Purchased an item a week ago and nothing has been dispatched. I’ve tried to email and no response. I checked reviews and others are going through the same problem. Avoid!!!

Communication is poor. Been waiting for my order for a while now and still havent received any update on my order. Not the best pleased as its alot of money to some people and to just be ignored is just shameful on there part. Honestly just feel like getting there address and driving up in person to see where my order is. I wouldn't ever recommend this company to anyone.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

COMPLETE SCAM, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DONT SEND YOUR ORDER.
NO WAY OF SPEAKING TO ANYONE, EMAILS IGNORED. ONLY HAVE A WASTE OF TIME AI WHATSAPP.

I have not received my items ordered nearly 2 weeks ago

3 weeks since I make the order and the order isn't even shipped

Placed an order like everyone else, saw all the reviews and thought id try them anyway as their products look great.

Don't be fooled folks, they wont respond to you, you probably wont receive anything you pay for and you will spend days/weeks trying to get your money back.

They have no customer service at all and I don't believe they even stock what they advertise. You'd be better off putting your money into a fruit machine.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt and after 3 weeks of nothing I escalated to my credit card and got my money back after a further week.

I am gutted as I really wanted and needed the products, this company needs to be investigated and shut down.

UPDATE - The struts finally arrived, approx 6-8 weeks after ordering, no notifications or tracking, they just turned up.

Now because I was refunded they are chasing me for payment, even though I couldn't contact them to return! AVOID

I still haven’t received my order, I ordered close to nearly a month ago not happy!

Unfortunatly i have still not recieved my item as of waiting 3 months now..
Yes there are options on how to contact this company but i only recieve AI responses. You never get to actually speak to a person.
Poor overall expierience . Not reccomended at all..

Ordered 2 months ago never received the struts I ordered

Ordered over 2 weeks ago NO STRUTS, NO RESPONSE very poor company

Still waiting for my item after 1 month( end of feb) . I had order a part to go with it. Arrived days after.will update when finally arrived. Even emailed twice.

I ordered them on the 14th of February and still haven't had them sent you loads of emails no replys I don't rate your company or your customer service

Looked at struts , thought about the struts , wanted the struts , bought the struts , waited at the window for the struts , waited on the drive for the struts , dreamt of the struts ……………..no struts

Ordered some struts on March 14th, next day got a notification saying that royalmail are expecting them, a month later still nothing, royalmail still says the same, sent loads of emails to them with no reply, it's a con stay clear as they take your money but you get nothing. In the end I started a dispute with paypal against emerald struts as i paid through paypal, 2 days later i got my money back with them, paypal was so good, STAY CLEAR OF EMERALD STRUTS IT'S A CON....

Not received items paid on 15 th feb, several emails not replied to. Avoid and read other similar reviews.

I’m still waiting for my order that i ordered on 26th March

Ordered from this company for my son's birthday and paid for 48 hours delivery. Over two weeks later item not received, no response to any emails, live chat or what's app messages and no telephone number to call. Number on website is not correct. Shop app showing item as being processed, but I am out of pocket with no products and no present for my son. Very unhappy customer.

I ordered my package 2 weeks ago. When I go to the shop app to track my package it says “waiting for details” I can’t track it because probably it hasn’t even been sent. When I tried emailing you guys I didn’t get an answer so I’m guessing the money I paid is gone??

Ordered a second set of struts for new car as first experience was amazing but this its has been dreadful ordered on the 6th of march and product still hasnt arrived had to dispute charge with klarna as product hasnt arrvied have sent numorus emails chasing and explaining that i will be disputing the charge and my order has still never shown up even though label is created i cant recomend this compnay at this time due to not delivereing product in time frame promised

Haven’t received any tracking information when I message them I get an automated reply I ordered on April 5th with 48hour tracked delivery
