Great experience from start to finish. Getting an estimate was very easy and fast. Work was scheduled around our needs and the work was high quality. They left no mess and were helpful working around an old climatis vine we were hoping would survive and it did.

We replaced 105' of our fence with a neighbor. Process was smooth. I liked the video call option to get the estimate. Highly recommended.

Ergeon is a modern upgrade to the usual way people do business with fence contractors. They are Internet-enabled to give you personalized, instant service for project estimation, project management, and invoicing/billing. They have a network of local, high-quality contractors whom they manage to actually put boots on the ground to get your job done. And, because of their efficiency doing things this way, they offered me a replacement for my wine and storm-damaged fence at literally ONE-HALF the price of the “traditional” local fence contractor (also highly rated) who has all of the traditional overhead they must make up for.

I worked with the sales rep on my mobile device via a live video session. They showed me their screen as we built out the project specs, while I showed them a live view of the existing fence and job site area. I received a project quote shortly thereafter via a text message link. I made the deposit with my credit card although no charges were made until the project was actually completed to my satisfaction. They quoted me an estimated scheduling for the job of 5 weeks — the entire local area had suffered the same fate as I — and they in fact hit that target date almost to the day! Impressive.

All the while, I continued to receive communications from a dedicated project manager who themselves is a civil engineer, keeping me apprised of the activities leading up to the actual day of the job. The crew worked very efficiently and having built a few decks and fences in my younger days, I could see they were “doing it right” with solid, careful technique and quality materials.

On the actual day of the job, there were minor hiccups with communications over the precise timing of the crew arrival, but it all got worked out and I could not be happier with the the results or the price! I also want to mention the demolition of the old damaged fence went perfectly as well.

I have had a great experience working with Andy Perez from Ergeon to review the work required for and to obtain a quote for a thirty-foot section of fence that fell down in a recent storm. The process was extremely smooth and fast. The initial contact was less than 10 minutes on a Saturday morning to schedule an online video review. Within an hour, the initial video call took place to inspect the fence, obtain the measurements, identification of any issues, and answer pertinent questions. He reached out to me within a couple of hours with a quote and shared an online link which had all the details for several options for the repair and fence type. Ergeon maximizes its use of technology and customer service for fast and reliable service. The whole process was amazing given that most of their competitors could not even schedule a meeting to get a quote for at least a month out. I had to delay the job completion because of vacation and weather but the assigned PM, Omar Herrera, was able to work around it and his crew did a great job at removing the old fence boards and installing the new fence section in less than a few hours.

I was lucky to work with Nicole Lindo today to get a quote for my fence. She was incredibly knowledgeable, quick, and very friendly. She whipped up a quote and answered of my questions along the way. Great service, definitely recommend.

Amazing company with constant communication from start to finish. Mr. Molina and his crew replaced 300 feet of fence in just one day, including demolition and cleanup!

Beware of this company. Initially during the bidding process you will think they know what they are doing. After the quote, you will really see how pathetic this company really is. After 3 no shows to start the work, with excuses ranging from "my car broke down" to you name it, it's apparent you are dealing with a bunch of savages. Nobody will accept responsibility and you will be continously transfered from "moron" to "moron".

If I could make that one star a half instead I would. The first time I dealt with these guys were great. Absolutely no complaints. But the second time was terrible. Guess came out with less than half of the materials needed but said they'd be done. They came at 10am and left at 3pm without letting us know they were done. Leaving my backyard open and a mess with the fence they took down and the new materials. They came back the next day and said they'll be done. They put 4 posts up and left. Again arriving at 10am and leaving at 3pm. Leaving the mess. They arrived today and said they needed 3 more days to get the rest of the materials. The project manager already told me they'd definitely done today. The manager offered me a $100 discount. So fed up. Turns out that they forgot to add the measurements in my quote and the image they sent of the area the fence would cover was wrong. They said I’d have to pay for their mistake. I asked to cancel everything. They told me I’d have to pay $600. Then he called a little later saying he messed up the cancellation fee. Asked me to take pictures of what the installers did, what materials were left over and the haul away for the old fence. Of course to charge me for their mistake again. Look else where. Don’t just look at this as one bad review and think yours will be fine. Cuz that’s what I thought.

Fast quote, good marketing. Everything fell apart after that. Never made it past the permit process because the company didn’t fill in basic information requested by the county after 3 weeks! If they didn’t want to do the project, I wish they would have said so. That way we could have avoided wasting time.

OK I did the research you need to do the same! This is not a local company. It's a vinyl wholesaler and the products are most likely Chinese made because they wouldn't give me a producer of the product. Their California headquarters is a mailbox location in San Francisco. The "Locations" all 100+ of them in California are wannabe fence installers and I bet a majority are not even licensed and as a sub to this company you are to be licensed and insured. So beware.

I strongly recommend hiring Ergeon. They built the most incredible Modern Mailbox for me that is easily the best looking mailbox in the entire neighborhood.

If you want a true masterpiece and a work of art for a Modern Mailbox, hire this company immediately. You will not regret it.

Everything ran pretty smoothly throughout the whole process of getting our fence put in. Even when we hit a few bumps in the road due to errors on us or our neighbors end the Ergeon team kept us in the loop at all times. Everything was addressed and corrected with ease. On the day of our installation the team was prompt and professional. They got the work done quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with our fence and our experience with Ergeon.

I highly recommend Ergeon for any fencing job. We called to have our fence gates replaced. Someone came out to measure within days of our call and Ed from sales called with a quote the same day. We went with Ergeon and we are so glad we did. Ed was excellent. He explained everything thoroughly and was courteous and professional as was everyone we dealt with from Ergeon. Our new gates look wonderful and are perfect. The price was very reasonable. We will definitely use Ergeon again when the need arises.
