I had a great experience with Ergeon. They were very responsive to my original inquiry. The fence installers were great. Courteous and professional. The job was done in a day. I would definitely have work done with Ergeon again. Highly recommended.

Keila @Ergeon was amazing and very communicative during this whole process. This fence was being done for my grandmother and we reached out to Ergeon on a Sunday and we immediately received a response the same day. They immediately did a video call where we were provided an estimate. Due to a retaining wall needing to be added we ended up getting an additional $300.00 added to the bill but they still charged way less than other companies and the guys did amazing work and the turn around time was less than 10 days from when we reached out to the completion of the fence! My grandmother goes outside a couple of times a day just to admire the work they did. I highly recommend Keila and her team!

I had a vinyl fence and two door gate put in. Overall the fence is very nice, but gate is a disaster. Most of the screws are falling off literally. The screws are stripped. The gate was last item to be finished with project, but only one person the supervisor stayed to put it up, where I’m sure two should have been here to help hold up the doors while other screwed hardware in. I could hear this person working and grunting as though he was struggling. Anyway I called ergeon about this issue, they sent this supervisor back out, who said “I’ve never seen this problem before” he proceeded to put bigger screws but only had a few, not enough ,said he would be back next day with more screws. Guess what, two different workers came in his stead, told me it was manufactures flaw nothing they could do. Now I have to screw through post with longer screws that actually have a nut so the hardware stays put. I had to have this contractor come back several times to fix minor issues, I got tired and frustrated of going back and forth with ergeon rep. Also why couldn’t they get the manager of this contract to come and give me a walk through, I did ask. I felt I was given the run around on that. Never did get a walk through. So I decided to just sign off on project , very sad and disappointed. I would think ergeon should not use this contractor anymore.

The installers had to install a gate with uneven concrete, they did a really good job. Very professional.

Ergeon completed our shared fence in a timely manner and made dividing the cost with the neighbor a breeze. The quote was well laid out and easy to understand and they responded to all inquires quickly. We now have a new high quality fence at a reasonable price. Can't beat the value given from Ergeon.

Saul was our installer. Did an amazing job on our fence. Helped to clear up things from the neighbor's yard before they started to work on the fence and cleaned up afterwards.
I feel that communication prior to installment should've been better. I had to make a contact with the company cause I felt nothing was moving forward. They were, however, always very responsive and pleasant.

The Project Manager, installer, and estimator were all great to work with. The Project Manager brought all the project elements together in a timely way and delivered a fabulous end product. He was very responsive. When a design question came up, he was able to quickly get it resolved so the installation work could continue. Great work - I highly recommend this team!

They did a great quality job on my fence and gate. They completed the job in one day, and I am very happy with their work. Although, they did cut my fence too short and it was crooked at the bottom, they addressed my concerns and rebuilt my gate the next day. It would have been nice if they would have done a better job of cleaning up after themselves i.e. leftover cement, pieces of wood, etc., however, that's not such a big deal with the quality of their work.

Save yourself time and money by not using this company. In addition to my 1-2 day installation taking 4 days (which was only ever communicated by the installer not our project manager) and several issues not communicated until time of installation, I repeatedly had to go back to the project manager to request overcharges be removed from my invoice. It was only after threatening to report them to the BBB that I received any resolution to my complaints. Despite being allegedly focused on customer satisfaction, they are anything but. In addition to their inability to communicate in a timely manner and refusal to even believe me that I wasn't fabricating my complaints about my new fence, I expected to see a total discount on my bill from my complaints above totaling over $700 and am instead settling for $400 because I am completely at my wits end dealing with this company.

Ergeon does excellent work. The team is professional from the office to the field. My husband and I really appreciate their help and concern while working through the project. Their fence gates give our house more curb appeal.

We had a fence put in a few year's ago. They did a great job at that time. We considered and went back to Ergeon to have them install Astro Turf, as we are getting older, needing less yard/mowing for us to do. Employee's were great, willing to work with in our time frame. They were early to arrive. 3 laborer's and a Super (Alex) on sight up until just about the very end, leaving 2 to finish up with final clean up and walk through. They didn't seem to mind my husband sitting and watching or working around them. The whole project took just about 4.5 - 5.5 hours total. We would strongly consider reemploying Ergeon again. Thank you Jorge, Cesar, Alex and your crew for a fine job we done.

This was one of the most professional installations l've ever experienced. The quality of the work was outstanding, with no corners cut. A manager supervised the installers the entire time. They removed the old fence and installed 75 feet of new fencing with new posts and kick boards in just one day. I highly recommend them.
