After a negative & oppressive experience with Crystal Windows, I contacted HHI in an effort to have a new front door installed - having attended the shop, I was assisted by Jordan (and throughout the whole purchase/instal) who explained doors and specific finishes to me, this enabled me to utilise the helpful on-line design tool.

A survey was quickly completed & the door arrived in aprrox. a fortnight, installation scheduled shortly thereafter. Ash & his colleague attended, both of whom were top blokes and made a great job of removing the old door & frame and installing this - Ash took great pride in his work and was more than happy to show me be best to utilise the door. I was impressed with their workmanship and general nature.

Really positive experience and would swiftly return for any future projects.

Had our door fitted today. The door looks fabulous and was fitted quickly by Ash and Kieran - very professional, no fuss and no mess. Old door taken away and left everything clean and tidy. Gave me information about the door and locks. Extremely happy with the whole service!

Harry the installer did a perfect job fitting the door. He was very friendly and polite. Everything was left in an immaculate condition as if he hadnt even been here . All the edges are so neat tidy and the door has been fitted to a very high standard.

We decided to get new double glazed windows fitted for the whole house, we chose Hainault Home Improvements following a recommendation from a family member, we were not disappointed, we chose the A rated windows and a beautiful composite door, we have already noticed a massive difference in the sound reduction and the window blinds no longer move in the breeze, this included front and rear doors and patio doors, Ashley and Kieran were the window fitters, they worked extremely hard and never seemed to take a break, the level of detail when trimming the windows was extraordinary and always cleaned up any mess at the end of the day, Ashley and Kieran worked on the windows for a week, due to the size of the property. Before they finished, they went round the entire property checking all the windows and making good any of the render that had come out, which was very little, I highly recommend Ashley and Kieran, the hardest working tradesman I have every seen. I would also recommend Hainault Home Improvements as a good company to deal with.

We were looking to have new windows and doors fitted we went to hainault home improvements we when entering the shop we was made very special they showed me the windows and doors they arranged for someone to come and measure then a second person come the next day to check measurements and I was happy and they would email a price which was a very good price. We was very happy that we went into the shop and said that we would like to go ahead with the windows and doors. They arranged a fitting date 2fitters arrived on the day they where very clean and well persented they went to work straight away their work was very clean left no mess it took only two and half days to finish it all. there was no decorating for us to do.their work was perfection we were so happy we popped in to the shop to thank them so if you need any windows or doors please use hainalt home improvements as they are the best

When Ashley first did our downstairs kitchen window surrounded by old tiles, he was very careful and gentle working around it, and once the work was done, he was very careful to make sure everything was tidied up before leaving.
