía que hacerme una prueba pagándola yo, de más de 300€. Les dije que no, puesto que no se especifica nada parecido en el contrato que firme y han dejado de responder.

Me han dejado mucho peor de lo que estaba y se han desentendido totalmente.

No me pidáis mis datos ni que os hable, porque os escribo por WhatsApp y me seguís ignorando. Días por aquí una imagen de que os preocupáis y queréis ayudar que no se corresponde con la realidad.

Was looking into using their services. Alot of pressure to pay a deposit and "secure" a price. Customer service definitely changed when I had follow up questions about the credibility of the "clinic". Wasted a deposit with them but better then a botched HT. Do your research and don't fall for the 5 star reviews that only have 1 review posted.

I do not recommend ESTEMOON to anyone. My experience was very negative.

The first thing is that this company is not a clinic, nor does it own a hospital or clinic where they perform hair transplants.

They use a private hospital that does not belong to them called Atlas University Hospital.

They don't care about the patient's well-being.

They are operating almost all day. My operation started at 7 p.m. and ended at 4 a.m. It was horrible for me.

I even had to pay for the anesthesia as an additional expense because it's not included in the price.

This company only sells services, and hair transplants are performed in a hospital with which they collaborate.

They are only interested in money and making the most profit. They lie a lot.

They only want to sell additional services when you go, such as shampoos or vitamins.

Other companies such as Istanbul Care or Royal Hair also operate in the same hospital.

Regarding my surgery, I had a transplant in August 2024.

The final results should now be visible, and they are not what I wanted and was promised. The density in several areas is very low. There are areas where the grafted hairs look unnatural.

They promised me full coverage, but that hasn't been delivered.

When I contacted them, instead of offering to fix it with a free second operation, they told me to continue medical treatment on my own, apply minoxidil, or try other therapies like PRP.

If I get a transplant, I understand it's to avoid other treatments. That would be normal.

They no longer take responsibility for anything and say I should wait 18 months and they'll see if they do a second operation, but I'd have to pay for it. The guarantee they gave me didn't say that.

I don't recommend this company. You can also see on their social media profiles that they have very few photos of positive final results from their hair transplant operations.

Stay away from this company and look for ones that have at least many images of good postoperative results and that have their own hospitals or health centers.

My experience with Estemoon Clinic was nothing short of a scam. I underwent a hair transplant on 01/04/2025, and the results have been disastrous. During my consultation, I was explicitly told that my hairline could not be straightened due to the location of my facial muscles. Instead, I was advised that they could only increase density in certain areas to enhance my appearance. However, after the procedure, it became apparent that the corners of my hairline were visibly pushed back—this is not a minor issue, and it is definitely not swelling as they claimed. This is a permanent alteration to my appearance, which is completely different from what was promised to me.

I was specifically told that Dr. Ali would perform my procedure. Yet, without any notice or consent, a completely different surgeon carried out the transplant. This is fraudulent and unethical behaviour by a clinic that completely disrespects its patients. I was lied to and misled, and I now have to live with the consequences.

What’s worse is that I am not alone in this experience. Numerous reviews online are reporting the same issues: unapproved changes to their hairlines, and the wrong surgeons performing the procedure. It has become clear that many of the positive reviews are fake, written by people who are paid to deceive future clients. This is a blatant lie that the clinic is running to mislead people into trusting them. The clinic’s entire operation seems to revolve around deceptive marketing and misrepresentation.

During my initial communications with the clinic, the agent I spoke with via WhatsApp was very helpful in arranging my transport and stay at the hotel, but then the reality of the clinic’s intentions became clear. They aggressively tried to sell me more products, even becoming upset when I refused to purchase additional treatments. The high-pressure sales tactics were uncomfortable and unprofessional.

I’ve sent two emails directly to the clinic, clearly outlining my concerns and requesting a resolution. However, I’ve received no response whatsoever. The complete disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling, and their refusal to acknowledge or address my concerns is unprofessional and unacceptable. This is a clear breach of trust.

I will not let this go. I am taking legal action, and this clinic will not get away with deceiving people. I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from Estemoon Clinic. Their behaviour is disgusting, and they do not care about their patients’ well-being or the promises they make. Do not risk your time, money, or health with this clinic.

Здравствуйте, хочу оставить положительный отзыв о пересадке волос в клинике Estemoon. Проблемы с выпадением были уже последние лет 10, была у хороших трикологов, но помочь мне не получалось. Конечно,из -за этой проблемы была неуверенность в себе, комплексы. Осенью 2023года в инстаграме увидела рекламу по пересадке волос, еще и цена была очень приемлема. Но было мало фото именно с женщинами,у меня проблема с волосами именно в центре на макушке. Боялась,что предложат брить всю голову,чтоб туда пересадить волосы. Но мне все объяснили, я общалась с Xhovana. Сказали что зону сверху(макушка) не бреют, туда подсадят волосы,так и сделали. На все вопросы вовремя без задержек отвечали. Даже когда приехала домой, после процедуры. Сейчас прошло 5 месяцев. Виден результат,я очень довольна! Круто,что придумали такую процедуру.Кто еще думает-не теряйте времени и едьте)) Клинику рекомендую, результат точно вас порадует! P.S. если у вас только ручная кладь - шампуни по 200мл, которые дают в клинике, выбрасываются в аэропорту. Рекомендую не жалеть на набор, предлагаемый в клинике. Докупить багаж в аэропорту и приобрести набор шампуней, сывороток, витаминов- они помогут расти вашим волосикам.

pre-procedure:
communications via whatsapp were good, transport from airport to hotel, clinic and all were also good, hotel very okay .. clinic employees seemed all friendly
procedure/clinic:
very busy .. groups of patients coming and going
no one speaks english there apart from the marketing girl and the translator .. i had a lot of pain during the procedure and no one would uderstand what i was saying .. so had very little help and had to mainly put up with the pain for a long time.
there isnt a proper doctor consultation that will seat down with you, talk to you regarding the procedure and get the hair line design done ..
they do give you a price as special offer but then once you are there, says you need more hair and charge more .. asked everyone at the hotel and on the trips to the clinic, and it was the same to everyone.
once all done, the marketing girl will try to sell you the after care stuff and ask you to write a review .. so you do it .. once wrote it i pressed send .. she took the tablet and wasnt happy about it, as she wanted to check what i wrote .. so i think the reviews are misleading as they control it ..
months after the transplant and there isnt much hair to show, so very disapointed on that..
I will most likely wont have the results i was expecting or really paid for .. so will definitely looking for a different place to do it

my answer: it really doesnt feel like it, i felt most of the time spokenless , as no one would speak english, the doctors or the staff, only the translator who was only really there to do a very brief explanation and get you to pay .. when i was in the middle of the transplant, multiple times in pain, was talking to the doctors trying to explain in english , but none were getting what i was saying, other people came but again very little to no english ..

Doctor Consultation: Every patient visiting our hospital undergoes an initial consultation before the procedure. During this session, the doctor explains the graft distribution for each treatment area, designs the hairline, and addresses all patient questions. All details discussed are documented in the medical report, which can be retrieved if full patient credentials are provided.

my consultation was mainly my questions answer via whatsapp .. while in the clinic, i did have NO doctor sitting me me and explaining prior to surgery .. the only person that really spoke very briefly to me and explained was the translator, when a woman came and was already drawing the line in my head ..
after the transplant and at home i watched other people in other clinics and the process (at least on the videos ive seen) was completely different

maybe my experience there wasnt great, as mentioned after all of that and watching other people in other clinics, i felt that what i had in estemoon wasnt great .. and most importantly , by looking at the hair ive got transplanted im not feeling confident about it ..
if i could go back in time and do it again, i would definitely do a better research and go for a better one

Ich habe mich vor Kurzem bei Estemoon in Istanbul einer Haartransplantation unterzogen und bin mit dem Ergebnis äußerst zufrieden. Von Anfang an wurde ich professionell betreut. Die Abholung vom Flughafen und der Transfer zum Hotel verliefen reibungslos, auch wenn das Hotel selbst etwas außerhalb lag und nicht besonders luxuriös war. Aber das war für mich zweitrangig.

Am nächsten Tag wurde ich pünktlich von der Klinik abgeholt. In der Klinik wurde ich herzlich empfangen und mir wurde der gesamte Ablauf ausführlich erklärt. Das Team war sehr professionell und sorgte dafür, dass ich mich während des gesamten Eingriffs wohlfühlte. Die Transplantation von knapp 6000 Grafts verlief ohne Komplikationen.

Die Nachsorge war vorbildlich. Ich wurde mit einem Nackenkissen versorgt und am nächsten Tag wurde meine Kopfhaut in der Klinik professionell gewaschen. Auch nach meiner Rückkehr nach Hause stand mir Migena, meine WhatsApp-Kontaktperson, jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung und erkundigte sich regelmäßig nach meinem Zustand.

Ein kleiner Tipp: Kaufen Sie das Pflege-Set am besten direkt vor Ort in der Klinik. Ich habe es später nachbestellt und musste dafür etwas mehr bezahlen.

Insgesamt bin ich sehr glücklich mit meiner Entscheidung, die Haartransplantation bei Estemoon durchführen zu lassen. Das Ergebnis ist hervorragend und die Betreuung war erstklassig. Ich kann Estemoon uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Fatto il trapianto nella sede di Tirana....non conosco quella di Istanbul che probabilmente è la sede principale. Primo giorno ho visitato la città,secondo giorno ho fatto il trapianto la mattina e la sera sono andato a cenare fuori tranquillamente! Questo per farvi capire che l' operazione è quasi indolore. Migena ha seguito ogni mio passo da prima del trapianto a dopo il trapianto. Persona gentilissima e professionale. Spero di vedere un ottimo risultato tra un paio di mesi.
