I would give zero but thats not possible, I ordered my struts over a month ago and still havnt even been dispatched. After contacting emerald struts countless times they are now ignoring my requests for an update on my order. Terrible service.

No delivery, no response, no communication back kn several platforms and mobile contact number doesn’t exist

Enquired about the electric powered tailgate option they used to sell. The reply from "George" said it wasn't available on the website at they were having a new website created. He did say I could pay be bank transfer. How dodgy does that sound!

Ordered Sturts for my BMW look good website. I did not receive struts for my car even said parcel sent though royal mail went on reviews very poor glad I payed though PayPal as got my money back company is a Scam do not use

My first pair of boot struts stopped working after about 1 year. Thought it might because of the rough winter, so I decided to give them the benefit of doubt and order another pair. But when 1 month passed and no order was shipped I tried to contact them. It took me 4 different emails sent from 2 different accounts before I got an answer. They offered to give my order priority and store credit or money back. I opted for a refund, but yet another month have passed without any answer.

Ordered this item and fitted it lovely until I close my boot. Have tried to contact them with no joy. Do not use this company, scam good money from good people, con people

I made and ordered in April was expected to receive within 48hrs never received.
Sent message on Instagram and WhatsApp and also emailed

Was told multiple times someone will get back to you

Not once didn’t I ever receive a response back from this company absolute disgrace

Then have the cheek to send emails now with discounts to get you to order
No communication from this company what so ever

Was a bit skeptical after ordering and reading reviews but George at Emerald Struts was very helpful and got my order out to me very quickly and I am impressed with the parts I ordered.

Ik wacht al 1.5 maand op mijn product. Er word niet gereageerd op mijn vragen waar het blijft. Ik dacht altijd dat dit een goed bedrijf was maar het valt me erg tegen.

Ordered no problems, they are glad to take your cash, try and get your order, forget it 48 hr tracked delivery is non existent I’ve been waiting 15 days their customer service is non existent to the point that it’s info bots, non existent reply to emails promised the world delivered nothing now it’s down to me to try and get my cash back I WOULDN’T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, the communication is truly awful you’ll become sooooo frustrated.

Ordered my struts 10 days ago ment to be 48hrs postage tried to email and phone and got no response very poor service and zero customer support hopefully will get item or refund very soon

Do not buy anything from this company Iv been waiting almost 3 months for a order of 2 items I have sent emails enquiring about my order and have received nothing back.

ordered on 20th June, still nothing recieved and any form of communicatoon is ignored as of 9th July. worst service for a 'reputable' company. avoid at all costs.

Keine Ware erhalten , zum Glück gibt es käuferschutz, schlimmer ist das man nach fast 8 Monaten zur Zahlung aufgefordert wird. Abzocke und Betrug , Kundenservice ist unterirdisch

Avoid this company at all costs they took my money didn’t not reply to numerous emails and I only reclaimed my funds by issuing a charge back via my bank(which was a lengthy process!)
SPEND YOYR MONEY ELSEWHERE SCAM COMPANY.

Ordered nearly 2 weeks ago not only have they not dispatched it they haven’t even got back to my emails asking where my order is. I’ve been ignored multiple times.

Asking me to rate the experience with Emerald struts, i ordered the item on the 22/06, "48 hour tracked", still haven't arrived today 28/06. Have contacted via email and the the whatsapp chat and they still haven't responded with a reason as to why I'm still waiting... Will not be using them again
