Bunch of scammers,paid 150 for 2 items over a week ago emailed them twice and ignored both times

Not a proper service. They will take your money and leave you dry, don’t hold your breath, you might aswell start reporting them from now. Honestly I don’t know how this is possibly be happening too sooooo may people within a short space of time, nothings been done, But they are still taking orders and payment! Something not right there

You haven't replied to any of my emails asking for help applying my 10% discount which wasn't applied at time of purchase. Also, as I live in NZ my purchase hasn't arrived yet. So please answer my query instead of sending me these generic emails asking for my feedback.

Slow delivery sent a email couldn’t say when it was coming constantly getting feeds to buy then when I do delivery time is too long

This is a scam no communication and just took my money with no order fulfilment do not trust them!

Ordered middle of February. Nothing received not even shipped yet. No email to say why, nothing on website to explain delays. Notice I get a lot of marketing emails and adverts, when clearly they aren’t operating

I placed an order at the beginning of March 2026 and I have still not received it at the time of this post. I’ve been trying to engage with the company to get an update on my order but all I get is an automated response of email and a WhatsApp chat. Very poor, trying to request a refund but that is also an automated response process with no guarantee that it will be processed. Shocking do not engage with this company.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

It’s been a week now, and I’m still waiting for my order to be shipped. Whenever I contact support to ask about my order, I only receive an automatic response asking for my understanding, as they have a high volume of orders and processing may take some time.

If you place an order, do not expect it to arrive. They're taking orders and taking people's money but not sending them anything. They've gone from 4.2 stars to 2.7 in the past 2 months. That alone says how bad this company has gotten. There is ZERO communication, ZERO customer service ans they will ignore every single one of your emails.

Ordered my struts on the 16th March 2026 and it is now the 31st March. My order is shown on the Royal Mail website as "we're expecting it", its been like that for 7 days now. Have emailed 4 times with no answer, contacted on whatssapp and got an AI reply which was useless. Customer service is non-existent. Worst thing is i was sent an email to review the product that 2 weeks later ive still to receive. Just want the product i paid for, is it that hard to do.

Dreadful customer service. Literally awful, don’t think they even have a customer service team. I ordered on March 13th and it is March 30th and I am yet to recieve my order despite paying for Royal Mail tracked 24hrs

My son ordered his new boot struts on 13 March its now 30th and still says on royal mail tracking they are waiting for item i have emailed 4 times and been on online chat and WhatsApp to try get refund with no luck customer service is terrible

Unfortunately Waited almost a week for delivery and still nothing. Emailed regarding tracking information to be responded to with a generated email response, still nothing clearer. Paid for 48 hour postage too.

Didnt send them took money i emailed them they didnt answer so i got my money straight bk from paypal no waitng so paypal know them and what there like i ended up getting a pair from a different company

I am disappointed with ordering from here. i ordered on the 14th March and it’s meant to be delivered in 3 working days and i still haven’t received it on 27th March.
i have had no update on my order, no tracking number or reply to my email. it is really poor customer service. with the current customer service standard, i would not recommend ordering from high.

Parcel has still not been delivered, ordered on the 13th March. Now the 26th March. I have tried to contact several times, via email, whatsapp and instagram, and still gone no further. No updates on why there is a delay, or if the parcel is even coming. This is leaving me £90 out of pocket.

I orderd back in January bare in mind it's March now and I still haven't had my package..many emails sent with no reply as to when it will be delivered...I would stay away if I was you

My order was placed on the 21st February, and after more than a month my order was now delivered on the 25th March 2026.

I sent countless emails with zero response from anyone, I messaged the whatsapp live chat, again zero response from anyone. I got so worried about not receiving my product that I even asked for a refund long before and again no one replied. I will never buy from here again, seriously...its absolutely shocking. Do not buy from them.
