Excellent service all round as usual thanks

I purchased a bathroom sink, unit and tap set for £495. Within 11 months of normal domestic use, the coating on the waste fitting deteriorated.

The product was cleaned in a standard manner. Other components in the same set remain completely unaffected.

No care or maintenance instructions were provided with the product, nor were any published on the product page or within the terms and conditions.

After numerous follow-ups and a formal complaint, a replacement part was supplied. However, the company refused to reimburse the £150 professional labour cost required to remove and refit the defective component.

Warranty terms were repeatedly quoted, but the issue of reasonable durability under consumer law was not meaningfully addressed. As a result, I have been left out of pocket due to premature product failure.

The matter has now been escalated under Section 75 and, if necessary, will proceed via the small claims court.

Disappointing product quality and very poor after-sales resolution.

Excellent quality and great communication and delivery service. Very happy and would definitely use again.

Deliverd when stated, top quality unit very pleased, trying to rebuild my home after fire and have had some poor service from other bathroom companies, will definitely use again.

After ordering lots of products for the bathroom refit we have had to chase and chase for all.our order to be delivered. They missed half of it off the first delivery after this was very late, countless emails and chasing they sent the second half... again with loads missing so now have to keep chasing again... Will bever use again what an epic waste of our time !

The whole experience has been a joy. From the choice of items too the excellent help receive from Lynn, to the quality of the product which was delivered on time through the day suggested.

Speedy delivery, lovely sink!

Got a fibreglass shower tray off them,it was not fit for purpose the sealing area for the waste was too thin and uneven.I was not confident in the waste sealing so i returned it.They said it was fit for purpose,so i said if it leaks you will pay for the lower room ceiling to be replaced then,you can guess their answer.Anyway they charged me £30 to return.Stay away from this company.

Please make sure you check returns process when there is fault with the item. I returned the product as haven’t even opened it and was told it was damaged and wouldn’t be refunded. They provided me with random photos of random broken cabinet not even from the box I sent back and claimed it was damaged when they could clearly see the box hasn’t been opened before.

Horrible customer service experience so please choose another supplier. It’s just not worth the hassle and lost money.

The odesa arc 600mm floor standing vanity unit has a disproportionally small sink. I used a standard tap (not purchased from ED) but when washing face and hands the tap outlet catches your hands every time. Admittedly I have misread / understood the sink dimensions but I do feel that its a very small bathroom sink and a very small tap and flush waste would need to be purchased. When reported to ED no solution found and as no other complaints received despite them having sold so many units and unable to keep up with demand. Unfortunately will need to replace the full unit- very disappointing and more costs incurred.

Although not yet fitted, the vanity unit looks good but the delivery came with the handle for the unit missing. I did raise the issue within the 48 hour window and have since had the issue resolved. However, when I raised the issue, I did not get an apology at all. For a company that prides itself on customer service this is unacceptable. When I didn't get a response to by email proof I sent, I used the web chat service to be told, a ticket has been raised, in affect, you will have to wait. Again, no apology. If any senior management would like to reach out feel free to, this is not what good customer service should like. When you have messed up, a simple sorry does matter. Not good enough.

WARNING - Do not buy anything from here they have sent faulty products and have charge me 60 pounds next day delivery even though the item is faulty and now will have to be delayed til next week after I spoke to the suppliers. They pushing the delivery cost as a supplier issue while I talked to the supplier and they said that it was an ergonomics issue. So I've not got a product on time still charged 60 pounds and being refused a refund or compensation for the delay.

I wish I could give this company 10 stars!! Please do not be scared off by other negative reviews. The delivery was exceptionally quick. The radiator we ordered was as packaged so carefully and with extra care so that it did not get damaged in transit, it was in a pristine condition. Thank you again we will be ordering more from you

Absolutely discusting service, had a £740 screen delivered last week, opened this morning to install soon as the strap cut the glass fell to pieces. Called customer services horrid call telling me I have 24 hours for damages .

Consumer rights act 2015 says 30 days for damages and imperfections. Spoke with a lady called Beth, as per tried pulling a fast one and will not replace as the 2nd box was complained it was scratched.

Happy to take this to court and had citizens advice telling me my case shouldn’t even be questioned under the consumer act.

Ergonomics states their terms but it’s not law .

Happy to leave a contact for any future customers so they can see the true essence of this corrupt company.

Avoid buying black showers from this company…. My daughter purchased 2 x black showers for grandsons en suite, not even a year old and black is peeling really badly, they have a water softener and when contacted about issue they blamed us saying we must have used a cleaning product on it even though we stated we definitely did not. It said a years warranty but this was not covered apparently……
There are 5 black showers in the house with another on the bath attachment all are used most days and the other ones are from different companies…. Only these two have issues which suggest it’s a fault with these products from this company…….

Used for the first time to buy a Merlyn shower enclosure because they had the best price and stock availability.
Unfortunately, the glass on the shower door had a small flaw but they responded quickly to my email and a new one was despatched the next day. They responded quickly to emails both before and after I made the purchase. A good company to use.
