I also fell for the vintage suede coat. It is like a robe. And when I tried to return they offered me the same item with a $10 shipping fee. When I said no I don’t trust the item. And they offered me 10% off another item. Lots of weird offers of me buying another item. I ended up getting a some money back because they said it was so expensive for me to send back. Now I basically have an ugly brown robe. Wish I had seen these reviews before I bought. But it looks like we were all scammed around the same time.

I ordered a "vintage suede" coat, January 7th from Ellisandporter. I received a duster, NOT a coat, that was shoddily made. It was NOT suede but rather 95% polyester and 5% elastane. There was no label on the coat. On top of that, It did not fit.

I attempted to return the "coat", as their website stated I could return merchandise within 30 days with a refund 14 days after that.

I have now corresponded with them five times. They will not provide me with their address to return the item, stating shipping costs, internationally, are extraordinarily high and they are instead offering me a 20% refund or a 30% store credit. I do not want credit or a paltry 20% refund. I researched their website before ordering to make sure I could return the item if I didn't like the item or it didn't fit.
Do not order from them. Their sales tactics are deceptive and their business model is sketchy.

Scam!! I purchased the coat on January, 13th. Have received multiple emails with tracking sitting in the same location but no details on the history. I emailed with concern of my bank stating this was a purchase outside of the USA when this website states it's a Boston owned business. The response email detailed the father being Dutch and that's why the account was outside the US. BEWARE of ordering from these people. I keep getting AI generated responses with no clear idea of when or IF I will receive the product or refund.

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. They charge you more money to exchange for the size, and stopped communicating when I asked them for return authorization. Shipment came from New York, but they said you have to return it to Asia, but still didn’t provide an address; don’t fall for the pretty pictures on the website, totally not true. Asian sizing. Poor quality… junk!!!! $60 quilt sweatshirt is garbage.

Their clothes have no labels on them anywhere. AT ALL.
This is against federal law. I will be reporting them.
