When ordering the door they helped us go through all the different options and were never telling us what we should have but left it up to us
Spencer (the fitter) arrived on time, took away the old door, fitted the new door, and explained about care and maintenance all within a four hour slot
He was very polite and professional and cleaned up after himself
We are very happy with our new front door, it looks amazing

This build was started and completed in very bad and freezing cold weather. The two main workers were Kieron and Ashley and they turned up on time every day and their work ethic was very impressive. They worked very hard and their attention to detail was exceptional. They were a credit to Hainault home improvements.

Took Full Payment, Then Vanished with Zero Intention of Fixing It
After three agonizing months of waiting, endless broken promises, and no fewer than six desperate follow-up calls, it became crystal clear that this company never had the slightest intention of honoring their commitment to replace the letterbox they carelessly damaged during installation.
They deliberately pressured me into paying the full amount on the day of completion, making grand assurances that they would "definitely return soon" to make it right. What followed was nothing but a string of blatant lies: every single time I chased them, I was fobbed off with vague excuses and firm promises of a callback "within the next few days" – callbacks that never, ever came.
This wasn't mere incompetence or poor customer service; it was calculated dishonesty from the start. They took my money knowing full well they had zero plans to fix their mistake. Avoid this company at all costs – their word means absolutely nothing, and they'll string you along indefinitely rather than stand behind their work. Utterly untrustworthy and deceitful.

We fully understand how frustrating and disappointing this situation must have been, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience, delay, and lack of communication you experienced.
Please be assured that this matter has been raised internally. Our customer service team will be giving you a call today to arrange a time to resolve the issue and schedule the replacement as promised. They have previously attempted to make contact, but unfortunately those attempts were unsuccessful, and it’s possible we may have had an incorrect contact number on file.
If you require any assistance in the future, please ask for Jordan, who will personally oversee the works and ensure everything is handled correctly. Jordan will also be speaking directly with the team involved to make sure this situation does not happen again moving forward.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate the opportunity to put this right and restore your confidence in our service.

We had a new front door fitted
We had a new front door fitted.
Turned up nice and early. Very polite and friendly. Took his time and done a fantastic job. When we realised the door knob wasn’t with the new door. He made a call and there was one delivered to him with in 10 mins. The finish inside and outside was first class. Strongly recommend Hainault Home Improvements and will definitely have them back to do our windows and patio doors in the future.

Highly recommend - brilliant products, installation and customer service!
We can't speak more highly of the team at Hainault Home Improvements. We needed a new FD30 front door and a new back door installing as part of our home renovation. We engaged with HHI after reading the 5* reviews on Trustpilot.
Having never chosen external doors before, we felt overwhelmed with the choice but Dean and Jordan simplified the whole experience for us. They were patient as we worked out the finer details of each door such as, left/right or in/out opening etc...
From ordering to installation, the back door took just over 3 weeks, and the fire door 6 weeks - incredibly fast.
Paul and the installation team were highly-skilled, considerate of our neighbours and just lovely fellas.
To summarise, HHI offers top class customer service, extremely competitive prices, fantastic products and expert installation.
Highly recommend - don't bother looking elsewhere.
