Check your items immediately on delivery don't make my mistake

We got our unit I checked the unit and emailed that one of the corners of the unit was bashed . Unfortunately my email remained in draft so when I realised I was out with the time limit. I was offered a discount to buy the unit again at half price . This would have been a total out lay of just under £800 for a vanity unit . Then we find today that no wall hanging brackets in yhe box!
We all know our plumbers can be booked in then not come due to emergencies .

Hi, thank you for your review, I do understand your frustration with this. Sadly we have no option in these instances but to offer replacements at cost price as we have no way to claim back the costs of damaged items when they have been in your care for so long. Within 48 hours from delivery we can claim with the courier for these damages as it would be reasonable to assume this happened during transit, when this has been in your care for some time the courier does not accept that the damage was caused in transit and could have very plausibly been caused while in your care. In regards to the missing brackets i can see this is currently being dealt with. I do apologise that we have been unable to fully resolve this for you on this occasion.

Good Morning,
I am very sorry you received chrome instead of black, this was human error and simply a picking error. I can see this review was left before we had chance to resolve the issue, the problem was reported on the 8th and the collect and replace for the correct items took place on the 9th. we do aim to get everything right and I understand that its inconvenient receiving the wrong items but we are human and mistakes do happen, we can only resolve this as quickly and efficiently as possible and i feel we have done this.
We have also offered your delivery charge back as a gesture of goodwill. Please come back to me to advise how we could have resolved this better to avoid such negativity.

Very disappointed 😞 😔

We brought the, Solar Chrome Square 2 Way Thermostatic Bath Filler and Handheld EZ Box. We paid £205 in sale. Never again, this is because the tap is a
very poor product. On top of this disappointment with the purchases. I also have to paid for the return because I didn't check the return policy. Ergonomic Designs Bathrooms offer a collection service but they have notify me this is from £54. 1 Star for customer service because they replied to my emails.

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback, I have looked into this and I cannot see that you have advised us at all you were unhappy with the product, you have requested a return as not required and no mention of any issues at all, we have advised on our standard returns process. The collection with the fragile goods courier is £54.99 we do only offer collections on large fragile goods not on parcels as it is much cheaper for you to arrange your own return rather than using our courier as advised. Once returned a full refund was offered straight away and we have offered your delivery fee back as a gesture of goodwill. I also cannot see that you have communicated any upset or dissatisfaction to us at all in any communications with us for us to address this. Please advise any issues you have and how we could have resolved this more amicably to avoid a review such as this.

Great service

I recently went back to Ergonomic Designs as I was renovating my home. Once again their price, quality of choice and excellent customer service didn’t let me down. Even when a manufacturing fault caused my toilet to leak they we quick to act and we had a new toilet with us immediately. Great company and great service, will definitely use again.

Very good experience

Very good experience, after ordering a shower mixer from another supplier on Tuesday I was informed the following day that they didn’t have it in stock. Following a quick search online I came across economic designs which had the same tap in stock, I placed the order on Wednesday and it was delivered on Friday at 8am, great service and speedy delivery.
