DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Placed an order in January and have not received anything until now, 3 months later! No replies to all of my emails, bot replies on WhatsApp. Just read how many customers were ripped off! Absolutely unacceptable. They keep accepting orders they cannot deliver.

Not even 1 star shouldn’t be allowed to operate as a company 7th March ordered struts at £92 still not arrived this 9th April 26 taken money under false pretence no goods but they have been payed is that not fraud don’t touch this firm in any situations sick sending the emails no reply

Well after google removed my feedback id thought id leave here. DO NOT BUY from emerald struts. I purchased some plate holders & even got the tracking number from parcel force. Still to this day the tracker says still waiting for emerald struts to send the package. I ordered 5 weeks ago & sent email after email with no reply. Even the WhatsApp service. Absolute shower of s**t. Turned into scammers in my eyes as im on a few ford performance forums & they're all having the same issues. I've had to goto my bank barclays which ive received a temp refund until the process of them getting ny money back. Which takes 4-6 weeks.

Just like everyone else has experienced, I’ve had no contact from company since emailing them countless times and using the WhatsApp feature . Have not received my order despite paying for next day delivery. I’ll dispute my payment through my bank and get a refund . Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased

My Girlfriend ordered a pair of struts over a week ago and still NO sign of them even tho they say tracked48…. Emailed and WhatsApp’d the company but NO reply. The company plaster all there boot opening struts everywhere but can’t be bothered getting in touch with you if there’s a problem. Order No ES56728. Even says on there website that it ‘could not be found’ after trying to track an ordered item. I get this is a family run business but not keeping in touch with there customers when there’s a problem and claiming all items are tracked48 is bullsh*t and bad customer care.

Bought without seeing prior reviews, no information for tracking, royal mail has not received my order in 2 weeks, contacted via messenger, WhatsApp, email and no response. Luckily I have paid with PayPal and instantly received my money back (obviously there was prior issues with the company)

Contacted the customer service multiple times and still had no response, ordered my part 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Order number - ES56603

Customer service is none existent. Order #ES56521 placed on 22nd March. Apparently it’s still on the way to Royal Mail even though it said 48hr delivery. I’ve sent numerous emails, WhatsApp, live chat, messages on Tik Tok and X. I have received nothing back apart from an automated emails telling me they’ve received my request. I have seen quite a few posts that show I am not the only one with this problem and all the reply says is ‘we are a small company and doing the best we can’. Your best is not good enough.

Been over a month. Product shipping label was created within 5 days, since then radio silence. Have contacted regarding getting a shipping update as well as a refund. Nothing, currently nothing short of a scam if you ask me.

Ordered the Ford performance reg plates holders 3 months ago still not been delivered, also paid extra for next day delivery too, tried emailing them multiple times and just going to there automated email.

4 months waiting for my item, never got the item, never got a reply, never got money back, totally scam

Absolutely appalling service.
Placed the order. No communication. Sent an initial query to see how my order was progressing… No reply.
Sent multiple emails and messages. No response. Threatened them with the police and trading standards. No reply. Luckily I paid using PayPal. Asked for a refund and they contacted Emerald Struts who said the order had been dispatched to Royal Mail. They even generated a tracking number. Contacted Royal Mail after two weeks. Nothing received. Finally PayPal returned my money.
DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

Ordered on the 14th March for a focus st mk3.5 and 3 weeks later the royalmail tracking still says they are expecting them, tried contacting them by email with no response, also tried WhatsApp with no luck.... disappointing is a understatement, now trying to get a refund though paypal, I would stay clear .....

Absolutely no communication from the company, I chased up on my delivery as it did not turn up after 48 hours(the promised delivery time), the AI chat bot is useless and there has been no response to my emails whatsoever.
It has now been a week since I placed my order, and I haven’t even had one email to confirm when I WILL receive the product. Let alone not one reply to my following 3 emails and 2 WhatsApp inquiries.
Whoever is in charge of this company has absolutely no regard for their customers.
Do not order from this company, I now have to request a refund, which clearly won’t be easy, as they don’t reply to their customers!

Company is a scam, ordered boot struts that said in Stock and delivery in 1-3 business days, 3 weeks later nothing and no reply to my emails. Luckily paid on my credit card so got a refund through them. I suspect this company does not exist anymore.

Placed an order on 21st March ‘26 and have waited for 2 weeks now and have not received my order. I have emailed several times making an enquiry as to the progress of my order. Not received a single reply. Thinking that I have now been ripped off. Will wait another week and will start the process of making a claim against Emerald Struts and will update this review. This is the worse communication and customer service ever.

Same review as most others. Order product, tells you in stock 48 hours to send. 1 month later still waiting. 0 replies to mails, what’s apps or chats on their site. I suspect they have shut shop permanently. Please do not order anything else you’ll be in the same boat as everyone else. They just take your money. I have requested my bank to get my cash back.

Their customer service is abysmal. They do not respond to emails.

Their WhatsApp customer service chat seems to be run by a chat bot. It cant actually help, it just makes loads of sympathizing comments and repeatedly point you back to email the customer services team. At one point it actually said you need to actually get in touch with a person and the responses are virtually instantaneous. it's a chat bot or they hire the fastest typing people in the UK.

My order was displayed as an in stock item. Delivery was supposed to be 24 hour tracked. A couple of days after placing the order, I received a message on my Royal Mail app saying that they were expecting my parcel. It was looking good.

Over three weeks later Royal Mail are still expecting it. After a week of trying to get a response from Emerald struts, via Whatsapp Email and I even managed to find a phone number which I left several messages on. I reverted to PayPal.

This I think is the most telling part. In the past on those rare occasions I have had to raise a case with PayPal, I have been asked to wait whilst they contact the merchant to try and resolve the issue.

Not this time, when entered non receipt of goods, even though the date was just over three weeks. PayPal's instant response was: We have refunded you and you will receive a full refund back to your payment card.

I still need the struts but the same type are available on Ali Express for a lot less than the ones on Emerald struts dot com. Plus even though coming from China I will not have to wait three weeks for delivery.
