The crown is even filled fully with additional charges they asked if i wanted to use my beard grafts. Without further information how it actually look like. I thought it wil grow back like normal hair éventually its actually curly en thick. my hair on my head isnt even curly..

I like the professionalism of checking and waiting for the lab results before proceeding with the treatment. Also I cherish the fact that the clinic had to reach out to me for a follow up, especially Norhaila the clinic consultant that recruited me into this. Her timely response to any questions I had was very encouraging! I wish to send more of my friends to do same after I see my progress being successful!
Be carful from this clinic
My agreement with them was for a hair transplant of 5000 grafts for $1490, using the DHI technique, taking hair from my beard, chest, and the back of my head. However, they covered my eyes and used the FUE technique instead. Then, they tricked me into paying an additional $700 by claiming they would take hair from my beard, chest, and the back of my head. Therefore, they trap people and extort money from them. I would advise everyone to be careful of this clinic.

Friendly staff, good support, and a positive experience so far
I would like to give Estemoon Clinic a 5-star rating based on my experience so far.
From the beginning, I was very satisfied with the friendliness and support of the whole team. Everyone at the clinic was kind, helpful, and respectful. I especially want to mention my consultant Elsa, who was my first contact person. She was always available via WhatsApp, answered my questions patiently, and supported me before and after the procedure. This made me feel safe and well cared for.
The translator was also very professional and explained everything clearly. All my questions were answered in a way that was easy to understand. The doctors and nurses were also very friendly, calm, and helpful during the whole process.
At this point, it is still too early to judge the final result of the hair transplant, so I cannot fully evaluate the outcome yet. However, I feel very positive and confident about the result. I plan to come back and update my review after one year, once the final result can be seen.
What I really appreciate is that the clinic team and Elsa are still in contact with me and continue to guide me on how to take care of my hair after the operation. This ongoing support is very important and shows that they care about their patients even after the treatment.
One recommendation I would give to future patients is to discuss the price clearly in advance and make sure you understand what is included and what might cost extra.
Overall, I am very satisfied so far and would recommend Estemoon Clinic and Elsa based on my current experience. Thank you to the clinic and the Estemoon team for the good care and kind treatment.
La mia esperienza con l’azienda è stata pessima
La mia esperienza con l’azienda Estemoon, in Albania, è stata molto deludente.
Dopo aver concordato telefonicamente un prezzo preciso per il trattamento, valutando la situazione tramite foto e confrontandoci sul caso attentamente, mi sono adoperato per organizzare un lungo viaggio ma, una volta arrivato, mi è stato comunicato che avrei dovuto aggiungere ulteriori 500 €, cambiamento che mi ha creato notevoli disagi, anche perché avevo con me esclusivamente contanti sulla base degli accordi presi in precedenza.
Nonostante ciò, ho deciso di procedere, ma i risultati del trattamento si sono rivelati pessimi e ben lontani da quanto promesso.
Dopo un anno dal trattamento, notata l’assenza di risultati, ho provato più volte a ricontattare l’azienda per ricevere assistenza e chiarimenti, ma ho riscontrato grande assenza e scarsa professionalità: i miei messaggi sono stati ignorati più volte. Solo dopo diverso tempo ricevo una risposta da un’operatrice che mi dice che sarei stato contattato successivamente dai professionisti che avevano preso in carico il mio caso. Ciò mi ha portato ad un’altra lunghissima attesa.
Successivamente ho tentato ripetutamente di contattarli telefonicamente, ma dopo pochi minuti dalle chiamate ho ricevuto soltanto dei messaggi scritti, risultandomi evidente la volontà di evitare un colloquio telefonico e di ignorare le mie chiamate.
La risposta dall’azienda sono dunque riuscito ad ottenerla, dopo lunghissimi periodi di attesa e un’elevata insistenza, esclusivamente tramite WhatsApp e non tramite un colloquio telefonico come da me richiesto. In tale risposta mi è stato comunicato che, vista la situazione, sarebbe stato necessario ripetere il trattamento, ovviamente a pagamento.
Alla luce di quanto accaduto, ritengo che la gestione del cliente e la trasparenza sui costi siano state fortemente carenti. Non posso ritenermi soddisfatto dell’esperienza complessiva.
PESSIMA
Ho fatto un trapianto un anno fa in Turchia estemoon, con oltre 6000 bulbi e un costo extra per il rinfoltimento. Nonostante abbia seguito tutte le indicazioni, la zona coronale è rimasta senza capelli. Fin dall’inizio ho segnalato che i bulbi fossero pochi, ma la clinica mi ha detto di attendere 18 mesi. I capelli non possono spuntare dal nulla se non sono stati trapiantati, e ora mi chiedono altri soldi per completare un lavoro mai fatto.
Se potessi darei zero stelle.
Vi consiglio di non andare da loro.

I had my hair transplant at this clinic in November 2025 and the experience was really great from start to finish.
They answered very fast on WhatsApp, no matter what I asked.
Everything was well organized. They arranged the airport taxi, hotel, and clinic visits, and I always got a WhatsApp message before pick-up, so nothing felt stressful or confusing.
The doctor, nurses, and translator were all very friendly and positive. The atmosphere was calm and professional, which made me feel comfortable. I also liked the fact that they had a translator in the room so I could talk every time.
Coming from Sweden, I expected the hospital to be less clean than what I’m used to, but it was actually the opposite - the clinic looked like a 5-star hotel, very modern and extremely clean.
After the surgery, they still stay in touch with me. We have weekly WhatsApp chats, I ask a lot of questions, and I always get answers. That gave me a lot of confidence.
Overall, this was the best decision I’ve made, and I would definitely recommend this clinic to friends.

Dzień dobry.
Niestety moje doświadczenie z tą kliniką było bardzo rozczarowujące już od samego początku.
Po przylocie na lotnisko w umówionym miejscu nie było kierowcy, a konsultantka miała wyłączony telefon. Do kliniki również nie dało się dodzwonić. Czekaliśmy na lotnisku około godziny. Na szczęście posiadałem numer do innego konsultanta, który wcześniej kontaktował się ze mną w sprawie oferty – dopiero dzięki temu udało się w ogóle uzyskać jakąkolwiek reakcję.
Po długim czasie pojawił się kierowca, jednak odmówił podwiezienia nas pod hotel, tłumacząc to korkami. Zostaliśmy poproszeni o dojście pieszo, co oznaczało około 15 minut marszu z walizkami po nierównej kostce brukowej.
Następnego dnia transport do placówki odbył się punktualnie, co było jedynym pozytywnym elementem całej sytuacji. Na miejscu okazało się jednak, że obiekt znacząco odbiega od materiałów prezentowanych w internecie. Nie jest to samodzielna klinika, lecz wynajęte piętro w prywatnym szpitalu. Recepcja była skromna i nie posiadała żadnego oznaczenia ani logo kliniki, co już na wstępie wzbudziło moje wątpliwości.
Po przyjeździe zostałem poproszony o wypełnienie wielu dokumentów. Nie przeprowadzono żadnych badań medycznych ani diagnostycznych, mimo że miał to być zabieg inwazyjny. Następnie zaprowadzono mnie do pomieszczenia określanego jako sala zabiegowa. Pomieszczenie to miało pełnić również funkcję sali do spożywania posiłków, co było dla mnie bardzo niepokojące.
Na stoliku znajdował się karton z używanymi maszynkami oraz widocznymi włosami z wcześniejszych zabiegów, co wzbudziło moje poważne obawy dotyczące standardów higieny i organizacji pracy.
Następnie pobrano mi krew przez osobę, z którą nie było możliwości porozumienia się po angielsku. Komunikacja była praktycznie niemożliwa, a cały proces sprawiał wrażenie chaotycznego i nieprzygotowanego.
Moje ubrania zostały odłożone w sposób niedbały, bez zapewnienia nawet podstawowych udogodnień, takich jak wieszak. Po pobraniu krwi oczekiwałem konsultacji z lekarzem. Zamiast tego pojawiła się osoba określana jako specjalistka wraz z tłumaczką. Rozmowa przebiegała w pośpiechu, bez realnej możliwości zadania pytań czy uzyskania szczegółowych wyjaśnień. Badanie polegało jedynie na bardzo pobieżnych pomiarach, bez omówienia planu zabiegu czy potencjalnych ryzyk.
W końcu pojawiła się kolejna osoba, która została mi przedstawiona jako lekarz. Nie była ubrana w strój medyczny, nie przedstawiła się i nie wykonała podstawowych czynności związanych z higieną. Całość sprawiała wrażenie braku profesjonalnych standardów.
W tym momencie zdecydowałem się zrezygnować z procedury. Uznałem, że w przypadku zabiegu medycznego zaufanie, higiena, kwalifikacja pacjenta i jasna komunikacja są absolutnie kluczowe – a tutaj nie zostały one spełnione.
Jest to moja osobista opinia oparta wyłącznie na własnych doświadczeniach. Każdy powinien samodzielnie wyciągnąć wnioski, jednak ja nie mogę polecić tego miejsca osobom, którym zależy na poczuciu bezpieczeństwa i profesjonalnej opiece.

The problem with the clinic started right from the very beginning. There was no driver at the agreed meeting point, the consultant had her phone switched off, and it was impossible to reach the clinic by phone. Now I know why.
We were stuck at the airport for about an hour; luckily, I had the phone number of another consultant who had also been calling me earlier to recruit me as a client. These are so-called recruiters. After about an hour, a driver finally showed up, supposedly to take us to the hotel, but he didn’t do that. He claimed there was a traffic jam and that it would be faster to walk. So we walked with our suitcases over uneven cobblestones for about 15 minutes — a nightmare, but that wasn’t even the worst part.
This morning, a driver arrived — surprisingly on time — and that was the end of the good news. The clinic looked nothing like it is presented in the photos. First of all, it is not really a clinic, but a rented floor in a private hospital, with a shabby reception area and no Estemoon logo. It’s not at all like on their promotional photos, Tiktok and Instagram. I have doubts whether the people working there even belong to the clinic.
I was greeted by being asked to fill out several pages of documents and then taken to the operating room — if it can even be called that. What I saw there was a complete disaster: an unprepared chair and non-sterile instruments. After a short while, a woman — a nurse? — came to take my blood. She did not speak English at all; it was impossible to communicate with her, and she behaved as if she didn’t fully understand what was going on. My clothes were thrown by her into a cupboard, rolled up like rags — there wasn’t even a hanger.
After the blood draw, I expected to see a doctor. Instead, another woman came, supposedly a specialist, accompanied by a translator. The translator was very rude and behaved as if she wanted to rush through all the information as quickly as possible so that I wouldn’t have time to think or ask questions. The “specialist” casually took some measurements of my head — it was hard to even verify on what basis, as she was basically just scribbling on my head by eye. I also noticed that on the table there was a carton of pulled hair.
Still believing that something might come of it, I waited for the actual doctors to arrive. Instead, someone came in wearing a stained sweatshirt and jeans. He didn’t even introduce himself and, when I asked if he was a doctor, he simply said yes. He didn’t have a uniform, didn’t disinfect his hands, and looked completely random.
At that moment, I decided to cancel the entire procedure. I strongly advise everyone against this — stay away if you value your health. In my case, common sense kicked in at the very last moment. Mia esperienza da inizio è stata buona, però al segno dal primo problema la ragazza (Bruna) che doveva aiutare non c'è più, così tutta la " garanzia" che mi hanno detto è andata a caxx. Quindi adesso non sono per niente felice e mi trovo da solo.
