Everything about this company seems long. I've had a complete nightmare trying to deliver a shower sliding door. I made the order on the Tuesday, it gave the cheaper option of paying £10 and would be delivered the Thursday - when the builder would be doing the works. I chose that option. I received a text the Weds and scanned it thinking it was confirming the Thursday delivery date. PJH - the delivery courier company they use, wants the customer to confirm the delivery date. I noticed this on Thursday to inform the builder - no sliding door was delivering that day.

I booked it in on the Friday instead - even though the builder had another job. I got told the delivery time would be from 7:00am to 1:00pm. When I checked tracking it said 11:17am. 11:30am arrives, no parcel - and no updated information on the tracking service nor text. I used the tracking to see where the van was. It was around 5 miles away and I thought it would be there within the hour. I used Live chat to try and get confirmation, after the pleasantries were exchanged I was left hanging and had to ask if they were still there (i've since checked on the site after sales team work from home). She quickly revived then. I had an appointment and asked if she could ask the driver to call me 30 mins before to let me know. No reply.

I called the office and got through to someone who checked the status and said it would be with me between 2-3pm! I told her about my appointment and asked if I could be called 30 mins before to be notified and so I'm in. The caller said, of course, they usually do. I get the call at 2:00pm saying they are outside the property and have had to leave because there was no answer! Next delivery date is next Wednesday - the builder is scheduled on Tuesday. Complete shambles of a business. Tried to arrange for them to return and got told, no, they cannot return. I'd like a refund but even the process for that is not simple - never again. Please avoid this company!!!

Brilliant service from Ergonomic Designs Bathrooms. I ordered a new Kartell Soft Close Toilet Seat and Black Hinge Caps - at the best price I could find on the internet, and my order arrived within 48 hours. I'm really pleased with the product and my purchasing experience, and will definitely use them again.

Bought all shower fittings in 2017 they are still in excellent condition in 2026 as I write this review. Will definitely be purchasing from them for our next hone when we move soon . Quality products.

Received damaged shower door . They asked me many questions and then said I have to check item within 48 h . I did not expect to receive damaged item and no one mentioned I have to check it within 48 h . . It’s clear that someone have opened it probably before dispatched and they knew it’s was damaged. That’s it no one respond after would never use them again as it’s just waste of 150£ and time

One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Do not buy anything from them. If you have any issues with products. It will not be rectified. They’ll lie about refund, return, claim to send couriers out to pick up damaged goods. Stay well away

I purchased 4 items on-line. I then realised I had made an error on the order, and I needed to change the size of the vanity unit. I used Ergonomic's Help Centre contact form to ask if it was possible to change the order. I must admit, I wasn't expecting things to be so easy. The next morning Lynn Walters emailed me and said she would cancel the item I wanted to change, and I needed to reorder the correct item. Once I had the new order number, she combined all the items, refunded the cancelled item immediately and everything was delivered on time the next morning. The items all look very high quality. Lynn's customer service was exemplary so I would have no hesitation in buying from them again.

I recently installed the Odesa Arc fluted California walnut combination vanity unit (1100mm, RH) and it has completely transformed my guest ensuite bathroom.
The design is the standout feature. The fluted walnut finish looks genuinely high-end and adds texture and warmth. Paired with brass fittings, it gives a luxury look that feels far more expensive than it actually is. Build quality is solid. The carcass feels sturdy, the finish is well applied, and the drawers are smooth with a proper soft-close action. Nothing feels flimsy or poorly aligned, which isn’t always the case with combination units.
The layout is also very practical. Having the toilet integrated keeps everything compact and tidy, ideal for an ensuite or smaller bathroom. The concealed cistern gives a nice minimalist finish, and storage is perfectly adequate for everyday use.

Delivery was excellent. The unit arrived well-packaged, protected on all edges, and in perfect condition—no chips, scratches or damage. Timing was as expected, and everything turned up together, which made planning the install much easier and iInstallation was straightforward for the fitter.

Overall, this is a fantastic combination of design, quality and value, backed up by a smooth delivery experience. Very pleased with it and would highly recommend.

The product choice and pricing is great, I needed to contact the customer service team and was helped by a lady called Lynn, she was excellent resolved my enquiry within minutes, this is the 2nd time I have ordered goods from Ergonomic Designs and will definitely use them again, excellent all round, very happy.

We were so pleased with our Odesa Arc Fluted Cairo Walnut Combination Toilet and Vanity Unit which fitted perfectly into our cloakroom. The addition of the comfort height wc was perfect for our needs.

It was received quickly and the quality surpassed our expectations.

We now have a cloakroom that feels luxurious and spacious. I am now now proud to show our family and friends.

Good quality Odesa vanity unit and taps. Delivery tracking was excellent. Sink was damaged however replaced quickly. Unfortunately I was unable to speak to anyone regarding the replacement sink, everything was done online which was frustrating. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars

My original issue was that the basin arrived damaged and I initially struggled to get a response, which caused some delay to my installation.
This is why I am updating my review.

After a few emails and a bit of misunderstanding on my part, I’m happy to say the issue has now been resolved.
Ergonomics Designs arranged a replacement promptly once everything was clarified, and gave me the option of delivery or collection. I chose to collect from their Northampton branch, which was straightforward and convenient.
Beth, who handled the situation, was very professional and efficient throughout, and I appreciate the effort she made to get things sorted.
I understand there was a slight delay over the Easter weekend, which likely contributed to the initial lack of communication.
Overall, a positive outcome and good customer service once the issue was addressed.
