Ergonomic Designs Bathrooms Arvostelua 

I ordered some bath handles i checked the size as I ordered and screenshot the product size, but when I came was the wrong size I emailed them Saturday telling them the issue but when they replied it was Monday but only asked for pictures. My bath gets fitted Thursday and now I may need to go driving around to find them as they won't come on time

Awful customer service. Never received my item. Asked Alex to call me to discuss but he didn’t even respond or call me. No numbers to call. Lynn finally emailed and all failed to call me. Stay away.

Part delivered on time and was as expected however the communication throughout was excellent.

Follow up communications about possible delay. Polite and informative when on the phone asking questions.

Great prices, fast efficient delivery without issues, notifications of delivery weremet on time.

Ordered it on the Sunday delivered on the Tuesday kept informed what time it was going to be delivered .packed really well .love it it’s really good quality looks expensive would recommend

My odesa vanity unit has just arrived and it is perfect!

Doing a bathroom renovation is a stressful time but ordering with this company has been the most simple part of the whole process! The delivery company they use (Stop start) provides a live tracker which is perfect for a busy working nurse to make sure someone is there for delivery!

The item itself is sturdy and exactly what I wanted! Also had contacted customer service for ergonomic designs on Tuesday night via the links on the website had a response by 7am Wednesday morning!

Good prices and very quick delivery. Pity customer service aren’t as quick at responding on the 2 issues I have raised. Would also be helpful if there was a contact phone number as messages don’t seem to work.

Got ripped off on almost all other products by Victorian Plumbing

We have been looking for a vanity unit for our cloakroom and came across the ergonomic website. The ease of ordering the vanity unit and speed of delivery was great. The unit itself is beautiful and it looks amazing in our cloakroom.

Unfortunately I did not realise that Ergonomic Delivery policy means that you have to be at home during the working week to take delivery of your parcel. I am a plumbing and heating engineer that lives on his own and work all day. So every time DPD try to deliver my the produce I have ordered they will not leave in a place behind my side gate. So I am going to have to cancel my order and get my money refunded. You need to rethink your delivery terms otherwise you going to have allot of refunding to do for disappointed customers,

Excellent products delivered on time. The customer care was excellent, a damaged item was spotted before dispatch and a replacement was sent on after. Very excited to get our unit and basin installed

The purchased on-line item was never delivered. Customer service emails were endless , but nothing was resolved. I was left without the product and without a refund. Very disappointing and stressful experience.

I have been very happy with the professional response time to my queries and to the deliveries.
There is some question over whether the waste unit is included as it has been stated yes, but did not arrive with my order and I am still awaiting a response to this. The team who deal with customer enquiries answer really promptly and give as much information as they know. The products so far seem to be of a high quality too and the choice is excellent all round.

Ordered Wednesday evening and arrived Friday morning at 7.30am. What a amazing service. Tracking on delivery with a 2 hour window and delivery driver helpful and friendly. Items ordered are great quality and exactly what we wanted. Well packaged and all arrived in perfect condition. Would 100% recommend

I never received the order. The courier company made two delivery attempts however they made no attempt to contact me (although they had my phone number and email). My ring doorbell history shows that these were the only attempts. I contacted the courier 3 times by phone agreeing new delivery dates but none of these were met or even attempted. I was forced to cancel the order as my plumber could not extend his work time. We ordered elsewhere and delivery was made (confirmed by text/email).

Excellent product and service
From purchasing the item and updates on delivery which was very quick
The only downside the instructions to put together are a bit vague
But once this was sorted it looks fantastic fitted
Would highly recommend to anyone 10/10
