I ordered my struts in March, still no delivery. After chasing numerous times, never had an answer to my mails. Please don't order at this company, for me over €100 down the drain.

The sales patter from the WhatsApp bot was helpful but 1 month on and I've heard and received nothing. I get that they've got high volumes but despite 3 emails and no sign of my order, in fact the bot says it doesn't exist, I've heard a big fat zero. I can't even cancel, but, i must say, very speedy service in taking my money. Either that or is a scam...yay.

Terrible company.

It has been well over a month since I placed my order and still yet to receive my items

Ordered 21st may, still waiting for the item to arrive. Tried multiple times to contact them have not had any contact back, now on 8th June and still waiting again not able to get anyone to look into my order.

Have emailed, WhatsApp everything.

Do not use this company. They take your money and then do not send your order. I’m still waiting on an order I made at the end of April 2026 and I’ve had no email or follow up communication to the enquiries I made. Avoid.

I ordered in February and still haven't received anything. I have tried to contact them multiple times but received no response. Not via Instagram or TikTok either.

Ordered over a month ago. No sign of my order. Have emailed several times with no reply. Avoid these people it’s a scam!!

Still waiting for delivery rubbish customer service

Item never arrived, yet I’ve been asked to review the delivery on three separate occasions. they are still accepting orders even though they have no realistic way to deliver them in a reasonable timeframe.

Its been a month i didnt receive my order:

I have now been waiting 4 weeks for my Ford Fiesta struts, which have still not arrived and I have e-mailed and WhatsApp messaged without any substantive reply, despite an automated 'No worries, someone will be with you soon' (that was a week ago). I should have known better when none of my First Order discount codes worked. Without any contact to date, I have to assume something significant is going on with this company and recommend no-one else send them any money. I will flush out what is happening with a County Court claim at their eventual cost. Happy shopping elsewhere!

Normally I don't write reviews here but for this I make an exception. Ordered struts on May the 1th. Received an tracking mail on the 8th, since then silence.

No struts and no communication. I reached out on May 23th June 1th and 4th. By mail and whatsapp and still nothing. I understand that delay's can happen and that's not a big deal but COMMUNICATION is key.

Raised a dispute with PayPal for my money back.

Ordered on the 22nd may, paid for next day delivery and it’s now the 1st june and the package still hasn’t been sent to the courier and i have contacted the company by email, live chat, whatsapp and instagram and have had no response at all

Please don’t make the same mistake that I made and countless others. They will happily take you money then ghost you.

Go to MPure Dynamics instead (Hopefully, these clowns aren’t trading as these guys) you’ve got more chance of getting your order from them.

I placed an order which never arrived. I used the contact methods available - whatsApp and email - but I got no response and therefore no help. I found a phone number, which didn't look right, but it was always engaged anyway. I have been unable to get my goods or a refund. Terrible service.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

I placed an order on 23 April and am still waiting over five weeks later.

The company’s website states that orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days and that customers will be contacted if there is a significant delay. Neither of these things happened in my case.

After hearing nothing, I had to contact the company myself on 9 May to find out what was happening. On 10 May, I was specifically told that my order was scheduled to be processed that weekend and dispatched on Monday 11 May. I was also told I would receive tracking information as soon as it was shipped.

That dispatch date came and went with no order, no tracking details, and no further explanation. Since then, I have only received generic delay emails rather than any meaningful update on my order.

I understand that delays can happen, but what I find unacceptable is being given a specific dispatch date that was never met, followed by a complete lack of communication. If the order was not going to be dispatched on the date promised, I should have been informed.

At the time of writing, I have been waiting more than five weeks for an order that was supposed to be dispatched over two weeks ago. Very disappointing experience and I would be hesitant to order from this company again.

I have now requested a refund via my bank. Please please please avoid this company
