A great feeling to experience great service.
We’ve just had Alan & Paul from H.H.I. replace all 3 bay windows at the front of our house. In all honesty, I cannot fault them in any way. From start to finish, they have been excellent throughout .. Very friendly & incredibly helpful with tricky little issues concerning adjoining wallpaper. They sorted it no problem.
We will certainly be using this company again to renew our back windows, now we know how good their product is & how well they work. Have recommended to a couple of neighbours already .. Well done guys!👏

Composite door installed in rear of house
I ordered a composite door when I visited the showroom. The showroom was excellent with various doors in display and the salesperson was excellent in providing advice.
The survey and installation process was excellent and the individuals (Andrew and Kieran) who came did an excellent job and showed how to use the door, integrated blinds and best application of the touch up paint if needed to be used.
Overall an excellent experience and would use them in the future.

Outstanding Front Door Installation
I had a new front door installed today, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. Ashley and Kieran were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and took great care in making sure everything was done perfectly.
The quality of their work is top-notch, and has already made a noticeable difference. They were also very respectful of my space and cleaned up thoroughly once the job was done.

I’ve been using Hainault Home Improvements for many years now and I have never been disappointed. We had Kieran & Ashley fit out all windows, French doors, bi-folds & front door on this job and they did an amazing job. Punctual, clean & polite! Alan, Paul, Jeff & Dean from start to finish understood the job, cared about the standard of work they was putting their name too and as a customer how we felt about the final details. We had real expectations on this once in a life time project and they never faltered in our eye for detail and ensuring perfection.
Can’t rate the final project highly enough, we had loads of questions and things we wanted tweaked and nothing was too much trouble.
I would request Alan and Paul for any further work and would highly recommend Hainault Home improvements and their customer care to anyone.

Conservatory replacement
The guys arrived on time over the course of the installation and were very clean and professional at each stage of the build process.
The good thing is they asked what option I'd like to chose when given as opposed to doing what they think is best.
This is not my first experience with the firm nor the last, highly recommend!

We just had our new front door fitted. The fitters Ashley & Kieron were brilliant. They turned up on time and fitted the door quickly and efficiently.
The service we received from Jordan was brilliant too. He advised us on the best way to get the handle and letter box we wanted.
