Front door and bi-folding
I had a new front door and bi-folding back doors fitting by HHI. I have to say they were really knowledgeable and helpful when it come to picking designs and colours. Their show room was great so I could see what my door was going to look like. The fitters were polite and friendly. I’m so happy with the outcome and would highly recommend.

Ring up on 12th March to pay the £50…
Ring up on 12th March to pay the £50 deposit. Someone come round on 21st March to measure up. Said it’s normally about 3-4 weeks to wait for it to be made etc. on 15th April I emailed them as I hadn’t heard anything from them and it had been longer than 4 weeks. They replied on 16th April to say it’s coming into warehouse on 2nd May so they will be in touch as soon as it’s in to arrange a date for fitting. Then on 9th may still haven’t heard anything so I emailed them. I’m still waiting for them to get back to me. The customer service is so bad. My front door has been broke for months and if I knew they was going to be this bad I would of gone with a different company. It’s now been 7 weeks since they come to measure up and said it’s going to be about 3-4 weeks. Still haven’t heard a thing from them, even to let me know the progress considering they told me that time. If they had said it will be about 8 weeks then it would have been fine but they said 3-4 weeks and when I’ve emailed they haven’t got back to me.

However, we did everything we could to keep the project on track and within the anticipated timeframe.
We understand how frustrating the situation was, especially with the extended wait. We're deeply sorry for the lack of communication during this time, and we truly appreciate your patience. We are glad to hear you were happy with the finished work once completed.

Good work in the end but took 6 months
Took 6 months to get the job done. Had to make several emails and phone calls to follow up. Poor communication. The finished product was good.

New Solidor Fitted
We’ve just had a Solidor fitted and from start to finish Hainault Home Improvements have offered a 5* service. They have an impressive showroom which helps a lot when choosing your finish and design, they’re really competitive on price and super quick at getting everything booked in and fitted. This is a great local company with bags of experience and are able to offer a personalised service that you just wouldn’t get with the larger competitors. we can’t recommend them highly enough
