Ich bin mit den Leistungen der Estemoon Klinik sehr zufrieden. Von der ersten Beratung bis zur Durchführung der Behandlung habe ich mich jederzeit gut aufgehoben und professionell betreut gefühlt. Das gesamte Team von Estemoon war freundlich, kompetent und stets hilfsbereit und hat sich Zeit genommen, alle meine Fragen verständlich zu beantworten.
Der Eingriff verlief reibungslos, und auch die Nachsorge war sehr gut organisiert. Bereits jetzt bin ich mit dem bisherigen Verlauf zufrieden und blicke den kommenden Monaten mit Zuversicht entgegen. Ich freue mich darauf, die weiteren Ergebnisse zu sehen.
Aufgrund meiner durchweg positiven Erfahrung kann ich die Estemoon Klinik uneingeschränkt und mit voller Überzeugung weiterempfehlen.

I deeply regret choosing this clinic and feel obligated to share my experience so others can avoid the same mistake.

From the moment I arrived, the situation felt unprofessional and unsafe.

Passport and payment
I was asked to hand over my passport shortly after arrival. Payment was demanded without any proper contract, invoice, or receipt. Everything was based on verbal promises. This alone should have been enough to walk away.

Psychological pressure and false medical claims
When I refused to pay for additional services, the clinic suddenly claimed that I allegedly had hepatitis and stated that my hotel room would require special disinfection after the procedure.
This statement was used as clear psychological pressure.
After returning home, I repeated medical tests — no hepatitis was found. This claim was false.

The procedure
The transplant itself was disturbing:
• I was told not to open my eyes
• I was forbidden to use headphones
• No clear explanations were given
• Staff members changed frequently and acted chaotically

It did not feel like a controlled medical procedure, but rather like a production line.

Results — unacceptable outcome and visible damage
The final result is extremely poor and far from what was promised.
• The donor area is visibly damaged
• More hair appears to have been removed than actually transplanted
• The transplanted area shows uneven density, gaps, and irregular placement
• Hair growth in the recipient area looks unnatural and patchy

Overall, the cosmetic outcome is disappointing and unacceptable, especially considering the promises made during consultations. The damage to the donor area is irreversible and significantly worsens the situation.

“Guarantees” and responsibility
When problems became obvious, the clinic avoided responsibility and hid behind vague “guarantees” that offer no real protection to the patient.

⚠️ Conclusion

This review reflects my personal experience and is based on real events, medical follow-ups, and the actual outcome of the procedure.

Due to the damage caused and the poor result, I am currently preparing legal action regarding this case.

I strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to think very carefully.
I would not recommend this clinic.

Absolutely Disastrous Experience

This was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had.

The airport transfer was a complete disaster. I was put into a taxi based on information provided by them, but the driver had no idea who I was or where I was going. I was shouted at, forced out of the taxi, and then pushed into another one. The second driver drove recklessly, broke traffic rules, made a WhatsApp video call while driving, and yelled at me to get out quickly when we arrived at the airport. This is NOT what you promise when you advertise “private airport transfer.” It was unsafe, humiliating, and unprofessional.

What makes this even worse is what happened after the treatment.

Every clinic claims to have a post-treatment care team. In reality, their so-called care team was reached late, and once reached, they did absolutely nothing but send me in circles. One person tells me to contact someone else, that person says I contacted the wrong one and sends me back, and this continues endlessly. No one takes responsibility, no one gives clear guidance, and you are constantly being delayed and ignored.

This is not care. This is avoidance.

Because of this experience, everything about this clinic is completely negative in my eyes. I should never have been put in this situation. I will share my experience wherever possible so others are aware of how poorly patients are treated once they have already paid.

Unprofessional, disorganized, and shameful service. I do NOT recommend this clinic.

Puntualità, comodità e gentilezza e professionalità da parte del team Estemoon. Al secondo (e spero definitivo trapianto) raccomanderei l’esperienza a chiunque non si senta a proprio agio dopo la perdita dei capelli.

They are very direct and clear. Very understanding and accommodating and make you feel very comfortable. Very professional. And following up aftercare shows how caring they are. I had a better experience than I could ever imagine. Highly recommend to anyone.

Anche nel post operatorio dell’intervento siamo stati sempre seguiti in ogni fase con puntualità e professionalità termine che viene spesso usato ma qui si è dimostrato tale. Très satisfait par ma greffe de cheveux à la clinique Estemoon,
L arrivé un peu chaotique à l aéroport ça manque d’information pour trouver son taxi mais à part ça, l expérience est unique. Prise en charge complète jusqu’a l avion retour.
Locaux très propre, très bon accueil et prise en charge par du personnel au petit soin.
Oui y a des frais supplémentaires, qui peuvent vous être expliqués en amont si vous posez la question. ( supplément pour plus de greffons ou encore un kit de soins post opération ) mais il suffit de comparer les prix avec d autres cliniques, le rapport qualité/prix est excellent chez Estemoon.
L accompagnement est excellent, toujours des réponses à vos questions.
Ça fait 2 mois maintenant, j attend le résultat final et j ai hâte.

Mimoza was amazing right from the beginning she helped me with my booking, answered my questions, and was just so lovely and reassuring throughout the whole process. She really made everything feel easy and stress free.

The doctors were absolutely wonderful so humble, sweet, and professional. They genuinely made me feel safe and confident in their hands especially when analysing my hairline with the translator.

The nurses were just so cute 🥹 Even though there was a slight language barrier at times, we all ended up laughing together. When I was panicking, asking 1 million questions, they were so patient, kind, and reassuring, constantly checking on me and helping me calm down. A special thank you to the doctor who inserted my grafts he was incredibly calm and gentle, constantly checking that I was okay. Even when I was getting agitated towards the end from exhaustion, he stayed so relaxed and reassuring. Such a sweet man who truly put me at ease.

A massive thank you as well to Erida from aftercare she has been so prompt, friendly, and reassuring. She’s always answering my questions and made me feel really supported ensuring my head and eyebrows have a smooth recovery process.

Overall, such a warm, caring, and positive experience. I’m so glad I chose Estemoon and I would 100% recommend them to anyone thinking about a hair transplant. Thank you so much ❤️
