Quick and painless installation experience. I got new fence installed in less than a month since I contacted sales from their website, I received a follow up call, video call with the customer consultant, in person visit to confirm measurements, and installation appointment after city "call before dig" approval. Very competitive price.

The process with Ergeon is very easy and straightforward, from beginning to end, once you start. I would recommend working with them to anyone that has limited time to manage a fence build project, especially. I think the way they operate makes it easy for people without an extensive construction background or a preexisting list of reputable contractors that they've worked with is the past. As in, if you don't know where to start or with whom to work, Ergeon would be a good company to try out. I would use them again for any future fence construction projects.

Wow! This was such a great company to work with. From the initial estimate to the financial arrangements to the build, they were smooth, thorough, and patient! Valeria was my initial contact and provided me with the bid (absolutely no surprise additions) which was detailed with 3D pictures and the supply list. She helped make arrangements for split billing with my neighbors too. Omar was our project manager and arranged for the utilities to mark out their lines, then the timing for the actual build, and confirming that I was happy with the projec before receiving payment. The crew that did my fence (side and back) were so organized! Each person knew exactly what their tasks were and set out to complete them efficiently, quickly and correctly! Can’t say enough about how amazingly easy this whole process was! Definitely recommend you check them out.

I‘m a fan! After having many “contractors” say they do fencing not show up, we decided to go with Ergeon. They’re licensed, insured and warranty the work. They have processes from the initial estimate, proper utility line clearing before digging, a project manager and site supervisor. Communicating each step. The installers were so respectful and, best of all, did beautiful work with high quality materials. The price was reasonable, too.

Great work on the fence, but there are a couple of things worth mentioning. The guy delivering the materials can only leave them at the sidewalk if you do not have a driveway. Keep that in mind if this isn't allowed in your area. Secondly, pull the permit yourself to avoid snags and delays. Finally, the installers left a ton of fill dirt and I was told by them and by Ergeon through text that they do not do haul away for dirt (but took everything else), so that was an unforseen cost. The last one really irked me and I will be using a different installer for fencing the rear of my property.

From the attentive staff (Carlos, Customer Specialist, and Omar, Project Manager), the hardworking installation crews, and 3D visualization of the fence included with the detailed quote, the whole experience was very impressive. Very pleased with the quality of the fence and the price. Thoroughly recommended.

The workers were so efficient, and took down the entire fence and put up posts around the entire backyard all on the first day! On the second day it only took half the day to install the fence and gate. And everything was cleaned up before they left, with no debris left behind! An awesome job which even my neighbors commented on!

From start to finish was this installation was excellent. The two guys that came to put in 50 feet of fence. Did it in about four hours and the work was excellen they cleaned up and you couldn’t tell that they were there. I just walked out and saw a nice new fence as promised
I had a small issue to deal with they resolved it within two working days. Mind you they did all this during the rainy season that we just went through. As far as the negative reviews that I’ve read industrial like they need a little work, ironing out a few things, but they are courteous and you couldn’t ask for nicer people to deal with, so I gave the five stars for the excellent work on the fence as that’s what I felt felt should be reviewed.

Ergeon did an amazing job with our backyard fence project. Summer is coming and the neighbor behind us has toddlers who play in his backyard. Combine that with a dilapidated old fence with missing slats and the fact that we have a pool. It could have been a disaster waiting to happen. We called Ergeon, they offered a great value. Plus, they lost no time in communicating with the neighbor behind us and with no delay the project was started. This company is fast! In one day we had our new fence and can breathe a sigh of relief that our yard is secure and ready for summer. Plus, it's a beautiful fence that adds beauty to our yard. Great company with amazing customer service!

Our Southern fence blew down in the February Super Storm here in Napa Valley 2024. I really liked the online fence building tool. It allowed me to play with different fence options and enabled me to visualize what my finished product would look like. The local installer was very courteous and helpful. They informed me of bushes that needed to be trimmed weeks before install. They arranged our site visit with PG&E a marking the gas line.

There was one issue. On the second day of installation our gas line was hit by the builder. They immediately called the fire and PG&E and evacuated my Wife, Son and Dog. No one was hurt and the problem was solved completely in a couple of hours. My project manager assured be that I would not be liable for any extra cost of the response team. While upset and embraced by the very active response, I quickly calmed down and the team finished the project the next day. Over 144 ft. of new fence and I am very happy with the end product. I will use them again for replacing the rest of my fence in a couple of years.
