Hi This is Mr Bennett I wrote a bad review regarding being sent the wrong taps.
After Ergonomics had received my email they were right onto the suppliers and sorted this problem out ASAP. I would just like to thank them for sorting this issue out very quickly. Bath Taps fitted and working very well.

Item didn't turn up on the date agreed, but did eventually turn up on the second agreed date, no call prior as requested.
The seller will probably blame the courier, but it is what it is.
Item looked okay and as expected

Amazing service. I ordered on the Friday and the bath was with me by 8.30 Monday morning. The courier was so helpful, I was on my own and he carried it into the garage for me. I wanted a small bath with handles and ergonomic designs were the only place I could find a choice in the size I need. I will use them again.

If j could give this company 0 stars that would be too much. I ordered a slimline shower tray off this outfit, it was not opened for over a week and when it was my plumber noticed a hairline crack in the thin portion of the manufactured tray, it was very thin. I reported this to the ergonomic team (oh and by the way they only deal with customer issues through e-mail, if you call this outfit they will tell you the phone number is only for sales. What's terrible company. They spouted the line about "we give customers 2 days to report issues" and totally were not interested one bit. Buy your product from a store that lives inntgecrssl world and not this outfit. The shower tray cost over £350 and this company purely act as a middle man postbox outfit. Total disgrace of a rip off outfit and would sincerely urge people to buy from a reputable company.

Although the furniture is lovely and delivered promptly, you only have 2 days to report damages. One piece of our furniture was very heavy so we weren’t able to fully inspect it until our builder was ready to install as we needed 2 people to lift it at which point we noticed the damage and Ergonomic Bathrooms would not accept liability or offer a free replacement as we were out of the 2 day period.

I ordered a Gerberit flush plate in brass which cost over £260. When it arrived and I opened it I realised it was plastic and was very flimsy. I contacted the company to return it and they said that as it was opened I was unable to return! How are you supposed to know if you are happy with such an expensive flush plate if you can’t open it?? I would NOT use this company again for this reason. Very unhappy customer.

What an excellent company. Our 1st shower screen arrived very quickly. I realised that I ordered the incorrect size, bought the 2nd screen and the company sent the correct size and picked up the incorrect one the very next day, and arranged a refund quickly.
I have purchased many bathroom fittings recently from a multitude of suppliers and Ergonomics have been one of the most efficient of the companies and sell at an excellent price. 5 stars

Great customer service from James, who emailed to check on a duplicate order I had made, and put right my mistake before the package was sent. Such a nice change from automated emails and chatbots.
I came upon Ergonomics by accident because it was the only store out of many which had the taps I needed. There is a wide choice of products at good prices, and I will look here first in future,

Excellent service

The service from this company was excellent. We ordered various shower bits and it all came individually wrapped in cloth bags and individual boxes then placed into a large box to protect them. The quality is excellent. Could track delivery with two hr time slot with DPD. Highly recommended this company. Five stars guys !!

the basin is very poor quality with marks in the glaze and very light weight , the waste hole was also uneven

Was good value, its a pity that delivery is so expensive.
