Still accepting orders, taking money and even pushing adverts still on social media yet aren't dispatching orders. At most they are providing a tracking number but not sending orders. Did a chargeback.

I would not recommend this product at all. I bought copy struts for my MK7.5 fiesta and have ran them for around 3 years. Within the first 6 months the boot would no longer open with force like the product was marketed as to solve. Luckily I retained the original Ford part as the struts eventually damaged my boot structure so bad it wouldn't close properly with the emerald struts installed. I consider this product a waste of money.

Ordered boot struts for my Ford Focus. Money taken and invoice sent through.
Paid for 48 hour delivery.
One month later and still no struts.
Have raised tickets, used their WhatsApp and absolutely no response.

Ordered 25th of March and still no sign of it. I’m one of the many people here who ordered and haven’t received anything from them. I’ve been sending three emails per day and nothing. It’s a joke of a company if you asked me. I’ll give a minus star if I could.

On April 23 I ordered and paid but I have not received the order yet. Unfortunately, the tracking information is still unavailable, and I have not received any updates regarding the shipment.

Very disappointed as I had previously only heard good things about emerald struts. I ordered a set of struts in late April and paid for 2-3 business days delivery. Over a week later and I have not received my order, and despite emailing the company, I have had no update on when they will be delivered. I will be returning them immediately if they arrive and getting a full refund

Update - I requested a refund after writing this review and almost another week went by without any contact from the company themselves. I ended up disputing the charge through my bank to make sure I could actually get my money back. Please be careful when ordering with this company, they claim to be struggling to complete orders on their instagram page which I understand, but they should probably stop taking orders if they can’t maintain contact or complete them.

Absolutely ridiculous wait times I ordered this item almost a month ago and still haven’t received anything if you was thinking about ordering from them I wouldn’t even bother they give you no info on what’s going on and just say they are just busy ??? No delivery date no nothing terrible service

Absolutely disgraceful company, advertised as same day dispatch and delivery next day and long behold 1 week later still nothing. No response to an enquiry and being blatantly ignored. Please don’t waste your money on a hope and prayer.

Ordered something almost 3 Months ago and never received it.
Customer Support was unhelpful.
I will try to get my money back (almost 100€) even if legal actions are needed.

Terrible company, still haven’t received my order after two weeks (they claim 2-3 business days). Absolutely no response from them. I’d avoid this company as they clearly don’t give a shit.

I placed an order with Emerald Struts on 28th March and, unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.

After completing the purchase, I received only automated confirmations, with no meaningful or personalised communication at any stage. Despite waiting well beyond a reasonable dispatch timeframe, the item has never been shipped. There has been no proactive update, no explanation for the delay, and no clear indication of when—if ever—the order will be fulfilled.

Attempts to get clarification have been met with either silence or generic automated responses, which gives the impression that customer service is either overwhelmed or simply not engaged. For a company operating in a market where timely delivery and communication are essential, this lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Emerald Struts. If you are considering ordering from them, be aware that you may face significant delays and a complete lack of communication regarding your purchase.

Avoid this company like the pleague. I have ordered BMW 1 series struts on the 1/1/26. Now 30/4/26, no struts, no refund, no reply.

What is happening with my order. I placed order on 17th April after being bombarded with advertising daily emails and even WhatsApp. I had a welcome code, it didn't work at checkout but wanted them so ordered. I asked for my 10% after but no response. Since then nothing, I still haven't got my goods nor no sign to when they are coming. If I don't here anything within next 48hrs I will cancel and go elsewhere.

Placed my order with tracked 48 hour delivery over a week ago. Have an order number. Have no product, company does not reply when I email. Customer Service is shocking - have taken my money and left me with nothing to show for it.

Ordered BMW centre caps with 48 hour delivery, never received a tracking number and after a week still no product, emailed and never received a reply.

ordering was easy , payment was taken, but im still waiting after more than week for confirmation that my struts have been dispatched. Have emailed a request as to where is my order , bearing in mind payment has been taken, but still no struts
