They arrived well packaged and on time. Best value I found including delivery and when I had a query their customer service were really helpful.

I am very sorry you have had this experience, I do feel this review is somewhat misleading of the facts surrounding the issue you had. Sadly the drivers van broke down and he had to be recovered, he did call you to advise this was the case and your delivery was arranged for the following day, your delivery charge was also refunded as a gesture of goodwill by way of apology for the delay. Looking into this your delivery charge was refunded to you the day after the delivery failed, I am unsure how this could have been resolved any quicker or any differently to avoid such feedback. I am sorry that your delivery failed on the first instance, unfortunately these things do happen and we can only try our best to get them resolved as quickly as possible.

Amazing Experience
The best supplier so far. They delivered it next day and all safely packed. The courier even called me 30min before delivery and he was very professional. The price for the ceramic basin was cheaper than other websites, even though the product was the same, so I am very pleased. Keep up the good work Ergonomic Designs as we will be using your company from now on.
