Placed order on 16th March 26 on 48 hour tracking and got a Royal Mail tracking number a couple of days later. To this date (4th April) Royal Mail are still awaiting receipt of the order, as am I. Tried numerous times to contact Emerald Struts through the chat function on their website, email and WhatsApp with zero response. They are quick to continue sending promotional emails but will not respond to anything. Reading reviews, it appears many people have had similar issues. Their website states the business is located at Unit 23 Ironstone Lane, Apollo Park OX15 6AY. Whether or not this is a legit address who knows. Companies House shows the business director to be a George William Ottoway with a correspondence address of 71-75, Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H June. There's also another related address of 6 Primrose Walk, Daventry NN11 3HT. The company uses an accountant by the name Optics Accounting Limited of 17 Willow Pike OX14 4GB. This is all public information.

Ordered next day delivery on the 22nd of April and still no delivery, I’ve emailed and still not even a email back on when my parcel will be delivered, poor customer service

Used them in the past never had any problems good product with quick delivery ordered some more v bar struts april the 1st still haven’t received my order what app messages no reply no reply on e mail only a automated response not contact phone number so have no idea what is going on

Scam company, had to open a claim with my bank to get a refund

Ordered struts for mk8 fiesta was told i would have them in two days that date has passed and they haven’t even been shipped absolute joke

For everyone that has not received please make complaint on gov.uk site. Search complain about a company uk on google. I did this yesterday and if enough of us do this I think they will look into emerald struts.

Avoid!

Terrible customer service (zero). Struts went wrong after 6 months with no reply to my numerous emails. Rust appeared after 9 months. READ OTHERS REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING!!

Ordered a set of struts payed for next day delivery and nothing came , tried contacting them by every format possible with no response, bank dealing with it now , total avoid set of scammers

Originally ordered a pair of struts for my Ford Focus back on the 16th of February, after an almost instantaneous update saying that they were on the way and dispatched, I kept checking the Royal Mail app and Shop app, nothing, few updates saying they were on the way, but never showed within the 48 hour tracked time frame.

I emailed as towards the end of March I was looking to sell the Focus and no longer needed the struts, and they wouldn't have fit my new Fiesta. I asked for a refund through their customer services email but got no reply other than the "We're getting a lot of contact" response, but was never followed up.

This was followed with 2 further emails with similar responses.

I have contacted my bank, and as others have stated have had a temporary refund whilst this is resolved, but the full resolution could take up to between 30-120 days.

It's a shame I've had to leave such a terrible review as I had a set of Emerald Struts on my old BMW and they were excellent, and couldn't fault the company at the time, however, of recent months I note they have openly admitted issues within the company. The lack of contact and refusal to acknowledge anything publicly is terrible business which is indefensible.

Just wished I'd read some of the reviews around the time I placed my order as I wouldn't have gone through with it.

Extremely disappointing experience. Payment was taken promptly but all communication ceased entirely from that point. Over the past month I have sent numerous emails, WhatsApp messages and Instagram messages with absolutely no response whatsoever.

I have since contacted my bank to raise a dispute and reported the store to Shopify. If a business cannot fulfil orders or respond to customers after taking payment, it simply should not be trading.

My honest advice to the owner would be to close the business - if you cannot manage basic customer communication or order fulfilment, you are not in a position to be running one.

Avoid this company entirely!

Really quick to answer for you to buy!
Then purchased them thinking must be good company.
Absolutely furthest from it ordered a month ago and I have sent 20 odd emails tried WhatsApp many times and tried calling which is Mobile number only that is linked to WhatsApp which they was so keen to answer when I was buying and absolutely No answer from Emails, WhatsApp or calls

If I could give ZERO stars I would. After almost 2 weeks, still no idea what is happening with my order. Unable to call as no telephone number listed on website. Sent an email, no response, just CRICKETS! Non-existent Customer Service. Avoid at all costs.

Never received items, they don't reply to emails either. Took my money and don't reply back, fraudulent company

The product hasn't arrived. It was supposed to arrive on the 17 of April

Utterly brilliant customer service, in fact, outstanding. Fast response to queries, checked what I needed using photographs, ordering process was easy and I now have several friends waiting to order once my struts have been fitted

Excellent at taking the money.

But where are the goods. The goods were on a tracked 48hr delivery. Order placed on 14/04/26 and still no sign of them. No correspondence from them, nothing on the tracking service. Waste of time......

Placed an order on the 4/4/26 with tracked 48. Have not received my order and have had no correspondence from the company despite emailing on the 10/4/26. Would avoid this company.

STAY WELL CLEAR
Ordered some number plate holders for my new private plates on the 7th of april
as I dont really want to screw them on.
Nearly two weeks now and emailed them and nothing. Waiting for the 14 days to expire and ill be getting in touch with natwest to get my money back as it was 40 pound. Wish id seen the reviews before hand.
Avoid at all costs.

Cant review a product I've not received yet ,although bit weird sending a review email out before having the dispatch email sent to me ,ordered them tues-wednesday and it said it be here Thursday but so far nothing
