Ergonomic Designs Bathrooms Arvostelua 

I read a number of reviews about bad products. The products that I ordered were dispatched directly from the manufacturer by DPD. Any issues with products would be down to manufacturers and not Ergonomic Designs. My experience was very good although DPD did misroute one of the packages but, as always, it’s very clear where packages are and full information is provided.

Excellent service product looks great all looks fine no damage not being installed for a few weeks so can't come t on that. The outer box was damaged by courier but well packed so hopefully all be ok

Only a very small order but delivery was very fast, pricing very competitive vs alternative sources for the same item.
All good, this is the second order I placed with Ergonomic Designs, same consistent process & efficiency.

Delivery very quick.
On day of delivery, you can receive a one hour delivery slot - very useful, saves waiting in all day.
Delivery driver really helpful.

I have never had an order delivered in less than 24hrs before after the initial ordering,way to go, absolutely brilliant. I shall certainly use this company again as should everyone else in my opinion.

My shower tray still hasn’t arrived. I’d suggest you use a better courier as the present one appears to be useless.
Before asking for a review, it might be an idea to check if your customer has actually received their goods first.

The level of support I received from members of staff was astonishing. I couldn`t believe how smoothly my order was processed. Truly thank you. Very quick delivery.

Bath tap delivered all ok, wall mounted tap face plate did not fit, the hole for the tap spout was too small by 3mm approx, had to file out with round file now fits OK works fine.

Arrived quickly and was as described. Thank you.

Good customer service

Spent almost £500 with company.

Poor quality products ( new toilet purchased. Toilet seat moves every time you sit on it. Has been tightened multiple times by bathroom fitter to no avail due to poor quality)

False advertising ( advertising photos of flush plates for £50 to add to your toilet purchase in photos with toilet and then sending you a flush button which is completly different. Absolutely no photo of the flush button with the product. Completely misleading and happy to attach photos

Poor customer service - my partner called and spoke to lady called Lynn. I also attempted to email and resolved the issue. She was nothing but unhelpful and rude. Have two more bathrooms to complete in properly and wouldn't use this company again

I have to say, ordered my whole bathroom from here a very reasonable price. I was a little sceptical after reading some reviews but I must say everything was delivered on time no damages. I was rather impressed with how everything was secured in the van for delivery, probably the reason nothing was damaged. A very happy customer 😀 would definitely recommend 👌

Brand new unused item refused return. Said they extend to 28 days and of that time 2 weeks was festive period. It had been about 35 days.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Quite simply the worst company I have dealt ever with. I wish I could give negative stars. Terrible misleading and unclear adverts, even worse return policy and customer service. Not only did the advert not specify the type of bath the shower screen fits - it only says ‘space saver’ without any explanation, nowhere does it mention that the screen was curved and only suits a curved bath.

I tried to fit it to a straight bath without success. My attempt to return has been refused because of cutting the plastic straps in the packaging and throwing them away because they are completely useless. I offered to buy functioning plastic straps (at my own expense) to properly strap up and return the item. This isn’t acceptable apparently.

On top of all this, the system does not even allow me to exchange it for another item!! So the only option is to forfeit £130 of my money. Disgraceful. Absolutely disgraceful.

I will be posting this review everywhere to warn everyone about the perils and theft, plus how they will lose their money, if their product is not right or doesn’t fit.

Sadly this company provided two shower trays both of which were damaged on delivery, very poor customer service so I am having to request refund from barclaycard as goods not fit for purpose ( they state as not unwrapped (on a building site!) on immediate arrival they not prepared to help) really disappointing customer service-Avoid them - many other resellers on line who listen & treat customers properly

Dreadful experience. If you have a problem with a product or delivery, do not rely on them giving you a refund without a fight. Could not care less as long as sale made. Will never use again.

Awful company do not buy!!

Bought a very expensive shower kit from this firm (nearly £300) and it lasted all of a few weeks… all of the metal is coated and has flaked off, it looks awful!
I spoke to the company asking for a replacement bar and they told me that it was a chemical mark probably as a result of anyone has used it with dyed hair so as a small business they couldn’t afford to replace it. How would they know this it is a terrible excuse and if this was true the shower is definitely then not fit for purpose nor do they explain this on the product information!

The disgraceful customer service and poor quality products. Reading the other similar reviews I hope no one purchases from them.

Avoid at all cost, after a lot of research into this company they appear to re sell faulty items, If they are lucky enough and you don't notice quickly enough they refuse refunds.

I honestly can't stress enough how dodgy this company is.

Purchased a shower tray for a small job for a customer, I placed the order just as the customer rang me to cancel, I contacted Ergonomics through the email and managed to cancel the order, I then received a call to advise me the refund was in progress as payment was made through PayPal, I was kept up to date all through the process and it was a seamless process. Highly recommended and thankyou.

If ordering please check goods no matter how well packaged it is . Small chip in shower resin tray , wasn’t aware until plumber had fitted it. Company refuse to accept responsibility . Would never use again possibly selling seconds
