I placed an order on DEC 30th 2025.
(I HAVE NOW RECIEVED MY ORDER JUNE 8th 2026 AND IT DOES WORK WELL)
It is now MAY 29th 2026. I have not received me items, Royal Mail has not received them. I have had no response to any contact I have made. Email, WhatsApp, instagram ETC. DO NOT BUY! absolutely terrible service

I placed an order nearly two months ago and I’m still waiting. Unfortunately, I’ve had no success getting in contact with anyone from the company, so I’ve now contacted my bank to request a refund. Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend.

What a joke!! I placed my order on Monday the 04th May 2026 and I am still waiting for my order to arrive. I emailed them on the 11th May and I received a reply from George Ottaway stating that my order was going to be sent out on me in one or two working days, but he I am 14 days after that email and no sign of my struts. Also, I’ve emailed them several times since the 11th May and they no longer reply/respond to any of my emails. I’ve tried to initiate a chargeback with my bank, but they said I’d have to wait for 30. What’s really funny is, I keep getting an email asking me am I happy with my order….absolute joke and I won’t be ordering anything else moving forward. I was offered £10 on my account by George Ottaway on the 11th May but what is the point, if I order anything else it won’t come. Be prepared for a very long wait for your orders.

Absolutely disgusting no reply at all waited over 8 weeks now with no items this is fraud !

Take your money are that’s it no reply no nothing

Order still not despatched from 11th April 2026 , merchant took payment., emailed the merchant several times and no response, have reported this as fraud to my bank and the Police.

Honestly, don’t order from here. There’s plenty other alternatives, happy to take your money and spam you with marketing emails but not actually reply when asking where your order is. Been waiting over 3 weeks now and still not even a response from them. Spend your money elsewhere.

Ordered on the 17th of may and it’s still not here on the 22nd of may after paying extra for next day delivery.

Really annoyed, placed an order on 3rd May, 'dispatched' on the 8th and as of today 21st May, nothing. I have sent requests via WhatsApp and sent an email for an update, and both have been ignored. This is for a birthday present and it's now getting close. So annoyed that I can't even get an acknowledgement for the communications I have sent.

Truly scum bags.

Same as everybody else ordered 1 month ago, no despatch, no answer to messages, emails etc.

So I told my bank to charge back, got message today from my bank saying they are disputing it - so clearly the business owner is alive and well and a complete scum bag.

I hope he gets locked up!

Abysmal service

Ordered and waited a week.
Still no item or tracking number or even a change in status.

Have tried numerous times via email and WhatsApp to contact them but all emails are ignored and WhatsApp connects you to a chatbot that tells you you to email them.

Finally got the chatbot to understand that emails were not being picked up and was promised that I would be connected to a team member. I waited 4 days and still nothing. Have since emailed and asked for my order to be cancelled and yet again being ignored.

Was forced to contact my back and request a charge back for a refund.

Not a great way to conduct a business.

Ill be avoiding them from now on and would recommend anyone that values their hard earned money do the same

Bought a set of struts for my VW Scirocco in December. Easy enough to fit and they arrived pretty quickly. After around 8 weeks though, they stopped self-opening, which was the whole reason I bought them and replaced the OEM ones in the first place.

At first I thought maybe it was just the colder weather, but it gradually got worse and worse to the point where I had to physically help the boot open every time.

Tried contacting the company for support and honestly it’s been a nightmare. Everything goes through an automated online chat system asking for photos, videos and endless details. I sent everything it asked for and it said a customer service person would contact me. Days later… nothing.

Tried direct messages, no reply. Tried social media, no reply. No phone number to actually speak to anyone either.

The ironic part is they somehow still manage to send me promotional emails constantly, but can’t reply to an actual customer with a fault.

Genuinely feels like one of those companies that are happy to take your money and disappear when there’s an issue. Really disappointed with both the product and the customer service. Would personally avoid.

no contact since my purchase regarding shipping , was charged for shipping within certain days and yet a week later the product is yet to even be shipped . Not quite sure why I was charged for a certain date postage to then not receive my product

I never write reviews but, in this case I think an opinion is valid.

I purchased my struts back in March and they arrived today !

I had emailed, WhatsApp’d too and I didn’t have one reply, only an automated one.

Thankfully the struts came and seem to be good but the wait was not good!

Ordered struts 30/4/26. Allowed for bank holiday Monday expected delivery Wednesday/thursday/friday. Charged for Royal Mail 48 hr delivery Have since missed my sons birthday .Now Tuesday 12/5/26 still unable to track delivery so am assuming they not been dispatched glad I paid with pay pal gonna start dispute with them about payment

Still haven’t received my order since the 2nd of May, no update from support regarding my order

Ordered off these guys around 3-2 weeks ago. Paid for DPD Next day delivery service & not one confirmation or email regarding my order was sent. I was waiting patiently for something but whenever i tried contacting them i was getting no response whatsoever. Waste of money, Waste of time, Very bad customer service!! I do not recommend

Goods never arrived after over 30 days. Only automated email replies received to my messages. Have subsequently sought chargeback from my credit card company as I don't think they'll ever be sent.

Los conocí de casualidad por un video promocional de un conductor de un coche igual al mío, los busqué y rapidisimo los encontré, empecé a hacer el pedido, me demoré un poco intentando escoger el color, al no poder decidí que me enviaran el que quisieran. Pasa una semana y no hay respuesta, pasan dos y nada, pasa un mes y más, solo recibo correos para seguir comprando más cosas. Con esa ausencia de respuestas y ausencia de mi pedido en mi casa, como creen que comparé algo más? Comenzaré la raclamación de mi dinero y cada vez que vea alguna publicidad de esta marca ya sabran mi comentario. Respuesta a correos inexistente y el asistente virtual me ayudo en la compra pero al preguntarle por mi pedido, dejó de asistirme... no recuerdo cuantas estrellas le di, pero creo que ninguna...

Do not order anything from this company, ordered a pair of boot struts after waiting ober 3 months the product never arrived. Contacted several times never got a reply. In the end I had to get my bank to issue a charge back otherwise I would've been £100 out of pocket

Arrêtez tout de suite le massacre on commande rien n’arrive cela fait un mois que j’attend ma commande toujours rien , service client inexistant on les contacte seulement par tchat il dise qu’ils n’ont pas accès à notre commande qu’il faut envoyer un mail , on envoi un mail pas de réponse on nous dit regarder dans vos spam pas de réponse on nous dit demandait un remboursement toujours rien incroyable vous voulez pas vous faire arnaquer ne commander pas !!!!
